The managers at this location are great. The site is clean and also taken care of. They are very responsive and resourceful. I would recommend this place any day.

I love this place! This is my 6th year using this space and I’ve been a very active user since arriving here. The staff is incredible and personable and my relationship with them above all the amenities has kept me here from year to year. I use one of the air-conditioned units and it keeps my equipment safe and preserved and I’d recommend this space a thousand times over!

The owners are really great people. They will accommodate you as best they can. I rented the AC or Air Controlled unit which I feel was well worth it! I remember going through a really rough time but the owners were really empathetic and very professional which helped a lot especially in this day and age when great customer service is almost null and void with businesses these days.

We are preparing to move to N.C. this week. Due to a misunderstanding with a part time person, we had an issue getting our 26’ truck from the location. We had been experiencing a move from hell (LOL...I’m sure many of you have had the same experience). Thus I wasn’t in the best of moods. Even though I was short, the new manager was awesome and very understanding and patient. He, on a Sunday (his day off) went out of his way to help me and my family resolve the issue.......ON HIS DAY OFF! I can’t thank him enough. Sir, you are amazing, I would give him 6 stars if possible! Thank you again!

I have been a customer for 1 year. I had a 5 x 10 unit outside. I never had any problems with rodents, thieves, always bright light, staff always helpful and they do not treat you like trash if your late on your payments. I had to close do to moving to a different area and guess what there is a personal storage store across the street from my condo. Im happy to say I will be back but for a smaller unit.. We have had units with Personal Mini Storage for 8 years. The facilities are clean, safe and convenient. Their technology is state of the art! The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable and go the extra mile! There is everything you would need available in each location, from packing tape to trucks. We had a unit for years with a different company and the experience was completely different. The safety I feel with Personal Mini Storage when I go on my own as a woman is unfounded whereas at the other company, it seemed like people may have been living in their units. Nothing like that happens at Personal Mini Storage, there is surveillance, security and a true feeling of family.

Been here for over 6 yrs. The old managers were wonderful, leaving pretty big shoes to fill for the new staff. However, the new managers are pretty good and maintain the property very well.

Last day moved out today ... good experience clean & staff was professional and congenial.

I needed a unit in a hurry, for my boyfriend and I had just moved to Florida the day before and had a truck load of stuff we needed to store. Amber, owner and manager of the company, spoke with me on the phone the day before, giving us the best rates and even informing me of the history of their family owned business and what all they have to offer. She went above and beyond to help us. She made sure after listening to what items we had that we had the right size storage. Once we arrived management was very helpful to us. Jacky was wonderful from the minute we walked in the door. She had a very rude customer that walked in while she was helping us and he demanded to be helped first. He didnt treat her very well so we stepped aside so we could all get rid of him as soon as possible. I had found another facility online with a slightly better price than yours, however, when we went to check the other place out, it was very warm inside even though it was climate controlled and there was a terrible odor. The unit was not swept clean either. We went back into the office and he called your place to see if there was a unit available. We lucked out! Your facility is clean and kept up! When we saw our unit, it was refreshingly cool and super clean and had no odor! We were sold! And the price was only $8.00 more than the stinky place. Thank you for having a nice place to store my stuff!

This is the best storage facility. The couple that operates this facility are very nice, answered all my questions, explained in details the storage agreement and exceeded my expectations in customer service. My only negative is I wish I had used this facility 8 months ago when I first moved to town. Shawn and his wife are a Five Star Team!!

I have been using this location for about 3yrs for every truck rental. From day one with my first phone call it was not only professional, but caring customer service. I originally assumed the employees were the owners because their attention to detail, and desire to make my experience the best possible one. “Who does that these days, if it’s not an owner with integrity”?!Since that day my husband and I have repeated need for their services; with 4 college aged boys who move like gypsies we need a truck often!... recently I found out the managers were not the owners. They work for a local family who gives respect to their employees and treat them wonderfully. That too is a rare find these days. So it’s my honor and awesome to know we are supporting LOCAL BUSINESS.No joke, love these guys, and if you need them they are there..
