Once you get help its great. But the idea of helping every person who comes in while your helping a customer makes the experience drag out longer than necessary. But I love tmobile anyways

I like that there is a good deal on data for the Hotspot, but they dont have coverage where I am at

Brando and the others do a great job at helping you get what you want. I have been with T-Mobile for over 10 years now. I know this store is new here in oroville but I am glad they are here its better to travel close by.

This was the worst experience I got scammed by one of the employees a couple of months ago Ive been on the phone with t mobile service to fix every thing if I didnt move I would go down there and throw this phone threw there window dont go here

Service was fast employees are attentive just need a little more training on there own policies and the devices theyre selling. As the customer I probably shouldnt know more about the phones or the warranty policies then the employee whos attending to my needs. Take some initiative people. But all in all great service got what I came for and left satisfied

Aaron is awesome!! I brought cinnamon rolls for the employees on staff just because he made my experience so smooth! He was funny and very knowledgeable. He was able to transfer all of my data and contacts in no time at all. I appreciate his customer service. T-Mobile is lucky to have him working there!!!

It is nice to know that great customer service still exists!! This store was super friendly & had a really cool vibe. I walked in to good music playing & smiling faces. I went into T-Mobile to add 4 lines but everyone seemed to be busy helping other customers until the manager Carlos went out of his way to help me out. He was really knowledgeable about the current promotions & went above & beyond to see that my needs were met! I would recommend the Oroville location to any & all! Definitely happy to have switched over to a company who knows how to treat their customers! Well done, T-Mobile :))))

I had a FANTASTIC time at this location. I was instantly greeted by Kaylan with the best greeting. She turned my day upside down. I wasnt having a great day and her and the manager were awesome and turned my day around. I will never forget the experience. I was very impressed with everything. As a veteran of the Marine Corps I was impressed with this stores quality of service. Staff is excellent! My questions were always answered. I have had the best experience with T-Mobile out of all of the carriers Ive tried and it is thanks to: Dominick, Aaron, and David.

Richard helped us and was very cordial, nice, and professional. We got a great deal and so left Verizon who has become too expensive and not so helpful anymore. I feel confident that all the employees have gone out of their way to give us the best deal possible.

I came into T-Mobile and Mr. Aaron was the BEST! I have never had anyone like him. I got the BEST service EVER!!! I think I found a WAY better location to come to from now on. David is good too! Im glad David is here. Yuba City and Chico suck.

We came in and activated yesterday with Cameron and Holly. They were a great help setting us up. We came back today to learn a bit more about our phone and once again they have been nothing but helpful. Highly recommended seeing them for your phone needs

David and Richard were probably the most entertaining time Ive had in a phone store. These guys were straight up and they were funny and made me feel comfortable. 10/10 Recommend to anyone thinking they need a new phone or plan.

I was shopping around for a new carrier undecided on who to chose, so I stopped at T-Mobile best decision i’ve made! As soon as i was walking up Carlos opened the door for me and greeted me and my whole family, I have never experienced such great customer service! Wonderful customer service. As soon as I walked into the store I was instantly greeted by Richard, and David, and Kameron. They all hooked me up with a great plan that is suited for me. I was paying way too much at AT&T and they saved me money! Not only did they walk me through my bill and my plan, they went above and beyond helping me set up my email address, Facebook, and other apps on my phone. They were patient and fun! I will recommend This store to all my family and friends with the $50 refer a friend program.

Still wont take care of their existing customers. I have had TMobile for 14 years, and every time they run a promotion, I loose out. I need to add another line or buy a ton of stuff I dont need to be able to get a deal. After 14 years shouldnt other loyal customers and I get a break. I guess it time to switch! If Tmobile doesnt care about my business, then there is no reason to stay with them.

Today I called the T-Mobile store in Oroville asking for help on a used phone purchase. My phones are currently through Verizon, who was closed. I spoke with Brenna who was so kind and helpful. She told us to just bring the phones over and she would make sure the phone I was buying was legit. We ran over, and she was quick to the draw and helped us get the phone checked out. Thank you Brenna for going the extra mile, even though I wasnt a customer of yours. Thats customer service, thats 10 star worthy!

Kam was AWESOME! I walked in early he greeted me kind. I needed a new phone & he hooked me up! In the 10 years that I have been a customer I have never received as much as I did on new years day with this guy. He got me into a tablet & I got my new phone with accessories. Jacob was also in the store helping out & his customer service skills were also on point. I felt valued & walked out happy! The Store is totally awsome. I had a great time with everybody that worked in the store. I was having issues with my phone, and Kameron came and helped me the whole way through. I ended up getting a sync-up and David the store manager was tthe first to assist me to make sure that it was working properly in my car. I had Metro PCS. Metro gave me nothing but grief, frustration, and anger because of their service in store and for their network. Phone plans were only a source of headache for me. Then I came into T-Mobile, I was instantly greeted by Richard with a really big smile and great attitude. Made me feel welcome and felt an instant trust. They gave me a great plan with no frills and I didnt feel that salesman push that one normally experiences in phone stores. David the manager was also a big help going the extra mile with my Facebook and Gmail account set up. If youre at all thinking about making the switch, dont wait, just go. They are awesome. I came to this Tmobile due to the fact that my friends worked here. DO NOT go to this store!!!!! When I switched from sprint, Dominic told me everything will be taken care of and your form will be submitted. When sprint charged me 523.25, I went in and spoke with another rep. “I can’t handle this because I didn’t set up the account” got this several times till I finnaly had to call into work and cancel so I could deal with this issue. Dominic NEVER submitted my from, and for the 2 weeks I came in (about 2-3 times a week) I was told it was submitted, when I called in and asked they had no record of it. The only way I was able to resolve this issue was to call into corporate and ask to speak with a manager. When all was said and done, I revisited this store, spoke with the manager, and was told “you got your $523.25 back, we can’t help you, get out!” So I called back in and explained what happend. Tyrasin at that time, helped comp me for the pain and struggle the Oroville store put me threw! IF YOU GO TO THIS STORE, CHECK UP TWICE A DAY!!! The people who work here only want your money they get from commission!!! 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻 This store. T-Mobile has great service and amazing prices tho, just don’t go to this store

Thank you Kameron and Holly! Soon as I walked in Kameron approached me ready to help. I had two young daughters with me, ages 1 and 3. The computers were running extra slow and my kids were getting restless and Holly (who wasnt helping anyone at the time) took over and played with my kids until I was finished. She is seriously a baby whisperer. Kameron got me the best deal and was very informative and professional. Best Tmobile ever. On top of that the store itself is kid friendly all of the accessories are locked on the to wall so my kids cant grab them and they played some good music too!

VERY Disappointed with oroville tmobile on Friday me and my husband went in because I wanted my husband to upgrade on his phone with tmobile I had Xfinity mobile phone when DAVID STORE MANAGER told me how come I didnt join Tmobile and so on.. .. Anyways he told me if I would to join with them that they could pay off my balance that I had with Xfinity on my phone....yeah sounded good but that didnt happen everything he said was nothing but a lie not only did we have to go through this my mother that went through the same thing after headaches and going in there twice a week my husband finally called the main company they said we werent the only ones complaining about the DAVIED thank God the main company made a deal with us after all those headaches...PEOPLE PLEASE BE CAREFUL with TMOBILE IN OROVILLE THEY WILL TELL YOU DIFFERENT SO THEY CAN GET THERE MONEY AND Commission DONT FALL FOR IT
