This is THE best place ever. The manager who moved me in was so nice and very helpful. Exceptional Customer service. I had a reservation for a unit but, on the day I moved in, he found one that was exactly what I was actually needing. The facility is clean, safe and a great location for me. If youre looking for a clean and safe storage unit in the Orlando area then look no further. After spending 6 hours looking at multiple units I came across the 408 N. Primrose location and was immediately impressed with the layout and location. The manager; Angel Martinez, was very professional and knowledgeable about the units and surrounding area . He took the security of his facility very seriously and was very attentive to my needs and questions. Because the location was in pristine condition and well managed, I signed the contract the same day and could not be any happier.

I will say that in the ever stressful moving scenario, Extra Space Primrose location was the highlight of it all. Brian and Angel were both very attentive to my needs and did a fantastic job of ensuring my comfort during the time I occupied a unit.Kudos to extra space storage.Only annoyance is the obviously needed security. The keypad to unlock the elevators will extend a movers time. Keep in mind.

It was very convenient for me to get in and out with no hassle. Not that far from home. Always clean when I do go there to pickup somethings or drop off. Very customer friendly and professional. If I ever need a storage again, Extra Space Storage will be the place I choose. Thanks a million.

We are giving this location a 5 star simply based on a tour and the gentleman, Angel, who manages it! Angel managed Orlando’s University Blvd. location when we rented multiple units a couple of years ago. It was secure, quiet, clean, and easily accessible. However, what made our stay there longer than planned was our sense of security for our things, under Angel’s management. Even during two hurricanes, Angel provided a sense of calm, in uncertainty. We eventually moved out, but needed to rent another unit, and returned to University Boulevard, only to find Angel had moved locations. We found him at this location, and seriously considered renting from here /just/ based on former experience of his management skills, and if it weren’t for the fact that it was much farther from our home, we would have signed a rental agreement on the spot. We arrived at this very conveniently placed location and found it to be very clean, accessible, and secure for our personal belongings. And talk about space! We had not seen drive up to, and covered units this size before! If you secure a unit here, we believe you will be very pleased with the convenient set up, and management you desire. Angel is professional, compassionate, accommodating, helpful, and has answers to your questions. He is the /Extra/ in Extra Space Storage. Thank you Extra Space Storage for instilling in your employees, the importance of client service. We have found this to be your standard at multiple locations so far, and truly is the reason why we, as renters, keep returning.

Angel made sure my move was very smooth. He worked with me in terms of making sure I was getting the right storage and made sure my move out day was seamless! Place is clean and air conditioned, Would recommend!

I have been extremely happy with the space and service at this Extra Space. I have needed to ship pallets to our units on multiple occasions and Angel has accepted them on my behalf and made sure they get to the right place - so convenient. The space is clean and cool. I would definitely recommend Extra Space over any of the nearby options.

I cannot say enough about Angel at the Extra Space Storage on Primrose in Orlando! My entire experience was first rate thanks to him. He put me at ease and patiently answered all of my questions when my family needed to move last minute and was very understanding & helpful when we sent movers to collect our belongings. He even helped coordinate with the movers when I couldnt be there in person. If you are thinking about going somewhere else, DONT! You dont get customer service like this often. The facilities were clean, secure, and safe. I wish I could give more than 5 stars

I had a great experience with getting a storage unit. The manager Angel was friendly and helpful. He showed me some units and discussed pros and cons. The grounds are clean and high quality. I feel safe going there to use the storage unit. I am very happy to be using Extra Space Storage.

I have been very impressed thus far with this company. Rachel at the 888 call center was super nice and explained everything because I have never rented storage. Angel, the site manager, called right away after I made my reservation and guided me through the process to complete the lease agreement. He met me outside my car when I got there just like he said he would. The premises are impeccably clean.

I needed to find a storage unit for a short period of time. I did research on several places, but was very impressed with Extra Space Storage in the reviews I read. When I visited the facility, I was super impressed with the friendly and helpful manager Angel. The facility is super clean, and well lit and so easy to get to your storage unit. I did have some trouble with my key and Angel personally assisted me with my issue. He closed up the office to help my needs. It is a wonderful place to choose for your extras to store and I would definitely choose them again when needed. 5 stars across the board for sure.

The place was very clean. It had equipment to help me take my stuff up and down the elevator. And your guest services was very well informed. I would recommend anybody to go down there.

I used this facility while we staged our home for sale and just moved out. The facility is clean, convenient, and works as advertised. Sign up and Check out was a breeze. Staff is friendly although there wasnt a need for much interaction as there were no issues. Location is great and worth the very small price premium to not cross 50 if your in downtown/Thornton.

Reserved online and Tara the store manager called me the next day. She answered all my questions and was super helpful. We came in check out the unit and she went out of her way to give us a tour. The word Extra means Extra friendly, Extra low prices, Extra new, Extra Air Conditioning, and Extra clean.

I rented space on Lee Road and had a great experience. My belongings were stored for almost 3 years!! I have just been able to unpack and things are in their original condition!!I am now renting a much smaller space but have moved closer to my home. The location has only been open for 8 months.. it is beautiful! The location is on Primrose.. in the milk district!!! Angel the store manager was so helpful and so pleasant to work with. The locks are a cylinder lock for more security. I can’t say enough about this company.. originally when I was looking for storage.. nothing compared!!

Beautiful and clean new place. I thought they were building an apartment complex here because of how pretty it was but it ended up being storage which is way better. This place is super close to where I live and the shopping plaza I frequent behind it. Its location is like super close to everything pretty much. Its super clean and the lady that runs it is so nice. Couldnt ask for a better place to store your overflow stuff.

This brand new facility is truly 10/10! Completely secure and the tunnel inside allows for easy moving rain or shine. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, willing to lend a helping hand whenever needed. Temperature controlled and personal code access gives me the reassurance that my belongings are well taken care of and looked after. Would recommend to anyone!

Just started with a small unit here. Building is brand new & I’m the first in the unit - so everything is very clean and secure. Carts and elevators make it easy to move items up to the higher floors. You drive up under the cover of the building so you don’t need to worry about weather. Staff is great - very helpful and friendly!

Ive used this company before for storage and had good experiences but this has been the best one so far. Tara is great and was a help at a previous location and was nothing short of sweet and caring just like before. Ive never seen service like at Extra Space. This building is beautiful and even has a covered loading area. So glad they are here!

This branch of Extra Space Storage is excellent! Everything is spotless, and the staff couldnt be more pleasant to deal with. I reserved my unit online and found a very good price. Besides the fact that is a very secure, clean, convenient space, the loading areas are under cover (which will be very handy during the daily downpours during Central Florida summers), they provide sturdy carts so you dont have to bring your own, and there is even an available restroom. I feel quite comfortable storing excess household goods there while my home undergoes renovation. Tara, the branch manager, assures me that it would be no problem to either increase or decrease the amount of space Im renting as time goes by. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

Tara was very accommodating and showed me all the possibilities for storage space for what I needed to store (decorations and the such) since this was my first time looking into a storage unit. The location is super clean and bright and the unloading/loading zone is under cover so you can bring things in and out of storage without worrying about the weather! I’m excited for my new storage unit to help me store my Halloween decorations and help declutter my smaller sized house that’s right down the road!

I am since updating this review. Beware, they have raised my rent twice in the past 6 months. I have gone up just over 10.00 per month in that short time. I understand an adjustment from time to time but this is a bait and switch. I will be moving my things as soon as I find a better rate.
