I was excited that they had just what I wanted an super affordable also. However when I purchased the item described as New. The box was opened when I received it. An some of the components didnt work. Upon returning it (with in 10 minutes) Joshua D. had the nerve to say that he described it was Used, An was not willing to refund. So now I am still waiting for the replacement item, since Tuesday that he said was on its way that day from a nearby location.

They just showed up and threatened me at my home home alone, I’m a female and it was about a late bill. My bill is 10 days past due, my contract allows 14. I am unbelievably disgusted even more than I already was with this place. This huge man showed up banging on my door and I opened it to tell him we would pay next week and my boyfriend wasn’t home (it’s in his name) he proceeded to bang on my door more and threaten the police as well. Extremely disrespectful and uncalled for on so many levels. Fire this man NOW

DON’T waste your time! I ordered a bedroom set online in the beginning of November, supposedly it arrived damaged. I call them in January to ask where it is and get that answer they didn’t even bother to reach out to me! Here I am at the END of April, it arrives and I walk in store to schedule my delivery. At the time of scheduling NOTHING was on the schedule. Boom 1-3 on Wednesday. Clear out and clean/sanitize my whole bedroom and then... Girl at the store just called it’s almost 2pm now to tell me they’re short staffed and their only truck is in yuba city!? Not my problem! I told them to keep their stuff if I can’t get it today. Seriously just a mess. Absolutely disgusted! I can’t believe this awful experience!!!

So far i bought a sectional living room set that is from ashley furniture leather and what i love is putting on my ac and the actually leather gets cold i mean cold so as far as the heat this yr it helps with that its the new online sectional list dark brown its beautiful THE ONLY THING IS I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY ALL THERE FURNITURE HAS LONG STRINGS TUCKED UNDER THE PILLOWS DOWN INTO THE FURNITURE OVERALL IM PLEASED

Me and my mother went into the store yesterday. We seen it was busy no problem!! What happen next piss me off!! When a white women walked into the store 10 mins after us rental center staff knowledge her by saying welcome to rental center we will be there to help you in a few minutes. But they did not knowledge me and my mother because of ours skin color..this world we live in..OURS MONEY IS THE SAME COLOR IN THE END!!

I fell in love with a bedroom set and decided to buy it. The employees were very rude especially kayley. In addition when the furniture was delivered it was used and floor model mattress instead of the new merchandise that I purchased. They tried to swap me and make me pay full price for a used item. Needless to say I will be getting a refund and will never use this place again. Bad business as well as shady practices.

This place isnt Worth the time, cause Rent A Center doesnt give your money back on returned products...They arent worth even one star, but had to or i couldnt rate the servicePlus tax rents our broken furniture I bought a bed and 3 weeks time it broke they are very dishonest store.Please dont buy anything from rac.

Wish i could put no star, this place will sell you stuff with cat pee on it an then say ok then give it back an we did waste of money dont go there !! Also the men staff tried to flirt with my wife even tho she said she was married an was very pushy to her when she declined them.
