My rent went from 134 to 234 this year for a non ax unit that’s ridiculous and I think it’s because they know I live out of state and can’t move my things out.

Jorge is an excellent helper. He was extremely nice and helpful. Showed me my unit and really talked me through everything. This place is clean and well organized. Friendly and fast service.

Vanessa was friendly and very polite when I came on property. She was helping another person inside and due to covid I waited in my car and she came to get me when she was ready to help me. She showed me both size units that I was interested in and was very detailed in what I would be paying for.

I dont like the changes . The guy can never answer any questions. Last time I called asked him to tell Vanessa to call me and I take it she never received the message. I received better answers when Vanessa worked alone!

This is the best storage place in Orlando! The prices are good, and unlike PS next door, they don’t raise the price every month. The on site management staff are the best. Vanessa did a great job rectifying an issue that the past manager didnt help with very much, and we were able to get a resolution which is good being I was about to change over to another facility entirely because I wasnt happy with my current situation and she came to a conclusion and assisted me with finding a solution and we addressed it same day however Im still paying the increase in rent and when I was supposed yo have the bill lowered for moving to the bee unit which is smaller the mandatory insurance made it higher again. -_-

I just had my 1st encounter with A-AAAKey Mini Storage a couple of days ago. I wanted to do this revue sooner but I didnt have to time to write it and say what I wanted to say about this Fantastic Experience I had there! I do pickups and deliveries for a company in Seminole County. I had a unit to clear out there and Im alone. With 99 degree temp. and a full unit to clean out, and in my mid 70s, I had my hands full! After about an hour into this job, The Wonderful Lady in charge of this establishment came to me out of the blue and brought me a bottle of cold water. She told me that she had been watching me on their security system and was getting worried about me working in the extreme heat. I was emptying out a unit right beside her office. Vanessa is her name and an Angel here on earth she is! By the time I was finished up and all loaded, Vanessa had given 4 bottles of cold water to me and she probably saved my life, or at the very least, saved me from having to go to the Hospital with Heat Exhaustion! Thank You Again Vanessa from the bottom of my Heart! You are an Angel and I love you for it. May God Bless You......R.W.P.S. I Hope to see You again, the sooner the better....
