Would not recommend. The staff is short and rude. When you ask questions they don’t really answer the question…they just give a smart response. The truck was super unsafe. Told the man the tire sensor light was on and he said don’t worry about it the sensor is broken. The truck was making squeaky noise the entire time where the tire was supposedly low on air. Secondly, tried to tell me to bring the truck back with half a tank because the tank currently is half a tank (before i drove off). I started the truck and the gas light was on and the tank was on E. I immediately went back inside and all he says is “uhhhh ok just bring it back on 1/4 tank and we will give you $50 off”….still haven’t gotten my $50 off when i returned it. Also, the return policy is crazy. They want you to process it online but if you go inside to process a return in the store they charge you an additional $20 for “convenience fee” that’s insane!
Worst customer service & equipment ever! They gave us a faulty UHaul, when we got to our location everything was soaked! They did not check our auto transport & gave us one with an torn rope completely unusable.My husband got severely injured bc they never showed us how to load & unload the ramps!When I called back Manager Gairy Rodriguez wouldn’t pick up & rejected our claims made through customer service!Most unprofessional dealer I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your time at this location. Between water damage, personal injury and torn rope... I won’t be using UHaul ever again.

They charge my credit card for $380, i never gave permission to do so never had any kind of service done i only made an appointment which they cancelled, now refusing to refund my money....going to take action

I never have any troubles in any u-haul. This was no different. The guy was cool and polite. The other man who brought up my vehicle was also respectful and pretty much made sure there wasnt any unaccounted exterior damage. When I returned, it was fast and a email was sent as a receipt.

Could not meet my guaranteed confirmed reservation. refused to pay the $50.00 guarantee. Were short and rude on the phone. Tried to hang up on me, then gave me to a district manager who was also rude. the web site clearly states thatFirst, when a customer is reserving online and chooses a location where the $50 guarantee badge appears, that reservation is considered confirmed. andif they unable to meet preferred time, place or size, then $50 reservation guarantee will be paid, and U-Haul will still attempt to fill the reservation.They could not give me the size i reserved, and i had to go across town so the could not give me my preferred place either.Total scam from the top down, we use U-Haul all the time, thousands of dollars a year. We will be looking at other options.
Best yet! The guys are friendly fast and know their stuff. The guys that complain must of had issues prior. Ive been to other locations that would make you wait and really didnt care. But he always takes care of me!
The staff were on their cell phones while I was waiting for service. They left the gas tank with only a quarter tank and the documents showed 7/16 tank when I signed for the vehicle. They did correct this when I brought it to their attention.

Gairy turned our moving experience into a breeze after several unexpected issues arose about 30 minutes into our cross-country move. He got us a truck and car dolly at the last minute after we overloaded our trailer and needed an upgrade. He even gave us a secure, fenced-in place to transfer our belongings from the trailer to the truck. He also spoke to the GM at the location we rented the trailer from and worked out an arrangement to reimburse us most of the trailer rental fee. Gairy had our best interest in mind and made us feel comfortable and secure with the services he provided. We never felt like we were being scammed or taken advantage of; which was a pleasant surprise, considering the deaperate sutuation we were in. Cory and Joshua were very helpful too and treated us like regulars. This is a great family business that we will use again when we move back to Orlando. Thanks guys!!

These guys are great I went in for a pick up but because my credit card was maxed I could not get it but they gave me a 15ft for the same price now that is how you should treat your customers
AWFUL! IF I COULD SELECT A QUALITY GRADE OF LESS THAN POOR, I WOULD. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNINFORMED STAFF. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PEOPLE. MADE A RESERVATION FOR A TRAILER TO BE PICKED UP AT 6:30PM A WEEK IN A HALF IN ADVANCE. CALLED EVERY 3 DAYS TO CHECK THE RESERVATION BECAUSE IT HAD TO BE THERE AT THAT TIME. CALLED THE DAY OF, NO PROBLEM. ON MY WAY TO PICK IT UP, I CALLED AND WAS TRANSFERRED TO A CALL CENTER FOR DIRECTIONS, THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ONES. CALLED THE STORE AND SPOKE TO THE COUNTER PERSON, THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG DIRECTIONS TOO. NO ONE KNEW WHERE THE STORE WAS LOCATED OR HOW TO GET THERE. FINALLY GET TO THE STORE, THEY HAVE THE RESERVATION, BUT DO NOT HAVE THE TRAILER, DISGUSTING. THEY WERE EXPECTING SOMEONE TO RETURN IT BY 6PM. THAT PERSON DID NOT SHOW, THEY NEVER CALLED THEM. THE RESERVATION WAS THEN SUPPOSED TO BE TRANSFERRED TO THE OCOEE BRANCH, IT WAS CANCELLED INSTEAD. AWFUL! WHY DIDNT THIS BRANCH GET THE TRAILER I NEEDED FROM THE OCOEE BRANCH BEFORE I ARRIVED SO THEY WOULD HAVE IT WAITING. NO SOLUTIONS SOUGHT AFTER, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, DUMB EMPLOYEES. THE REASON WHY THE COUNTRY IS HURTING AND THERE ARE NO JOBS IS BECAUSE OF THIS BRANCH AND THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE. END OF STORY

If I had an option of 0 stars I would give it a zero. Worst experience you could have. These guys say and promise the world.God forbid you have a problem. My rental broke down. Not that it is their fault that the vehicle broke down. I am not complaining about that. From there however is where the problems began. Corporate, roadside assistance and there ability to communicate is the worst I could have ever imagined. I not only had a terrible experience with it. I Waited 7 hours to have the vehicle towed. Then they took another 2 hours in phone conversation back and forth to get approval for getting me to stay in a hotel per their offer. Yet still it was 2 more hours of time to get anything done and finally checked into a hotel at 1:45 am. I was again promised the world the next morning and yet again total disappointment. They wanted me to unload the truck that broke down and transfer it to another truck. I asked if I couldJust wait until it was fixed. It was new vehicle and evidently accroding to ford they are having a lot of problems with the throttle body. So 5 days later I was able to pick up the truck and go and unload it. When I returned it again I was promised we will take care of you. This all sounded fine and again I understand that stuff happens. I was again promised to be credited due to the circumstances. This was a nice offer and my issue is that it just didnt follow through with what they said they were going to do. Now after a few phone calls they credited my card which was nice. However, one day later corporate sent out a email/ letter stating that I owe $181.50. ForMileage and rental. They later went in and because now they have my card on file they charged the $64.39 original charge again and then charged me $181.50. I am angry because of the lack of ability to resolve problems. The time spent on this on phone calls is in excess of 40 hours. Finally I got Gairy to say again he will take care of it but now I have canceled my card number because I dont trust UHaul and I have gone to the BBB to fileA complaint. This is beyond a dispute. This is fraud. If you dont have the time to stay on top of it like most people you just let it go. This kind of behavior needs to stop and UHaul needs to be caught in their scam. Watch oh for this kind of stuff. Gairy himself may not be he bad guy here but UHaul as a corporation is awful. The process flat out doesnt work. I only write this because it needs to stop. Their behavior is that they are so big that one person who cares mentality. They need to make massive change at the corporate level because I have never imagined I would have to put in so much time to get whats been committed to by Gairy at the UHaul store. I just want other consumers to know whats possible. Be careful when you think about using UHaul. Recommendation #1 look at any other option first. #2 use a credit card not a bank debit card as it probably would have been easier to dispute with a credit card. Unfortunately, I used my debit card so it is a bit more of a process. I had to cancel this card because who knows if they will just keep doing the same thing. Credit and then later recharge. Thats fraud. I just want future consumers to be protected from this kind of behavior that I am sure with UHaul is probably not that uncommon. Be careful and look at other options before ever using UHaul. You will come out ahead.

I go to rent a u haul and the lady tells me I can pay cash when I get there...only when I get there I cant pay cash and I have to have a bank card...even though they told me they accept debit...misleading
