No landline for my grandma and no WiFi for myself in over 2 weeks.This store would not help at all, just hand us a card with 1-800 numberI called corporate finally and they were very upset to hear that we had gotten no help.She said seeing as my grandma has LifeLINE they shouldve had a technician called as soon as they heard about the issue 2 weeks ago. The lady I spoke with at corporate today was absolutely AMAZING. Thank you Ann

Aurora helped my brother and I after some very difficult life events and she was so wonderful in helping us get the service we needed. She took extra time to help us get the best deals and was so kind. I am so glad that she was the one who helped us.

At&t in Oroville set me up on a plan an then the bill for the plan is entirely different then what we picked an thay are telling me Im wrong and that it did not exist not shur but I feel like thay are calling me a lier.

Excellent friendly, knowledgable service and sold me a very sturdy 6ft charging cord for my Note 9 that works so well I feel like I have a new phone! They use air to clean dirty ports she said.

No one is ever able to help me with my account details. Well, gee, if you cant WHO CAN?? I swear everytime I go in there to pay my phone/cable/internet I end up spending more and more $. It is like someone placed a bet. And no one knows what theyre doing there. Were doomed. BTW never buy a smartwatch from them. I had insurance on it and mailed my old watch back. They said they never got it. So Im in the hole $250. Uh-huh. Story of my life dealing w these guys. (Im losing the bet btw, I think.)

Go to the chico stores. The Oroville store is consistently slow with consistently poor service. Thats usually what we do. Today we made the mistake of stopping in for what we thought would be a quick account review. 45 minutes later and the salesperson couldnt even find the right items we needed in the system to resolve our issue. At least Chico has a lot of people working there that can get to you quickly.

I switched from Verizon to att worse decision I have made in ALONG time. The girls in the oroville store have no idea what they are doing, nd they dont explain everything about ur plan or phones. I have had their service for 4 days nd have been in their store 3 out of the four nd still dont have a working phone.

The phone I went there to get was a new phone. The sim card that came with it was a used card. I asked why not use mine. I got no answer.the sim that she put in my new phone frag all of my google information from email address to all of my pass words and user names. She told me that its ok to leave and it was still transfering data. The phone needs to have wifi to transfer data.

I should have unlimited data* I was told. Two days later, minimum usage Im getting throttled.liars. I want my money back

Stephanie Noon was amazing! If you want the BEST price GO HERE. I had been to a few different phone companies, never had AT&T. I was quoted what I thought was an amzing deal by the boys at the ATT of Arden Mall but needed a debit card. I had been contacting them over the week to make it happen, now I know I was being way overcharged by this other authorized dealer, or corporate store. When I went here Stephanie had no idea of my struggle but gave me the exact phone I wanted an LG for $6.99 out the door. Stephanie did her best to get me the 3 for 20% off sale too but the store didnt have the accesories I wanted (Glitter case for LG, wireless charger ..hard to find them) so I just bout an Otter box case that I was able to afford since I was holding on to $130 for what the guys quoted me. I didnt need a debit card for that day either. She then told me my phone was on sale too, even better! She and her manager were so nice, they multi tasked answering phones and helping a lot of walk-ins. Stephanie was able to relate to me on a personal level- so nice to have such nice and adaptable staff. Great Job Ladies! ATT will forever have my business with Stephanie. 😎💪

The lady there had no customer skills I had 5 question regarding my account and she made me feel as if I was bothering her. She was rude unprofessional what is at&t doing? If u want ur consumers satisfied it starts with the service we receive from ur employees

1st if all, let me pretense this with I cant stand any cellular phone carrier company! This store is always busy. And there are usually only 2 employees to service customer needs. Plan on waiting a long time. At least 1/2 wait.
