Set an appointment on the phone to get a hitch installed just to be told they don’t do hitches on Sunday. Estimated wait time was going to be like three hours cause the guy wanted to go to lunch. Wasted my time and gas coming here. Thanks uhaul.

Poor communication skills and horrible customer service and that is directly to the regional manager. Will never go back to uhaul for anything.
