Its a GameStop. Went in to get some switch things, and was thrilled to see quite a few unexpected items on the shelves, including D&D items! Staff was very friendly and helpful in locating and making choices for gifts.

Best place in town for your gaming needs. Many options from New to used, expensive to cheap, pre order or buy right now.Staff are always cool and have tons of advice.Very clean store.

Awesome team, the gentleman that we spoke to today 12-08-20 around 2:00pm (Sry we didnt catch your names guys)... Were very pleasant and knowledgeable. My husband and 8 yr old son are total gamers, so when my husband has a chance to talk to another adult about the games... he lives.. Lol. We were just looking around for some things for the kids for the holidays, and will definitely be back to continue our spree, thanks guys and keep up the great work! I knocked off just one star for the prices. While they are not too bad. I would definitely spend more for cheaper used/refurbished items. (Those should be cheaper)

Did not have game unit in stock shopping for, however, employee was very helpful to look up item, give options and ordered said game unit for the win!!

This is a decent store and has what you need to accomplish your to do list. However there is always an odd array of middle aged men hanging around talking about video games, attempting to converse with you about these games. I understand a certain degree of comraderie exists in this environment when different ages have appreciation for the same games, but I would prefer to buy my products and not be hassled.

One of my favorite GameStop locations! The staff are always friendly and ready to start a conversation about pretty much any game! They are informative about upcoming releases and are pretty honest with their reviews on things!

The service is GREAT!!! the selection of Games, Devices, Accessories are wonderfully Stocked, only problem I see is the prices, all items are marked at highest retail prices, most the time without any bonus items anymore. other then that it is the place I search first even before Wal-Mart or Online.

This is very specific to my experience today (8/6/18, 1400 hours). Walked in to the store one other customer browsing, one employee (I will not be specific but management can certainly ascertain who was working). No acknowledgement from the employee, having a question I sat there and stared at him for a bit till he looked up. I then asked if they had a pre-owned copy of a switch game. He replied, I havent seen one come in. He then turned away and ignored me. I guess Im impressed that he has the inventory memorized. I walked out with no further acknowledgement. Not so cool. I spend a fair chunk of change there, dont expect special treatment, but a hello and a possible computer check (or open the used game drawer) would have been nice.

Staff is usually very nice and you can get good deals on used games. Stay away from their game-related merchandise if you want to keep your money safe.

I like the selection and the prices. However, last time I went there the cashier was condescending and rude. I was purchasing an xbox 1 game for my daughter and he was talking to another person saying only old people and children buy xbox 1 because theyre not smart enough to buy playstation.While he was ringing me up he got a phone call and told other person on the phone that we dont cell xbox 1 because they are junk and cheap.So, I felt a bit awkward and a bit upset. I will not be returning.

I have only been in to the GameStop In Oroville, Ca., a couple times. The last visit to this place was a couple years ago. I had planned on purchasing the new ps4 for my son there. But the employee who was working that particular afternoon, was rude and unpleasant. So I decided not to purchase the game console there. I purchased a Bundle, at the Best Buy in Chico instead. It is highly unlikely, that I will ever return to the GameStop in Oroville, Ca.

Well they are a great help and they are very respectful and nice they always have a smile on there faces and happy so I am giving them 5 stars

Very bad customer service basically everytime i go to this place i ask for a game and before they even check they ask all rude like did you pre order it and if i say no then they say all rude no then proceed to tell me i can order it online from them....everytime they dont have a game i go to walmart of all places and more times than not they have the game in stock and you can trade games in for cash and games at walmart so at this point i just want them gone they suck ass all of them
