Autumn was absolutely the best! She was very knowledgeable about the newest phones which actually helped us make our final decision today. Normally it can be such a process to switch phones too, but she made it go by in a flash which I really appreciated.

Shouldnt even give it one star but Im forced to this has been the worst experience ever dealing with what is supposed to be a Verizon outlet. They lied to us after spending 5 hours in the store on a Saturday had to go back on a Sunday and was still lied to and now were caught up with these huge bills they didnt apply the trade and discount that they were supposed to its justoo its just been horrific dont bother going in here dont waste your time go directly to a Verizon store.

I have been to the store a few times. I was excited to finally not have to drive to Chico to deal with my services. But every time I have gone in I have been lied to. They tell you what u want to hear to get ur service and then when ur bill comes ur hit with lies.

Worst experience ever for a big phone company! First of all why bother to open a office when all the worker refer you to call customer service only 🤔 . Took my grandma to check why her phone don’t work but the person (women) who think she can help us but at the same time she’s busy texting on her phone, constantly checking her phone or picking her finger nails. she have so much attitude every time I asked her a question. I called back to talk to the manager( he claim he’s the manager) he think it’s funny and will not take me serious, I described how the woman look like because I didn’t get a name and he reply he don’t have anyone like that work there. I will not recommend anyone to get phone service from this place.

2hours to get a phone without a cover. When we walked in the door we said no cover, we dont want a phone. We were told they had a cover 1st thing. After the no was switched there was no cover. Ive probably purchased 39 phones in my lifetime. I have never had this occur. Oh Its because I was not at a Verizon store. Never will b again!!!

To start off we told the worker we needed to go somewhere and she told us it wouldnt take long. It ended up take well over an hour to upgrade two simple devices. And we told her several times that we wanted to apply our device dollars and she didnt even apply them. And to top it off now my bill is going to be up $200 more for a simple upgrade when in fact it should only be a few dollar difference. I would not ever go back here and dont recommend any else to. Go to corporate let them do it right first so you dont have to fix their mess ups.

I’ve been with Verizon for a decade plus so when I decided to get the wife an iPhone 12 I stopped in on my lunch break. Brenda R. seemed exasperated with my questions regarding options and pricing but ultimately we got through it and was in and out in about 15 minutes. Sweet.When I got back to work and looked at my emailed receipt I saw they had in fact financed the phone instead of an outright purchase. I returned to the store within the hour to fix the error. I was told they financed it because otherwise they wouldn’t get credit for the sale. Excuse me? Make your monthly sales quota some other way, not on my back. I want to give you $1100 and you give me a phone. In a huff they started the return but wanted to charge a restocking fee. I almost lost my mind and informed them their options were 1) sell me the phone outright 2) return my full amount or 3) I close my account and take my business elsewhere.They refunded the full amount but now I’m wondering: why shouldn’t I take my business elsewhere?

They were great, friendly and extremely helpful they took care of everything for me and I didnt even ask them to. I will be doing all my Verizon business with them from now on thank you Autumn you were great.

I had an excellent experience today with Autum. I live in Chico, but I drive to Oroville just so I can have the best service and quality experience. The Oroville store is always clean and organized and the Reps are very nice and knowledgeable in all aspects.The manager at this store is also very helpful and he does a great job keeping the store in check. I highly recommend this specific location only.

Horrible service. It took about 5 hours to get my multi lined phone plan going. You can tell they care more about other things than making sure the customer is good to go. I will NEVER go to an authorized retailer again. Not only that the manager of the store told me that due to the fact that a line wouldnt port he was going to wave the activation fee. He never did it! I think he should go & wave every line on the account now

The worst place in town.. Went in to pay my bill as I sat down with the young woman, she asks the questions regarding my number and name.. but that wasnt enough.. kept asking more and more questions..I simply said I just want to pay my bill and why are you harassing me? She said (baby voice) owe are you being harassed do you feel scared..awe.. then her manager came over and TOLD me I was not welcome in that store .. that I need to go somewhere else to pay me bill.. the staff especially the manger are unprofessional and act like complete children...

They took my cash and didnt post the payment correctly. 3 times I had to go back with the run around games they play to have them tell me the check is in the mail and still to this day weeks later no refund .they are trash

This location is NOT an actual Verizon wireless store. They are only an authorized retailer of some Verizon products. They do not sell any Verizon branded equipment or accessories. They will charge you for things that and actual Verizon store does not charge for.I went to this location to pickup my 5g SIM card for my phone, but upon arrival, (even though it says Verizon in the same font as the regular Verizon stores, and doesnt say authorized retailer anywhere inside or outside of the building) they informed me that they are not a corporate store and would be charging me $10 for a SIM card that Verizon told me was free.They are not real VerizonI also attempted to buy a charger for my car here a few weeks ago. A Verizon branded fast-charger at a Verizon corporate store is $20-$30 dollars, but they tried to charge me $40 dollars for a simple universal charger ($5 at the gas station) and $35 for a USB-C to USB-C cable. Only after I balked at the $75 cost did they offer me a cheaper fast charger (the kind I was lookong for in the first place; just a single attached cable charger) at $35!!!Every other Authoized Retailer is supposed to advertise that they are in fact and authorized retailer and not an actual Verizon store

This place caries a lot of lack luster in the employees. They dont care about how many people are waiting to be attended for help. I was waiting for 30 minutes and they decided to help the person who just got to the store with in 5 mins whn I was already here for 30 minutes. I recommend go to Chico for a better experience and an official Verizon store and professionals. Im extremely disappointed in the Oroville store, this is strike 3 for me here.

Maddy rocked the customer service experience! I had ordered two phones through her and when I went to get them threw her a curve ball of needing two more of another model. She was very patient and sweet as she prepped all four phones. Way to go.

Great service ! My phone was stolen I had insurance was given a great deal ended up buying a new phone anyways, my man Larry the manager at the new Oroville store took good care of me thanks again .

I give this store one star only because, There is not an option for no-stars. First things first, I have had 4, iPhone 7’s all of which have been defective. Every single one of them has had the factory SIM card read error and rapidly depleting battery issues. So the last time Verizon sent me a “new, straight from the manufacturer (apple), the phone arrives in a Verizon cheap cardboard box and the phone is literally wrapped in plastic. As soon as I turn it on I checked the “battery health” feature, and what a surprise...the overall battery health is 89% definitely not brand new. So I go into the new Verizon store in oroville. The jersey shore pauly D look a**hole doesn’t even offer to replace the phone with my insurance I have on the policy. Instead, this d*** tries to sell me a newer phone and then defuses to call my company and talk to the primary account holder (I should have mentioned it’s a company phone) or help me in any way that didn’t involve a sale. This tool should be over in jersey city.

So helpful and good customer service

I went there today to remove an unnecessary protection plan, couldnt do it there and had to try online or over the phone, whatever. The problem lies in that in attempting to access my account, one of the employees there (this guy in his 50s) was one of the most obnoxious people Ive met in a long time. There wasnt a single person in line as I was being helped, and the employees attitude only allowed me to tolerate this store for no more than 3 minutes. Pushy doesnt begin to describe this employee. Once I pay off my phone Im cancelling my account with Verizon.This is the first bad review Ive given in 4 years, and this place deserves it.

I am giving Rachel a five star I was ready to go somewhere else but after I spoke with her I changed my mind and decided to stay with Verizon
