Absolute best store Ive ever been in. Employees are always helpful to the best of their ability. Attitude in the store is upbeat and theyre always able to answer any questions I have. Even if they dont have the answer committed to memory, they jump at the chance to get the answer for me. Every rep in this store is an absolute joy to work with. Theres never a problem with them being thorough either. They explain every little detail as best as they can and arent afraid to explain it another way so everyone can understand everything. Every person who works in this store works a little different versus one another. Some are meticulous and slow, others are quick yet thorough, but youll always get an absolute top tier experience visiting this store. 10/10 would absolutely recommend everything about this store and everything they have to offer.

If I could give zero stars I would. Spent 6,000 dollars for them to tell me after my co tract I own my phones but a month before my contract was up they changed my contract and charged me $600 to own my phones if I leave. They told me they were aloud to change my contract at anytime which they never told me any of this when I signed the contract at the beginning. They are liars, and their service was the worst service I couldnt get service anywhere.

It was great helpful all the way to the end of signing and completing sale. The next day a whole different story. After spending way to much money on accessories that they put on phone cracked and Jenn was short and rude with a shrug and told us to send it to makerSo they dont support the products they insist are the best and a need to keep device scratch free. Thats the way to stick it to your customers. Oh yay they work on commission.

Me and my girlfriend just got phones from the Sprint store in Oroville. The monthly bill is pretty good for cellphones. Jen P made sure that we knew exactly what we were getting and what we were gonna pay per month. I would say it was the best cellphone experience Ive had so far. Go to the Oroville Sprint for any help you need.

The plans are great the one I got incudes hulu, music apps, and it comes with a tablet among other things sprint is my new favorite cell phone survice provider

Sprint store people have improved in customer service since years back. Good selection of phones but service since another company joined has deteriorated even after buying new phones and Wi-Fi. Tech support is amazing but the folks that sell you a new phone should be selling something that works. You have to send your phone out if it has a problem. Living in a remote town this service has the best Wi-Fi signal strength. However it is difficult to get the signal. You truly do not get what you pay for but they are better than the competition.

Weve have the Sprint service for over two years now here in Oroville and I dont like it it goes down a lot when youre traveling youre not going to get any data and if you do its fine print thing where if youre roaming you only get under a gig which is not much and as soon as you get out of the area of your roaming theres lots of reasons why were going to leave Sprint its just their system and their coverage and they dont seem to be very good at doing what they do I went almost a year with no voicemail they just couldnt get it right
