They did a great job getting my car to look like it had never had a dent on the fold in the front fender.

Picked my jeep up today. When I took it to them it only had 159 miles on it when I picked it up it ad 209 miles on it. They drive your carI guess around town.

Professional and friendly service.While on vacation I hit a small deer and my front end was all banged up in my brand new car. Fisrt thing I did was stop by and get an estimate for my insurance. Greg was super friendly and made sure to check my whole car and made sure we got everything. I feel like my car is in good hands and itll come back in top shape again. Cant wait to get it fixed. We have tried twice to reach them about picking up or ordering a part for our Buick enclave. Left message with no return phone call or message. Very disappointed with the way they have handled this.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I chose Don Moore to fix my far after my bumper was was stolen and my wheel wells were cut. My insurance company deemed the car unsafe to drive but the tow truck driver never showed up. I drove 45 minutes to Don Moore Body shop even though the car was unsafe to drive. The gentleman that came out to take pictures of of the car was incredibly rude. He told me my car was fine to drive even though my insurance company said it wasn’t and I had a rental car waiting on me to pick up. He told me that they had 70 cars to work on and couldn’t get to mine until March (my insurance company only pays for a rental car for 24 days) because my car was not in that serious need of repair. I will never use Don Moore again. Mayfield Hodges will be getting my business from now on

Secretaries or receptionist are always so courteous when they answer the phone! Anyone you talk to at the body shop are very helpful and when you pick-up your vehicle will be clean inside and out! You will be amazed with the professionalism from the start to finish! They treat their employees GREAT as long as their customer oriented and courteous! Very clean place if you have to wait a few minutes! Your car will look new at what you had them do!

My car was wrecked in the back. Ins. Would not allow for a new trunk. Its been over a year, and it is still looks as if it came off the show room floor. Very pleased with their work.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If it was possible to give a zero star review I would. I brought my car here for hail damage repair. It took them 11 days to finish the repairs. When I went to pick up my car I noticed there was still hail damage on the roof. Also the power lift gate and sunroof button no longer work and there were black scuff marks on the headlining and a small rip in the steering wheel. :(((

Great job on haile damage fast friendly but left bad scratches on my leather steering wheel on my new 2016 Accord . Feel them every time I drive the car. Would not recommend them.
