I had a blowout and my spare was dry rotted. I needed tires quickly so I could get back home to my son. Kevin Tapp had the tires I needed and got me in quickly and got me on the road. All the staff I spoke with were kind and helpful. I will recommend Best One to all my family and friends.

My friend and I were on our way to her sons dirt bike race and we blew an inside tire of her RV. It was a Saturday afternoon and Best One was closed. They sent out a technician with 2 tires in case the outer tire needed replaced as well. Shane (the technician) was so very nice and helpful. It ended up that we needed a valve that he didn’t have on his truck, so he went back to his shop and grabbed one so he could ensure we made it to our destination safely. I have a new appreciation for technicians who work on the side of the interstate. It is so sad to see cars not getting over into the other lane. When offered a tip for helping us, Shane said no and was forced to take it for his help. We are forever Best One customers from here on out! Thank you, Shane for helping us. You deserve a raise!

Staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I can tell being cost competitive is very important to them. They are very thorough on checking out the vehicles they’re working on. Also work very hard to complete jobs in a timely manner.If you’re looking for a quick maintenance or some tire work, I’d highly recommended them.

I had to have my car towed due to a flat tire and no spare. I called a few places before I got to Best One due to the recommendations of my auto insurance company, but a couple didnt answer the phone and one told me they wouldnt be able to get to my car until much later in the day. When I called Best One Tire, they were friendly, professional, and told me they could get me right in. When I got to Best One, Travis assisted me and again professional and friendly. I was there maybe 30 minutes in total. Very pleased with how quick they helped me out and the price was reasonable. I will definitely continue working with them for my future tire needs.

I was driving a fully-loaded, 24-foot box grain truck to Owensboro Grain when a rear tire blew out. I called Best One and they were SUPER HELPFUL! These guys are awesome! They literally went out of their way to take care of me. I called January 13, 2021 to order some Michelin Defenders for my car. I asked if the tires would be in by January 18th since I was already scheduled to be off work that day. The person I talked to said they would be in by then, so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for January 18th. I went in on the 18th at 9 am, and they couldn’t find my tires. Apparently, they were ordered, but for some reason, they didn’t make it on the delivery truck. That wasn’t the shop managers fault, though. He called me a little while later and told me another truck was coming in that morning, and my tires should be on it. Unfortunately, they still didn’t make it on the delivery truck. Again, not the managers fault. He called me and let me know, and told me he was sending someone from the shop to get my tires. It was about a 3 hour round trip from Owensboro, to the place that had them, and back. The manager let me know that my tires would for sure be put on that day, even if he had to put them on himself because he didn’t want me to have to miss any work. The tires finally got put on that evening, and I’m very happy with my purchase! If you’re looking for a company in Owensboro that really thinks about their customers, Best One is that company. They will literally go out of their way to help you! I was impressed!

While up on the rack..they looked at the source of a noise I had been complaining about & gave me a reasonable estimate on repair. Travis answered all my questions & was straightforward, honest & very informative. No high-pressure sales. He also gave me several estimates on different tire options upon request. I went in for a safety inspection for my car for a job and they were very speedy in getting it done. The only complaint I have is that the mechanic didnt put down a paper mat before he got in and moved my car and it left my floor mat very dirty. Im not usually one to complain about a little dirt but I had just cleaned my carpets and I have a brand new car. So maybe mention it to them if you would like to keep your floors a little cleaner. No fault of the mechanics for having dirty feet, just wish I had mentioned a mat before he did his work.

I went here to get new tires put on my woman’s car. I’ve always used Best One to get services and tires for my truck, but this experience was beyond all expectation. Kevin not only helped me decide on the right tires but walked me into the garage and explained and showed me why these tires were the perfect choice to keep my family safe thru all weather. Had a flat on Christmas. Tried to plug it myself but it was flat the next morning. Called 4 or 5 shops in Owensboro and none would touch it where Id already plugged it. The service techs are mechanically inclined, and friendly; but lack promoting transparent information about account Ad revenue via the companies account program.If they deem your information profitable to the company, they feel they have every right to sell your information to whomever they see fit. I received a text message for this review after getting an oil change. Nothing was posted in the brick-and-mortar store about getting a survey request; Nothing was mentioned from the tech at the counter about completing a survey to promote good feelings about his professionalism.This is a waste of my time, and money.You need to produce an opt out option for idiotic surveys that nobody takes seriously.On top of all this, I dont think your techs rebalance tires when they rotate them.. maybe work on that instead of interrupting my day.1 Star. Will not suggest to others.

The last 3 times I have been to best one tries have been a very positive experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The lounge is neat and basically clean. During this pandemic the staff is wearing a mask during the interaction with me and hand sanitizer is out for anyone to use.

This place was Awesome when they first opened up, but now its very disorganized. The sales representative can not communicate with the mechanics. The company I work for has a account with best one tire which is guaranteed money and they still cant get anything right . I am still waiting on Billy to call me on our issue. Its been 4 days now .Now is been a over a week and I have not received a phone call from Billy . Pretty sad .

The guys there are always nice and helpful at the front desk. However yesterday was not a good testimony to their work. I went in for an oil change. They changed oil rotated tires and replaced some filters. By the time I returned home the oil light had been coming on, and I kept smelling oil. When I got home oil was leaking under my van and I had lost so much oil I couldn’t drive it. This is the second issue we’ve had with their service. I’m not a happy camper😡😡

Went in to Best One to get an ailment done on my car I had a bad tire they told me they couldnt do the ailment until I had the tire replaced and of coarse they didnt have my tire size in stock and was going to have to order it. So they wouldnt do the ailment. Called around town other shops said it wouldnt be a problem setting the ailment but everyone else was booked up for the day. Dont waste your money there go to other tire shops to buy tires and get ailments done. There was a reason they had openings on a Saturday I guess. So Im out of luck getting a ailment this weekend and wont have time to schedule one for a few weeks.
