Rude people work there but I do have to say one if the guys that worked there stepped up to help and was very helpful, he should be training all the other employees in customer service as well as knowledge in what they are selling.

Every time I go in the store they are the most friendliest employees ..always new ones but always helpful and knowledgeable

Sign says open til 7pm showed up at 6:45pm and the doors were locked what the heck.

They restored my service after making a huge mistake. I met a nice supervisor he fixed the issue I had been extremely upset about.

Came in on the 1st to add another phone line with my significant other. There was a long line and there was only one worker who worked there. She was very professional, acknowledge everyone in the room for being so patient and she appreciate us for all coming in. Even though there was a long line, I had never seen someone work so quick before and had people in and out. Once we got to the table, I found out she was the manager at the store and her name was Christina. You must go see her! Im coming back to add two more lines to our plan next week. She is great and she gives great deals!

Nice enough staff. Phones suck, only been with this company two months and have to replace the phone. Insurance is a pain to get done. Staff keeps putting the wrong size screen protector on after charging for them. Ive broken four already.

June 26th 2018 I was there waiting for 30 min in line this lady come walking in and saying I am needing my phone fix the cricket wireless worker did not saying any thing to this woman
