Customer care was polite; but I could have found a better price and was not told that after 10pm I could not enter my storage so almost didnt get everything into my storage unit which was very stressful and made for a horrible Birthday...The plus is that its inside and climate controlled and the Customer service was polite

On a day with many unforeseen circumstances beyond his control, Chris went well above the call of duty to accommodate our move of the contents from two units into another one that was both a better location for us and a cost saver as we were able to reduce our number of units. He kept his cool in trying times and was able to help us achieve our goals with complete kindness and ultimate professionalism.

Homeless people sneak into the facility with easy access through the front door - and totally unmonitored by Cubesmart local management. My wife and I no longer feel safe here so we closed out our unit over the weekend. Management refused to give me credit for 3 weeks that I’ve already paid and now won’t use. Cubesmart says they’re “#1 in customer satisfaction”. What a joke that is. Go right next door to Extra Space Storage. Cleaner. Newer. No vagrant problem.

This place is no where shy from remarkable. Khamini Remrattan provided stellar customer service when coming in today to purchase my unit. Not only was the conversation pleasant but she fast, and efficient in ensuring the details of the lease were good. Her attention to detail, and thorough walkthrough of the building were remarkable. Storage area looks amazing and customer service is solid. I would highly recommend.

The elevators couldnt reach the 3rd floor unless the owner inputs the code for it to activate, so that may need to be renovated. Other than that, they have a lot of storage spaces to use

I personally like to be in and out, I have to store my things in here for around four months, Khamini and Christian gave me Quick answers to my questions. I eternally loathe people that can’t answer simple questions and they were able to do so. I got squared away in probably 10-15 minutes. They were nice. Friendly. We had a few laughs and I was on my way.

On February 25, 2021, I had an excellent customer service experience with Kamini Remrattan, the General Manager at CubSmart on South Orange in Orlando. She was very friendly and professional in her approach, and she carefully reviewed relevant information with me and answered all my questions prior to my rental of a storage unit. She also explained the various size options. She walked me through the units to show me the differences and made sure the unit I picked was clean before I moved items into it.

The place is extremely clean and neat. Expect to pay approximately 40% more than the advertised price. They make you buy insurance. And there is a fee.

Omar was great! He set up everything very quickly.Update: I came back to retrieve my items and they were all wet and moldy. I had to throw 95% of my items away and in that case, what was I paying $90 a month for? Omar said it would be protected from the weather and made their storage out to be the best thing since sliced bread. Hes a great salesman and gets the job done quickly, but if only I knew what their services really provided. He asked me to give him a nice review, which I did, and it turned out to be worthless.I can never honestly reccomend Cubesmart to anyone that I know. In fact, I sincerely hope that people see my review before falling for their charismatic ways. Please consider ANYONE else besides Cubesmart.

I chose the location for convenience and upon arrival, met the General Manager Basil who was inviting and made me feel more than comfortable about my choice. While unloading the truck in the hot sun, he came out personally to give us a few bottles of water. I recommend this place for the cleanliness, the security, the price is exceptional and most of all the man behind it all, GM Basil.

Nice storage facility. Employees are nice and up front with all fees and total cost of each unit. Had a bad experience with the site next door which quoted me one price and once I got there was given a much higher price.

Don’t store here unless you absolutely have to or it’s very short term. It’s not that there are problems with the units or anything, you can just expect your rent to be raised at least once if not twice a year. They always cite market forces in their notification letters but you’d think with the amount of storage being built in Orlando, including mere blocks away from CubeSmart that that would drive prices down not up. Don’t store here.

Moving here from our old storage facility was like night and day. The building is clean and secure, getting in and out is easy and straightforward, and the staff is wonderful. Khamini got us through the process in a jiffy and made sure we understood everything and that our code worked for us before leaving us on our own. She even checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed. Having someone friendly, knowledgeable and so professional made us very confident about our property. It was great at first, till they started raising the rent. We are paying almost $200 for a 10x10, could see paying that much if it was indoors with air conditioning. Thankfully we are moving into a bigger place and wont need this, we will be able to save money.
