Thankful for the guys at Bowen this holiday weekend! Stopped in town for the night on a trip and woke up to a flat tire! Called around for a repair of the flat and most places said they couldn’t fit us in. Called Bowen and they said come by. We were in and out in 20 minutes and back on our way trip in no time. Great service, great people and great price.

Went to them with brake issues and was told that the brakes were fine. One week later my brakes completely failed and I had to get a tow and spend $1500.00 to get all new brake system. Guess they werent fine.

Wouldnt take my vehicles any place else. The prices are great and the work they do is great also and the best thing is they will not sell you anything you dont need. Thanks for the great work.

They always treat me right at both locations. Fast, knowledgeable, and wont sale you junk you dont need. Ive used them for years.

Called early this morning and told me to bring truck in to Balance tires. I go there the guy said not today real hateful and walked off.. Will never go there again

Very friendly in and out service on a complete set of tires even recommended some great BBQ while we waited and the job was complete when I returned from lunch .

Went in for alignment after suspension parts were replaced at a mechanic shop and visiting both Bowen tire shops to get an alignment on my Lincoln LS, Brady and his team at both shops said that the alignment was Dead on where its supposed to be, but yet the car still pulled to either directions and the steering wheel shimmys, and did not fix the problem and I am unsatisfied never will I return to a Bowen tire shop for any type of service nor Wil I recommend anyone to go there, had to take it to another alignment shop for them to actually fix the problem

Replaced my headlight and ficed my windsheild wiper for 5$ 😱

Went to get tire put on and get them balance they wrote down my tire size so I could go buy it and gave me wrong size tire to get then act like it was my fault I got wrong size and sounds oops sorry go tell Walmart they sold u wrong size tire when Walmart sold me what they wrote down then charge me $26 to mount the tire when it cost $4 anywhere else

Very incompent and rude staff. Couldnt even replace a BMW wheel bearing. Look elsewhere.
