Very unpleased with service. I purchased the extended warranty through Steve Jones for my 2015 ram. I called them and stated my LED blinker went out requiring a $400 replacement tail light unit. Steve Jones told me to bring in my vehicle and they will look at it to determine if it is covered by the warranty. They looked at my vehicle and stated the warranty they sold me does not cover the tail light unit and charged me $125 to Diagnose the problem (aka letting me know the tail light needs replaced which I already informed them and knew). So in summary, I was told the warranty will not cover the tail unit and charged $125 to let me know my bulb is out and needs replaced. I was never informed it would cost me $125 before hand to diagnose the tail light was out (obviously I already knew). I was simply told bring in the truck so we can determine if the warranty will cover the tail light.

Maintenance department, sales and all staff we have had dealings with have been great! Kip is a top notch salesman! Very knowledgeable and helpful with our Jeep purchase. Angel great to work with in getting the best deal possible. Chris and Nathan in Maintenance provided great service anytime we’ve had to take our vehicles in for service. We appreciate Sara also taking time out to ensure we were satisfied with service we received. I went there on 2-12 to look at a 2016 jeep renegade. I didnt 9 even have to go inside Doug met us outside to look at the car. We took it for a test drive and loved the car. Financing was easy and fast. Only prob was when they went to finalize it the comp crashed. It wasnt his fault. He told us to take the car and hed call when it was all ready. We got a good monthly payment and even a warranty. I will go back for future cars. Thanks so much

Convenient service department. I dropped my truck off for oil change and tire rotation. Although therr was a lot of information to log on the envelope it was a simple process. I picked my truck up about 3-4 hours later. Easy in east out nice staff and great service

Always a friendly staff. When taking my vehicle in for service it may cost more than going to Walmart but its well worth it for a knowledgeable staff and getting the work done for a reasonable price. I have now purchased my second vehicle here as well. The only thing that I wish I could get is a loaner vehicle if (or when) I have a problem.

Had a coupon for 27.95 for oil change and tire rotation, sound like a good deal doesnt it? Nope, ended up about $40, put a $6 charge on there for shop supplies the man said, I ask what shop supplies and he told me shop towels and stuff! This is not my first bad experience with them and I wont be back! I will soon be in the market for a new truck, I will scratch them off my list!

We bought a new 2019 Dodge Ram. Our salesman was Kip who was great and knows everything about the vehicle and left nothing for us to wonder about. Loyalty means nothing to this company! So after purchasing last two vans from them and always going there for service, you would think that when receiving a desperate call that we are in a bad spot on the bypass with a blown out tire they would have helped. Wrong! The State Trooper tells us that there is no way to safely get the spare out because it goes out the side under drivers door. Not everyone was pulling into the inside lane away from us. We called shortly after 5PM to get a new tire because we had said blow out. However, we were told that the parts department had already gone and nobody could sell us a tire. They werent scheduled to leave until 6!?! Guess what? My loyalty is in another town and it has cheaper pricing, even for synthetic oil, making it monetarily worth the trip.

More than willing to help customers and even though they couldnt help today they offered to help as soon as they had a vehicle that met our huge passenger needs

They were very knowledgeable and respectful to me, which was unlike a lot of the other places I went. It is a very friendly environment down there. My wife and i bought a brand new town and country from them. From day one, we always had it serviced at the dealership. When we found out our ac had went bad (65,000 miles) we were informed that the warranty was only till 60,000 miles. Way to stand behind you products. I will never spend another dime at their dealership again!

I would be very careful dealing with these crooks my son and I bought a 2015 hyundai sonata it ran great for all of 2 and a half months until it dies completely on the interstate. I realize its a used car and they wont do anything to make it right. Thats why Im warning everyone to think twice before dealing with these crooked people. You might get lucky or you might be like me with a nice shiny yard ornament and a real nice payment and full coverage insurance. Buyers beware

I recently bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 from Steve Jones Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep. This truly was the best Car Buying experience I have ever encountered. Every associate in this dealership was very helpful and friendly. One of the main attractions, and the final reason why I purchased from this dealer was the fact that they were not pushy like most dealers are. I have been looking to buy for about a month, and along the way I have stopped at about 3 other dealers. I left without purchasing anything because of the typical car salesman attitude you get. That attitude does not exist at Steve Jones. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. If Chrysler is not your brand, keep in mind they have used vehicles as well. Geno got me a car within an hour of walking into his dealership after dealing with Don Moore for 4 days of trying to get a car finalized. Funny thing is Don Moore claimed they were having issues getting the finance company to give them the final answer. Geno got them to finalize in 10 minutes.

I had my headlight changed about 9 months ago and it burned out. I called and spoke with service and Norman and they are changing my headlight with no charge. I am very pleased with how they handled this situation. I want to add to this post because when I was getting my headlight changed, we found out the housing for the headlight was the problem not the headlight itself. Cost was more than I could afford, so a manager at Steve Jones Jeep went above and beyond to help me with the cost. I just want to say how lucky Steve Jones is to have such wonderful employees. I had the best experience working with Joel to purchase my new Compass. I drove up from Nashville, and they had the car already waiting in the VIP area. Joel was extremely knowledgable about all of the features in the car. Everything was an easy process from test driving to financing. Ive had some very bad experiences with car dealerships in the past, and this was the complete opposite!

After an initial negotiation, a price could not be met due to unexpected dealer addons and fees. Received a call from the general manager and he explained everything and gave reasons for the prices and fees. I am glad the manager took time to explain everything and it shows that the dealer wants the consumer to have all the information needed to purchase a new vehicle.

Drove over 100 miles to see a couple of Jeeps that was on their website, on a holiday. After test driving a couple, we then spent the afternoon buying a very nice Grand Cherokee Overland! Very nice accommodating, patient, grateful, unpushy staff. We had a pleasant experience purchasing our new Jeep!

We were out of town visiting family when we had a problem with our van. The service dept was willing to see us right away and quickly diagnosed the problem and worked us in to get it fixed first thing the next morning. After some discussion we decided to look at the new vans. Norman was GREAT! He helped us get all the features we needed at the price we needed. He understood our needs and didnt try to up-sell us. He also made a long process much more bearable with two small children and made their day by giving them balloons. Even the business manager was very easy to deal with. He understood we didnt want extra options and didnt try to talk us into them. We would definitely go back to Norman for our next vehicle even though its a 7 hour trip!

Took my car in for a no start. They replaced the battery and sent me on my way. A week later it wouldnt start. They did not fix the problem and wanted me to pay AGAIN to tow it in and have it serviced, on top of the service cost! Definately lost my business for life! I will tell everyone I know that Steve Jones screws people and when they do, they will not take credit for it and fix the problem!

Very disappointed - here it is April and I am still waiting for a promised part on a jeep we purchased last year. They do not follow up with me at all on it, I have to continually ask about it. We were very excited when we made the purchases and Norman Lang is very nice to speak with and very easy going - but dont expect follow through after the fact. I wish I had came and read the reviews prior to purchasing. I hope this does help someone else.

I wish I could be positive but I cant. Found 2 vehicles that I liked. One was the preference and once was secondary. Called the dealership during the day to confirm that both vehicles were on the lot and available for sale as I was going to be driving 2 hours from Nashville. I get there and of course the one vehicle I wanted was not there. Now to be truthful the dealership was very quick to offer one of the same color but several thousand dollars more. Reeks of bait and switch. Now keep in mind that when I called and talked with the sales person, they called me back and said they had actually went outside on the lot and verified the vehicles were there. I even gave them specific stock numbers to verify. Then the real slap in the face was when they low balled me on my trade in by almost $2k. Keep in mind that I was expecting low end trade in for my vehicle and they low balled that. Not thinking Ill be going back. Beware when told that a vehicle is on the lot. Youre taking a big gamble. Sad because I wanted this to work out. Was a very nice truck.

Not a good experience at all.We drove almost 400 miles for a car. We agreed that we were coming from very far away to buy and agreed on a price beforehand. Someone named Angel called us 20-30 minutes before our appt to ask if we were still coming, and we assured him we were. We arrived on time, only to discover that he sold the car 10 minutes before we arrived.Seven hours of driving and he couldnt even call...despite an agreement.We found him to be curt and dismissive on the phone, and unapologetic about having wasted our time.I would recommend another establishment, since I did not feel respected. It certainly felt like their desire for money weighed more than honoring their customers time, energy, and personal expenses.
