The crew we had was fantastic. They worked fast and hard. Put things where we wanted them and even moved them around a couple of times. They cleaned up paper and boxes and did a great job. They assembled everything perfectly and tested it to be sure it worked.Super good crew. Would use this group again in a heartbeat.Thank you

Sorensen is by far a very professional company. Their process from the beginning is prompt, courteous and informative. I just can’t say enough about how pleased and secure they make me feel that the safe handling of my possessions are uppermost in their minds. Initially I met with Clyde Bishop at my home and he went thru all with me making note of what materials would be needed and the approximate total weight. On packing day Both Tom and Lucas were wonderful to work with. The special handling and packing of each and every item was so evident. I was confident the fragile items received the proper protection. Both worked diligently and professionally the entire two days till all was loaded on the moving van. Thank you all at Sorensen - you are top notch!!!

Sheldon and crew were amazing, they were supposed to have three people and the driver ended up calling out. they did a three man job with two people. they should be rewarded for being so proffesional and helpful. as far as this goes 5 stars all the way.only issue i had was that i didnt know when they were coming, if they were confirmed, didnt hear from anyone for a week, i had to reach out a day before just to confirm that i was actually going to have movers.would recommend.

This is my 5th out-of-state move in the last 15 years. Hands down Sorensen made this the best moving experience ever. They were through and efficient. The estimate was accurate. Our coordinator and driver kept me informed daily about delivery which helped so much. When everything was unpacked, there was one box I could not find. I contacted Sorensen a few weeks after the move. They found the missing box in a matter of hours and sent it FedEx right to my door. I cant say enough about how great they are.

James Matthew, Mark and T were absolutely wonderful for work with! They were very professional, on-time, and extremely careful with our furniture. They were committed to making things placed exactly where we wanted them to be, including the EXTREMELY heavy pieces! And Tiffany was very easy to work with in setting up the move and making sure everything was in order. When I called to ask to add a couple of other items to add to the move, she was always accommodating and efficient. Couldnt have asked for an easier move!

Sorensen Moving & Storage in Orlando did a fantastic job moving my Mom locally. Justyn Cole met with us for the estimate and was extremely knowledgeable. He then provided a thorough quote with inventory and gave us the option of insuring the move, which I think is well worth it. On moving day, James, Mark, and Rosevelt showed up in the morning, on time and ready to work. They were very polite and professional and did a fantastic job moving some tricky items from a multistory townhome. They worked until 6:30 at night and made sure everything was in the right place in my Moms new home. Im very happy with our move and will be referring them as often as possible.

The guys working on your truck service in my neighbor made me mad because my special child’s school bus came and their dollies are way over my side of the drivewY and the bus needs to get in the pavement to bring the lift down so I asked them...” Sir please can you move those pointing at the dollies and they were just looking at me so I said those pointing at the dollies I sand can you oven them a little bit and then I got upset more when the one looking at me said ask nicely... so I told him I said....Sir please remove the dollies out of the way “ then he acted like he never heard the first time I asked them at all saying there you go that’s how to ask...What the heck was that! .....Tell them to be cautious too when in a neighborhood servicing because they did not own the whole street when they service people....and respect school bus that when they see one stop next to the house they work for they need to try to clear the way because school bus carry kids and like mine they didn’t know that he needs my driveway to bring him down the bus.

I have hired a couple movers in my day, and never have I been impressed until I hired Sorensen! I quoted all the local movers and Sorensen was the only one that did not have an hourly rate but had someone come to my home and quote my move where I was locked into a rate. I was sold! Because if the truck breaks down or a rain storm hits and it takes longer, I still pay what was quoted! I was even more impressed when Manny and Justin arrived on time, dressed in uniform and moved my belongings very quickly and officiantly! I am 100% requesting Manny and Justin for my next move! No stars if I could. Make sure that anything they say they will do is in writing. The sales staff will lie to get your business. Beware the blonde hair lady. She lied about installing shipping bolts in my washer. Now the company will not fix my damaged washer. I even asked her what the charge would be for installing the shipping bolts, and she said the movers would do it for free, thsu I did not have it in writing. She said the movers would break down my sons backyard play equipment, and put it back together upon arrival. They did not do either one. They damaged my kitchen table, and have not contacted me about fixing it two months after I filed a claim. Go with Atlas instead!

I have never used them I had a good friend give me a professional punching bag to help with my recovery from major back issues spent 3 hours asking for help from trucks with lifts outside a race track in Davenport All My Sons, Neighbors, Atlas all said they couldnt along with various other companies but the nice guys from this company helped me out on their lunch break. Ive been in contact with the front office to notify dispatch I just wanted to say Thank you and Ill be using them on my move back up from south Florida. They really made my day
