I tried reaching out because I waited more than a month and a half for my moving inventory that hadnt arrived, I had to wait a few days since they said they were going to contact me which I had to call back because they never did.After a few calls I was able to get the date of delivery only to find that the boxes had foot prints on the lid.Upon further inspection we found multiple broken items, damaged items and some cracks on the boxes which is completely irresponsible.I have been trying to contact the company since I received my boxes through email to see how we can address this issue with no avail.I do not recommend using them if you are transporting items of value.
DO NOT USE La Rosa del Monte!! This is THE WORST moving company in Puerto Rico. My experience with them was HORRIBLE!! Its been about one month since they delivered my items and there customer service ghosted me. They broke two (2) TVs. And one them was completely new. I called Orlando to solve the matter and they told me to call Puerto Rico. I called Puerto Rico. They took my name and phone number and they never called me back. I called Puerto Rico again and they told me I had to call before 12pm, which its practically impossible for my wife and I to do. So I sent that an email (the email that replies to all reviews) and I never heard back from them.Also, Orlando doesnt make credit card payments. They only accept cash or money orders which its basically cash buy. I had to scramble to be able to pay them. Lastly, La Rosa del Monte in Orlando doesnt operate like La Rosa del Monte in Puerto Rico. Its not like going to Best Buy where its all the same. The two different locations operate under different rules and regulations. Something I guess I should have expected since this is what Puerto Rico does for everything.DO NOT USE them!! Pay a little more and use someone else. I wish I had paid a little more and used someone else.Reply to La Rosa del Monte: Off course youre not going to find an email from Carlos B from Google. I didnt send you the paper work and pictures from my Gmail account. I sent it from a Yahoo account. Had you done a little diligence and looked through your emails you would have found my email with the drivers comments about my TV, and pictures.
I had no problem moving from Chicago to Puetto Rico no cooperate problem. They chipped the corners of my end tables and the headboard moving to Florida way more even though expensive less boxes and it took over 2 months for it to be delivered then the last minute inspection fee and a balance I owed plus an extra fee if 2nd floor and about. I swear I thought I was talking to a depth of the government the way they started charging me the had 2 months to inform me and they waited the last minute. THE LAST TIME I USE LA ROSA DEL MONTE. I try to help my people but F that . Never again. Terrible company, very poor customer service
I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYTHING IN THE WORLD. They are thieves. They stole some articles with a value of $ 750 all the articles arrived with damages valued at $ 600. It took almost 2 months from Connecticut to Florida. and now no one wants to take responsibility for what happened. they are all thieves. very bad experience.
I just moved from the bronx to Florida and every moving company Ive called was about 1800 dollars or more..so I found this company and couldnt believe the price & I heard ok things about them so I decided to use this company I decided to TRUST!! This company with my belongings..& honestly that was the worst thing Ive ever did..they told me 3 weeks that my stuff will be there it arrived in 4 weeks..I say to myself ok maybe they were backed up on deliveries its fine..my things arrived I start looking through my items and realized Im missing at lease 8 pairs of sneakers..and a bottle of liquor..but the amount of boxes I had were there my 13 boxes arrived..it arrived damaged but it arrived nonetheless...so for me to be missing 8 pairs of kicks that were not in the same box together only means that they opened each box & hand selected what sneakers they wanted to take..I call all they said was make a complaint..this company is wrong for stealing individuals things..US PEOPLE TRUST YOU WITH OUR BELONGINGS AND YOUR COMPANY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF US PEOPLE..PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THERE NOT HONEST PEOPLE THEIR THIEVES..NEVER AGAIN WOULD I EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING..👎👎

I called with ample anticipation of my desire for them to pick up my furniture to move out of state. I stressed the fact that I was to leave in April 7. This company is so far off of their own organization that they called me on March 18 the BUSINESS MANAGER calls me to let me know my furniture would be picked up on March 26. Comes to March 26 no one picked up my items. I called them the MANGER SAYS OH I AM SORRY YOU MISS UNDERSTOOD ME I SAID THEY WILL CALL YOU ON THE 26 to let you know she moves further to tell me that she had a note that she had availability to pick up my items until April 7 mind you I previously stated that my flight was the 7th and that I WILL NOT BE IN THAT STATE on April 7. She failed to even try to accommodate me due to their failure she told me she would call me the following monday failed to even attempt to call me IF I DO NOT INITIATE THE CALL. GUESS WHAT still pending the call. This company is cruel, careless, and completely unprofessional. I even told the lady it is impossible for you to work in a company and not be organized, not know where your drivers are to go, what routes you will be working, etc. She couldnt simply give me a straight forward answer. I SIMPLY SAY THIS IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB just QUIT. I am loosing money on having to pay the landlord and extra set of 1,000 dollars because she failed to place me on the route of the 26th and to top it off I AM CLUELESS ABOUT MY FURNITURE EVEN being picked up. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY to deal with. They do not even care if they did something wrong. They try to cover it up easily.
NEVER use this moving company. They are the WORST moving company ever. My furniture was suppose to arrive in 4 to 6 weeks and it did not. To make the matters worse I had to constantly call to find out what was happening and they knew who was calling every time since I called every week requesting information which made them to keep me on hold every time I can state on PURPOSE. When my furniture arrived I knew because I called and at that time they coordinated a delivery at that moment because I call.ed constantly. Delivery date arrived and I called again because I heard nothing during the day from the company and I was told they were going to deliver but they DID NOT come and no one called to notify. So to help others into looking for a moving company and to not go through what MOST of us who used their services went through. LOOK AT MY REVIEW AND DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY.
THE SLOWEST COMPANY TO MOVE ANYTHING! I asked to export my car from Puerto Rico. They said 4 to 6 weeks and was way more expensive. I used Crowley and it was just 7 days! It took 42 days to actually deliver my housing goods when it was sitting at the port 25 days. I do not recommended this company.
This is the second time I’ve used this company. The first time was back in 2019 shipped our stuff from NY to PR which it was a very smooth transition. We were happy with the service so we decided to use this company again but this time the destination was from PR to GA. Our stuff was shipped on October 23 2020 I, up until this day still waiting on my belongings to be delivered to me. On the contract it said out stuff would take in between 5-8 weeks. It’s been 13 weeks I have been calling every week to find out what’s taking so long. They have told me they have my stuff at their warehouse but only give me excuses as of why it’s not delivered yet. Last time I called which was more than 15 days ago they stated that they only do deliveries out to GA every 15 days. Guess what I’m still waiting on my stuff. Called back again today January 21 and the person in charge of providing information was not there and so I couldn’t find out what’s the hold up....again. 13 weeks and they Gail to give an explanation or even apologize. It’s all “oh no I don’t work on that department so I can’t help you or call back when Mrs. Bonilla is here” and then it’s the same thing. No respond, no help. I’ve also reached out to the offices in PR to speak to a manager or somebody responsible that will face this situation professionally and they give me phone numbers that when you call they NEVER answer. This is absolutely absurd. You pay for what you think it will be a good service like they promised but they fail to do so. This is a horrible company to use at least that’s what I can say from the office in Florida. I would never recommend La Rosa del Monte with destination to Florida. I’ve read other reviews and I’m not the only one that has experienced this unpleasant situation. They either need to change the personnel or take their customers seriously. Save yourselves a headache and do not use this company. SmallUpdate after calling for the 1000 time I was able to get in touch with the manager in PR Ricardo Martinez and he was very professional and apologetic. He said he will do his best to find out was happening. I’m hoping my situation gets resolved soon. I will give more updates as this situation plays out and gets resolve.Update: My things finally came the first week of February. Movers were actually nice. But I won’t be using this company again.
I used LRDM in an emergency moment when I left NJ in November they told me it would take anywhere from 3-4 weeks and it took them exactly 8 weeks. I called ar least 4 to 6 times asking what is taking so long and they were like it’s in transit and then it was being held at the the port in Orlando for inspection and that because of the COVID they needed to do something. They left from my house in NJ with 52 pieces like it says because I had in boxes a total of 26 but as i went though some of boxes I notice that I am missing at least two to three boxes. I contact the claim office here in orlando and it’s still the day that no one has contacted me back, my daughter is missing her laptop that has photos of our puppy that passed away and she really hoping that they would have our boxes in their warehouse or somewhere.
I tried to support a local Latin business only to get disappointed by unprofessional. Delivery is late my family is sleeping on the floor at our new location due to their inconsistencies i would never recommend this company to anyone. They dont even want to inform me where my stuff is just been lied to that its in transit. Its been 2 weeks since it was suppose to be her. New York to Florida
Horrible service! They are unresponsive And won’t complete their work. You have to keep following up with them bc they don’t keep the time and day of when they are supposed deliver your stuff. They were 2 additional weeks late on top of the 4 weeks it would take. And won’t do the service you paid for. They don’t return calls. They were supposed to unpack when they deliver as part of the agreement. Once they came after being weeks late and unresponsive, they just dumped the furniture still in boxes in the house and ran. They did not provide any reason or excuse as to why they wouldn’t unpack, they just left and ran quick outside. When we called the office 2 employees agreed that the deliver men were supposed to unpack however after a long hold the supervisor got on the phone and simply said that if we wanted them to unpack the furniture we should of asked them to!! Wow so we were supposed to ask for something they were supposed to do anyways as part of their job and what we paid for already? And also the deliver men were so fast to leave that we didn’t get a chance to say anything.They ran to their truck. It’s incredible. She supervisor Margarita was so nasty and her only answer was that or to just wait another Week for the guys to come back to unpack. No apology, nothing.The other 2 employees told us the deliver men were supposed to unpack. Instead she was nasty and unprofessional and refused to pass the call to her boss. We picked this company originally bc of what they offered which Included unpacking the furniture in their appropriate place bc of my husbands back condition so we wouldn’t have to do the work. And they ripped us off. Now I see why they have only 3 stars
They lost a box with all my jordan clothes, plus the Jordan shoes and all my important stuff and then tell me that they couldnt do nothing because I waited to much to let them know..but the thing is that I was in Orlando and they called me and told me that they was ready to take it home..(P.R) I was not home, so I told my mom to signed up for me..she didnt counted because it was a lot for her,so she trust the driver guy, because he said that he already counted and everything was there but like you guys know, when I came and started to open things and count, just was missing my personal stuff..clothes and shoes that worth 1,500.. Horrible Service . I had to 9 week for my Funiture and into of that a extra 4 day to get delivered to me. After they drop my Funiture here in my apartment they didn’t say anything and roll out and gave me a paper to sign, the service I paid was for unpacking and packing and in Philadelphia the service was professional but where I live then roll out and once I call them to come back and unpacked they block you from there phone so they don’t have to do anything . I call and spoke with supervisor Margarita Ramerz and she was unprofessional, noun loving, liening,and in other word didn’t show that she want to help. I inform the guy left like 4min and she going to lie and she that the guy on a different state . And then use the excuse of the COVID 19 and then switch her store and say will some people ask the unpacking I inform that the service I was inform I don’t have inform them that to unpack my Funiture she was nasty and rude and say OH WELL NOT MY PROBLEM WE CAN COME BACK ON TUESDAY I inform her no that not the service I recieve or instruction was giving a day before another rude customer service lie about the office being close when it 4:50pm and then close at 5:00pm . Im so disgust to paid this company money and they don’t feel nothing for the customer. I fought for my right as customer but they didn’t even care about you paying for there service they will screw you over big time and have you do everything.
I have called both offices in Orlando as well as the Bronx twice today regarding my belongings that were picked up on November 25th. My husband and I were told it would take 2-3 weeks for our stuff to arrive. A supervisor told me 3-4 weeks. It is now January 4th and not only is our stuff not here but no one can give any update as to WHERE it is. I did not want to take legal action regarding the valuables with our belongings including my infant sons seizure medication but NO ONE can give me any idea as to what state my stuff is in other than it being in transit.
I do not recommend this company at all my furniture is stock at their warehouse till November 16th, I do not have any furniture in my home because they dont have the trucks and the personnel to deliver the stuff in a timely manner....it really suck...
Damaged dresser with missing shelves! Drivers asked for a tip after picking up my move (tasteless) as that is a privilege not a necessity! Christoper, Christian and Kenneth so unprofessional over the phone and gave me the run around for an hour because no one could answer my questions. They took it upon themselves to repack my stuff after it was picked up and charge me extra. But no one knows who did it; everyone was just pointing fingers. They’re a bunch of crooks! All of my boxes where damaged upon delivery. Horrible company in the Bronx and Orlando! With all these reviews I’m surprised they’re still in business! DO NOT USE!!!

Rosa del Monte is the WORSE moving compain the world. Customer service is awful and disrespectful. We have them do a service to move a furniture piece from Lakeland to NJ and its being over a month and a half and still waiting. The Orlando area were very fast on charging the account for not delivering the product. We have called over 8 times just to get an update, they are very RUDE on the phone to my wife before placing her on hold (hold time varied from 17 minutes to 25 minutes), then they hang up on your call or they just keep transfering you to someone else.Also the employees werent professional, they came in the house with their mask under their chin and walked all over the house not caring, talking at loud.PLEASE IF YOU READ THIS DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Alex

DO NOT MOVE YOUR STUFF WITH THIS COMPANY! When my stuff was delivered they told me that one of my item (65 TV ) was not deliver, they gave me a paper that stated that this item was not delivered to me and told me that in 1-3 business they were going to called me to deliver my TV. I waited again, no one called, so I had to call again. They told me that I would need to send an email and start a claim, (a claim that they should have started since they are the one who lost my TV). When the claim arrived they said that they are only giving me $250 for my brand new TV, because of the type of insurance I had (as I mention previously they never provided me with an insurance disclosure or explanation about the insurance). It is weird that I received all my boxes (big and extra small), but my big TV box was lost. I tried to contact the claim department and explained my situation, but they said my case was finished and closed and they would only paid $250 (and it takes 30 business days for them to send it, which I ridiculous). I cant understand how a big box was lost. If you want your stuff to be lost & stolen, do business with them. I never put reviews online, but I want to prevent other people to experience what I did.¡NO MUEVAN SUS COSAS CON ESTA EMPRESA! Una vez que me entregaron mis cosas, me dijeron que uno de mis artículos (65 TV) no fue entregada a tiempo, me dieron un papel que decía que este artículo no me lo entregaron y me dijeron que en 1-3 días hábiles me iban a llamar para entregármelo. Esperé de nuevo, no me llamaron y llamé nuevamente, me dijeron que tendría que enviar un correo electrónico y comenzar un reclamo (lo cual ellos deberían haber hecho el reclamo ya que ellos fueron los que perdieron mi televisor). Cuando llegó el reclamo, dijeron que solo me daban $ 250 por mi televisor nuevo, debido al tipo de seguro que tenía (como mencioné anteriormente, nunca me proporcionaron una divulgación o explicación del seguro). Es extraño que recibí todas mis cajas (grandes y extra pequeñas), pero mi gran caja de TV se perdió. Traté de comunicarme con el departamento de reclamos y le expliqué la situación, me dijeron que mi caso estaba terminado y que solo pagarían $ 250 (y que el cheque se demora 30 días hábiles para que lo envíen, lo cual es ridículo). No puedo entender cómo se perdió una caja grande. Si quieren que sus cosas se pierdan, o se las roben, hagan negocio con ellos. Nunca pongo reseñas en línea, pero quiero evitar que otras personas experimenten lo que me paso a mí.
Never was the insurance explained. Nor offer to upgrade the insurance for furniture. The buffet table has a stain, dinning table base was damage and one dinning chair . We where offer only $100, It feels like someone just slap my face.Poor customer service.

I needed to move a very pricey 55 TV (in which I still pay) from Puerto Rico to Orlando, FL. Ill admit, I was scared because of the reviews... thought that something bad was going to happen. But, the tv actually got to us in the same time range the company said and totally safe and sound. They secured it very well in a wooden box with a lot stuffing paper around it. Recommended!

I used this company due to a referral. In which, I was given an idea on how they work and I was content with the information. I moved from New York to Florida and the day of pick up (June 30th, 2018) the two young gentlemen seemed very polite and hard workers. I was courtesy to gave a $100 tip. I was given my receipt for 8 boxes in total and was told it was going to take about 20 days to arrive.Upon arrival, which took 6 weeks instead. I received 7 boxes in total. When I called the office in NY and spoke to Mr. Figueroa, he claimed I paid and shipped only 7.Unfortunately, when I called the office in Orlando. The claim dept was never available. As for right now, its been almost a month of me receiving my shipment and my missing box is nowhere to be found.Sadly, I would never recommend this company.

They stole from us!!! The ruined two bedroom sets. My mattresses are on the floor because they lose the frames! The lost my kids scooter. Its been two months going back and forth. They dont return calls ever. I always have to call back. Still no resolution. They are the most unprofessional people Ive dealt with. No one knows what the other is doing.
Worst company ever. (Orlando office) My stuff arrived at a timely manner from NY. They scheduled a delivery date in the beginning of April. Everytime delivery date came, I was given run around that they cannot make the delivery. The day the delivery was on its way according to them the truck breaks down. They are very inconsiderate in terms of how people are in need of personal belongings, if customers are sleeping on floors, or if we got other things to do. Everytime they tell me they are coming, I have to find out they are not coming because I have to call them. They do not communicate any type of change about delivery. Making me waste my time stay home all day when I got other things to do. I believe that they dont have all my stuff and are giving me the run around. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL, IRRESPONSIBLE and INCONSIDERATE.

Desafortunadamente se atrevieron a cortar los straps para abrir las cajas y ya note que me faltan cosas. Tras que pagas un precio alto para que te hagan la mudanza te roban pertenencias.Reply: I disagree with you. How can you explain to me that 4 different boxes, all the straps (high quality wide straps) from one side were cut off (look at red circles on the attached photo)? I really doubt that these were cut off by accident. I unpacked the boxes and there were things that I couldnt find for example... Im 100% I had a google home mini device in one of the opened boxes and i just found the power supply cable for it. Since this is your word vs my word I have no option to claim.

They offer a mediocre customer service, we contracted our move on April told us it would take from 5 to 8 weeks to be delivered in June. Almost 10 weeks after they picked up everything and nothing. When we called they bounced us from person to person and nobody could do anything. Now they dont want to pay for out of pocket expenses or expedite the delivery. DO NOT contract Rosa del Monte they will just give you a headache. Also they do NOT have a resolution department or real customer service.
On July 1st I had La Rosa Del Monte ship my belongings from Connecticut to south Georgia. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. Which is true because I have shipped with them twice before. It is now September 7, almost 10 weeks later, and I still havent received my stuff nor have I received a phone call from the movers. I called the Orlando, Fl location and spoke to Mrs. Bonilla. She told me it would arrive Tuesday the 6th. Never arrived. Today she is telling me the drivers are on their way and Ill get it this week and she has no way to contact the drivers. The receptionist told me my stuff has never left their lot. You get what you pay for. Dont waste your time or money with this company. Pay a little more with other movers and have a piece of mind.

Very kind and cordial staff. They arrived on time for the estimate, took their time explaining everything detail by detail, and gave me a great rate. Come the time of my move, they did not dissapoint. The movers were very effecient and delicate with my goods. At destination in NY it was no different. Also i have to mention, i have moved many times before, but this is the first time that the same company that is picking it up, is the one delivering itm it gives a peace of mind knowing imy goods were always in their posessions, with other companies its usually an entirely different company delivering. Would 100% reccommend.
Absolutely horrible moving company! Please do not use! Im writing this review to hopefully save others from the headache my mother is currently dealing with from this company. She hired them to move her furniture from Florida to Pennsylvania. She had spoken to them previously about her plans to move, he move in date with her apartment in PA, and everything. They packed up and moved her things out of her Florida home June 19th... They said she should have her things first week of July... First week of July came and went with nothing about her furniture, not an update, nothing. My mom called them,t told her if she didnt receive her furniture by July 11th to call them. July 11th comes, nothing no furniture. She calls and speaks to manager, he says that its still in transit my mom asks in transit from where?? The guy said he doesnt know. How doesnt he know where my moms furniture is?? You would think these things would be logged and tracked, but I guess not. So now its July 19th, a month since she left Florida and still no furniture and shes paid for her apartment and cant stay there. She called today, same response...we dont know where the furniture is, if its not there by next Thursday call again ?!!!!???!!!! So unprofessional! My mom made the mistake of paying in full to these people, so shes out of her $3200, her furniture, and the $1250 months rent she paid for July without being able to stay in her apartment. Stay away from these people! Do not use their services!
Im very pleased with this office. they helped my family and i move from orlando florida to berlin germany. it took a little longer than expected, but being it was going by boat that was to be expected. there was some minor damage but the insurance company took care of everything, no complaints whatsoever. i will be using them upon my return.

As a company owner and Puerto Rican. I will never treat others like this people in PR.First time that I have to say something bad about a company from my own place. The staff here in Orlando are great and very professional. Rodny and Patricia Pacheco are great people. But the staff in PR are horrible. My belongings came scratched,broken and more. I claimed the damages and they offered me pennys. My Singh was not to buy there insurance. Thats what they toldOne of the person in The Claims Dept Josette Garcia is very insensitive and rude. Mediocre, irresponsible, and disrespectful! The Puerto Rican staff was wonderful, and they picked up my belongings swiftly and as promised. But the delivery has been a nightmare. First, it got delayed 2-3 more weeks than promised. Second, they never called to confirm the move had arrived in Orlando. I had to follow up several times. Third, the person coordinating the move in Orlando kept providing misleading information about the delivery. She promised a delivery date, and when called to confirmed she changed it. Fourth, her attitude was rude and disrespectful. Do yourself a favor, and choose another company.
Great experience and service. I was a litter worry because of the bad reviews but let me tell you. My family was moving from GA to PR. The advice me to drive to FL to save some money in transportation. We where running super lata and we where flying the same day. I call them and at soon we got there the ran with us and help for ud to be able to make our flight. Im so gratefull for them to go above and beyoun for us. 100% recomended and gratefull for ther service..
I used them back in 2015, the package arrived nice and in good shape... HOWEVERRRR in 4 years lots thing changed like this guy Juan/JAVIER idk how is called he wont answer his damn phone, then i call to rosa del monte and this lady makes me call that guy ... once i said hes useless i was the bad one LOL then they transferred me to this other nasty lady... like NOPE seems they dont want my money so i went instead to U-Pack :)im moving from FL to PR and see UPack they do want my money! good luck rosa del monte, because i was looking forward to send tons of stuff often for my business but if u treat me nasty i dont want anything to do with this kind of people.
The worse moving company I’ve dealt with. It’s been 7 weeks and I still don’t have my things from CT to FL, the lady from the FL location is super rude and doesn’t even try to help. Never using this company again.
Moved from CT to Orlando they said 3 weeks its been 6 weeks! They will lie to you about the time it takes & change the story once you pay, awful customer service the woman in Orlando has horrible customer service skills, she isnt able to give me any update! Awful experience for moving.

I was charged twice, got a call secound time from Particia Boliga, incredible, that such a big company does not even have records of my previous calls and not charged.
Most horrible company ever...6 weeks and stuff is still not here..now Im scared reading reviews and scared Im gonna be missing stuff..why is this company even still in business???!!!And than the owner to get on Google and say thanx for trusting our company,bet hes getting rich with peoples stuff
Agree with all one star reviews - horrible company. Avoid, avoid, avoid....companies attitude is were doing you a favor. Answering office phone in English would be a good start.
It took about 4 months or them to even come and pick up my grandmothers furniture from my house. They by passed us like 6 times. Once the furniture was picked up, they cashed our 1000 dollar check and its been 2 months and my mother still hasnt received her furniture. Georgia is 13 hours away from New Jersey. When I called to see where her things were they said they are unloading in New York. Last time I checked New Jersey isnt New York. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They need to be reported to the BBB !

My stuff got picked up august 1 from Puerto Rico to Dallas, TX. To this day October 13, Im still waiting for my stuff to get here. I call every week and they tell me a different story. I lost all credibility to this company. My advise, pay extra with another company and get your stuff on time and safely. They promise and dont deliver, their excuse is that is on the contract, they are not responsible for how long it takes or even if theres any damage (the sales man never mentioned any of this).. Oh and their intial quote was $1,750 and at the end end was $2,100I hope my stuff gets here eventually but I highly doubt it

Horrible they told me an amount and then the day before they call to deliver my love they added another $100 told them I have the copy with th remaining balance and called still wanna charge me the additional $100 took
Worst people EVER!!!! I manage my moving through their Puerto Rico (PR) office (where everything worked out fine) to Tennessee on May 21 2018. I was told that my property will arrive to my house in approximate 6 weeks. At the 5th week I call (never got a call from them) to fallow up the process. They told me (Mrs. Bonilla, the only time I spoke to her) they didnt knew the status and that there was no way for them to know when my stuff will arrive. Unfortunately the office in PR and the one in Orlando (FL) works as a different companies, not like one (they lack communication between them). I called PR and they refer me to Orlando. Ive call several times to Orlando, left messages and voicemails without any feedback from them (NO CALL RETURN or massage answer). Now where are starting our 9 week without any knowledge of my property. PR says is Orlando and Orlando (Mrs Bonilla, person in charge for international moving) avoids responding to their clients. What they dont seem to realize is that every day that passes it costs me $$. They are not giving me charity because I paid for a service. IM STILL WAITING AND SPENDING $$. They where the cheapest moving company, but ended up so far been the most expensive one.
I dont used to post rates but this time I have to do it. My mooving has been a traumatic experience thanks to this company. Not only they lied to me since the begining, it took more than 3 weeks for delivery my things between cities in the same State. My boxes came open. My matress has a water spot and is dirty. There are thing out of place. A mess. Dont use it, even if recommended by a family or friend. Get another company.

Worse experience ever. My things havent even arrived yet and I sent them like a month and 2 weeks ago. Everytime I ask they keep saying I have to wait a while longer with no explanation just horrible customer service.
Its verry sad and fustrating that i got to pay alot of money for them to bring my stuff down to Florida and i open my box that clearly it says delicate be careful.. and u find your stuff broken and they send u a letter saying there not responsable its sad and trust i wont hire u guys again to move my stuff..and on top missing items
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY MADE A SHIPMENT FROM BOSTON TO ORLANDO!!!! THEY GUYS WERE HORRIBLE THEY WOULD TAlk SHYT WHILE BRING UP THE BOXES TO THE APARTMENT ASKING FOR WATER SAYING ITS TOO HOT FOR THIS SAYING WHAT THE HELL WE GOT IN THE BOXES BECAUSE ITS HEAVY. THEY BROKE MY TV ITS CRACKED THEY BROKE MY MICROWAVE THEY BROKE A HANDFULL OF COFFEE CUPS THEY BROKE A PICTURE FRAME I HAD. THE FEE TO BRING UP TO THE 3RD FLOOR WAS $75 AND I HAD $100 I ASKED FOR CHANGE HE SAID THEY DONT HAVE ANY I SAID WELL.... I NEED CHANGE HE WENT TO ASK THE OTHER WORKERS WHEN HE CAME BACK WITH THE CHANGE HE THATS ALL WE HAD TO ATE .. ( THATS NOT MY PROBLEM ) WHEN THE GUY WAS PUTTING THE STUFF DOWN HE WAS NOT DROPPING IT DOWN SLOWLY. AFTER THEY WERE DONE HE TOLD ME TO SIGN OFF THAT I RECEIVED THE SHIPMENT. WHICH I DID WHEN I STARTING UNPACKING I NOTICED ALL THE STUFF THAT WAS BROKEN. WHEN I CALL FOR THE CLAIM ( SINCE I PAID EXTRA FOR THE INSURANCE ON MY SHIPMENT ) THEY SAID I DONT GET A REFUND BECAUSE I SIGNED THE PAPER THAT SAID IT WAS ALL GOOD WHEN I ACUTALLY WAS TOLD TO SIGN THAT I RECEIVED THAT PACKAGE. IM HIGHLY UPSET THAT THIS CHEAP/UNPROFESSIONAL/GHETTO MOVING COMPANY. I WANT MY CLAIM TO BE PROCESSED AND GET A REFUND FOR MY DAMAGE ITEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE ORLANDO NEWS/ BBB / ATTORNEY GENERAL /Update: After reporting them to the BBB they still did not want to compensate for the damages stating I signed the form etc ( in which I was mislead about ). Aside from that the head here in Orlando IVETTE was super rude and unprofessional and just didnt care. Unfortunately I had a 2nd shipment sent from Boston before this happened. I will keep you guys updated!! I WILL DEFITNETLY NOT SIGN OFF ON ANYTHING UNTIL I OPEN EVERY SINGLE BOX AS THE WORKERS WAIT OUTSIDE UNTIL I REVIEW ALL AND EVERY SINGLE THING I SENT!!!!
Terrible experience, they didn’t even unwrap the furniture or throw away the garbage. Refused to assemble the bed they disassembled at pickup. When i called the supervisor she had a terrible attitude raising her voice at us. Very unprofessional.

I had them ship my stuff from Puerto Rico to Florida they arrived in less than a month which was less than the time expected. The only bad esperience I had was that my daughters bedroom came damaged, but I told them that they had to fix it or replace it and they fixed it and a reasonable time and without me having to constantly be calling them to respond to my claim.
They give you a false estimate with no specifics, and then they charge you more!!! Terrible customer service!!!
Please if you value your stuff do not use this company. I paid extra for insurance and when I received my merchandise my 55 inch Samsung Smart TV valued at $900 was broken, my furniture was scratched and broken, washer and dryer dented and also missing a few boxes. We then made a claim and all they gave us was $100. Never Again!!!!
I moved from Puerto Rico and all my furniture got stained and broken. Now they dont want to honor their insurance. They offered me 65.00 dollars for all damaged furniture its an insult. Use another company. Monti and Rosa del Monte are the same. Dont trust them!!
3 mo later I received my things broken eventhough the boxes were marked as fragile. One piece of the bedroom missing and a bookcase also came broken. And still checking my things.🤬🤬🤬
Horrible experience with this company. You basically pay them what they call complete service and door to door shipment and it is all a LIE. Payed around $3000 dollars to have shipped from Miami to DR and have been going from city to city to do paperwork for them! And now I have to pay around $300 dollars more so they can release the shipment. Hidden fees everywhere! They do not know what expectation setting is. Not a trustworthy company. Save yourself TIME and MONEY and RUN towards any other moving company

Never again.....I regret the moment I decided to use Rosa del Monte for our move. Our move was from CT to Orlando. The representative in CT told us the delivery would take from 14 to 21 days. They picked up our belongings on 8/5/15, as of today we still dont have our belongings. The company kept giving us the run around saying that the train station had not released the container. We were told the same thing by the representatives in Orlando - not forget the promise they made us of the 14 to 21 days delivery. They make promises but once they have your money and belongings the story changes. Dont use this company.

After 2 and a half months I finally recieved my boxes and even though they were labelled Crystal Fragile they all look like they jumped in all of them. I am afraid to open them..... lets see what they say when I call them....
I brought my brother-in-law to La Rosa Del Monte to send a large commercial printer to Puerto Rico I cant say more about there customer service that was great as soon as you walked in through the door and there prices was very affordable
Worse Moving Company there could possibly be! Not only did they deliver my furniture later then promised but they forgot to put an item on the inventory list and when the movers came to pick up furniture they charged me double what the table was worth! Also for every 5 boxes I opened 4 boxes were full of broken items, Theses items are things that I have had forever and are not replaceable. There definitely not courteous and careful with the merchandise they are handling even when you label it FRAGILE!! My heart was broken with all the items they broke and took from me but I was devastated by the lack or respect this company has. I payed for the movers to pack and un pack my furniture and they did not do so they dropped off my stuff and ran!!! I would never ever recommend this company to anyone!!! If you value your items and you want your stuff at a guaranteed time go somewhere else!!!
