Very pleasant experience with My Mechanic. Really nice and respectful and they took care of everything with my vehicle, within the time and price range that they quoted me. They even called me when there was an issue found when they did their inspection of the issues I told them about and asked in advance of I wanted it fixed as well. If you want someone that knows what their doing, cant go wrong with my mechanic. Well worth the money to have these experts take care ya.
Work Done: Fair/FineCustomer Service/Front Desk: Unprofessional, Unethical.The customer service was terrible, I was treated like a child and a lesser person due to their lack of good ethical business practices and they have lost our businessI took my vehicle in to get a $1000+ job done and over the course of 2+ Weeks (maybe 3) I was not contacted about the progress of my service and noted when I traveled past the shop that my vehicle was setting in the same spot for 2+ Weeks. I had called 2 times, the first time I was told “We just got the parts in.” I asked “Can I expect it to be done sometime next week?” And was told it would be started on. The next week and 2nd time I called I was told “We just got the last part in today” and was told the same thing. After a handful of days after that phone call and seeing my car in the same spot I went in and told the counter lady that I needed to have better communication and service about the state of my vehicles service. Later on that day they finally called me and told me it was started and then it was done the next morning. (Roughly 2-3 weeks after the appointed drop off).I later got home and noticed my headlight was out (it was previously working when I took it there) I asked if they could take a look at it and take care of it, I then asked if they were going to charge me because it was in their care and working before they let it set for 2+ weeks and worked on the car for a few hours. They said “yes” and I decided I would do it myself.They were then given a call from my partner because she was confused on why they wouldn’t repair an inconvenience/issue under them and stated that it was shady they wouldn’t fix it after it was broken/out in their care. (Some shady mechanics do such)She was spoken to by both the front desk lady and owner like she was lesser than them.I then received a call back from the desk lady stating “We will pay to have the light fixed if you go somewhere else you need to apologize” I was then explaining that I didn’t care about the issue anymore and wasn’t going to apologize for feeling upset that we felt done wrong. I was then told “You need to be a man and apologize for what was said”. I then repeated that I wasn’t going to apologize for being upset at an inconvenience they could’ve avoided by using reasonable and general good ethics and I was hung up on.The work done was fine, but the customer service was terrible, I was treated like a child and a lesser person due to their lack of good ethical business practices and they have lost our business
Rather frustrated with them. Didnt call before proceeding with something theyd just done last week but still charged.

After 2 years they got my ac working. Extremely professional and welcoming. My car is a 2004 Lincoln and parts are hard to come by especially those ac parts,but sarah found them fast . I will always recommend them for any auto work.

Definition: Scammer”person who commits fraud or participates in a dishonest scheme”Repairs were $450 plus tax and I asked for an additional quote on my broken A/C and double-checked with the lady that I only wanted a quote nothing else (never talked about any costs during that call). When I went to get my car the bill was $542. There was a $70 charge on the bill to give me a quote on my A/C. I didnt ask for a diagnostic, I asked for a quote and was never told about a $70 dollar charge during that conversation (involving the A/C). If i was told that a quote on my A/C would be $70 bucks I would have never got it but it was never brought up during the conversation. I knew that my A/C didnt work but thanks for charging me $70 to reminding me. Very dishonest and poor professionalism !

Another mechanic that took my money for absolutely nothing. Came in for a diagnostic test for an engine miss. Told me that they didnt know what was wrong and they had worked 1.5 hours and then wanted to charge me for 2 hours. Then said they needed 2.5 more hours pay to pull the valve cover gasket to check the timing. F___k! Even I could do that in 10 minutes. So My mechanic took my $105.00 like thats the correct thing to do. Pitiful and disgusting.
