I read the 5 star reviews from 3 days ago and 1 month ago and cannot believe it is the same place that had my car at the same time - August 6 - September 16, 2021 (Yes. That is 1 day shy of a full 6 weeks.). I brought my car in on July 28 for a safety recall (Light Control Module). On July 29 the car battery was drained due to the headlights turning on automatically during the day. During the 6 weeks Champion Ford had my car, I received exactly 2 phone calls - one telling me the cost of the repair (Yes. Repairs needed related to the first work done regarding the recall.) and the second to inform me my car was finally ready. I have seen Mr. Dukes replies to others stating how short-handed they are. I was told the same thing by, Dustin, the Service Manager. I get that. I also get that these are extraordinary times. What I DONT get is being treated like it is my own tough luck that they are having difficulties. Until the issues you are having there at Champion Ford are resolved, perhaps you might consider removing the following quote from your website: ...our commitment to Customer Service is second to none. Whether you need to Purchase, Finance, or Service a New or Pre-Owned Ford, youve come to the right place.
