Good storage place, they definitely make sure to keep everything clean and neat in their units. They have carts to help load and unload when needed. It has been easy to pay and they always have been very nice and helpful anytime I have a question about some.Like more U-Haul storage they also have supplies and you can get rent the trucks.

Very nice staff and quick service. The lady on the front desk was super nice and very helpful. The truck I rented was clean and ready when I picked up and worked without any issues. Drop off was quick and painless with a final receipt in my email within minutes. Highly recomend this location.

This place is amazing for a storage facility! The climate controlled rooms are relatively clean, as is the bathroom, which is also well stocked. The hallways are comfortably wide enough to maneuver through and there are power outlets close enough to be of use! I definitely recommend this place for storage, even small business needs.

I had a hard time trying to find an specific size of box that ran out of stock in different locations, but Naudya Sinanan was really proactive and instead of just saying that they didn’t have the box 📦 I was looking for, she started making calls to help me. She was really helpful, and after two calls she found a location that had this boxes available. I really appreciate your actions to provide the best support for a costumer like me. We had a really good experience there. No surprises in the final cost, which is what I was most concerned about. Ive had to rent a U-Haul before, and ended up with extra costs at the end, but this time it was absolutely painless. I hope I never need to move again, but if I do I would probably go back here.

Whoevers answering the phone is not helpful at all. I called today a girl answered the phone I asked a couple of questions like 3 and she replied no man I explained that to you at the beginning with a clearly annoyed voice. The whole point of me calling you is because you can clarify my question I never used u-haul before but after this experience I dont want to use it.

If you dont mind rats and roaches in your stuff rent here. Kimberly will ignore you like your not there and keep you waiting for 20 minutes to do as she please.

Ive been here twice in the past month. Location is convenient and a little down the road from another U-Haul (which is usually packed). First time i went i did not like the staff the guy was dry and made me feel akward. The second time i was taken care of by a lady and she was very nice. I rented a van and it is a sweet ride, nice and clean brand new; that fit a big living room couch on one trip and a queen size bed the second the trip. I also rented the smaller truck it was a nice clean ride as well.

The customer service at this location is top notch five stars. Both ladies that helped me out were very friendly and extra helpful and went out of their way to make sure that I was taken cared of. I would recommend this location without a doubt.

Five star. Never knew storage could be an enjoyable experience! Have an air-conditioned unit that is clean and cool as promised. Have never seen any kind of bug (a big problem in storage in FL). Premises are secure and monitored.Big carts to move your stuff are always parked by the automatic doors, so its easy to bring things in and out by yourself. My son moved a 56 inch TV and stand out by himself!A big plus to this location: Manager Naudya S. is personally involved in everything from billing (very helpful and friendly when there are issues with credit cards, auto-bill, etc.) to helping you get in when you forget your code.I picked this location due to the great reviews although there were many other closer storage places. You should too!

Reserved a truck online and picked it up here, the lady in the front was Very nice, fast and super helpful! And made me feel welcomed. Always with a smile. I feel bad because I forgot her name. Organized inside and everything in order.

We rented a cargo van for a single apartment move and the price was excellent. The return after hours was fast and easy.

The lady that attended me does not have a clue of what customer service means

So you go on to the U-Haul website and you see the precise inventory of trucks at this location... the sizes and prices. But when you call them on the phone just to verify, they outright lie to you and tell you that the smaller less expensive truck that you wanted to rent... The last one has just been rented and driven off the lot. Then they will try to upsell you to a larger more expensive truck over the phone when you make your reservation. We live 3 minutes away from this location. It is a large sprawling facility because in addition to moving truck rentals, they also have rows and rows of self storage units that they rent by the month. The road you drive to get to the entrance circles around the fenced in storage units. We drove slow, and you could see several of the smaller sized trucks parked way in the back in an attempt to hide them from view. When you get to the main entrance and the office, all the trucks are parked in the back where you cannot see them. As soon as you rent them they go fetch them and drive them out to the front of the office. And the shady business practices do not end there. Oh nooo... so we got there like 10 minutes before they were closing got all the paperwork done made our payment got the keys and four ready to drive off the lot. Like most vehicle rental places, if you dont return the truck with the same amount of gasoline in the tank they will charge you an outrageous price per gallon to fill the tank to the same level that it was at when you rented it. We were told that the tank was three-quarters full. When we got up into the truck and turned it on it was obvious that the gasoline in the tank was not three-quarters full. It was just barely over half a tank. We walked back to the office but they had locked it up and they were driving around the maze of self storage units in their golf cart probably doing a closing inspection. We yelled at them to come back, they turned thier heads and heard and saw us, but deliberately pretended to ignore us. The main gate for the storage facility was locked, so we waited almost 10 minutes for them to come back. Finally out of aggravation, we decided to take a picture on our cell phone of the gas tank level with a timestamp. It makes me wonder though, why do they not fill the gas tank full every time a rental is returned? They probably do this all the time, just to overcharge for gas when the rental is returned. Shady shady shady.

Terrible customer service. Tried to return a truck and was told to pull up along the side when returning. I followed directions and one of the staff members said he would return a truck and be back to me. I waited in that spot for 40 minutes before having to go inside. Found him at the front desk helping other customers. Must have just forgot about me. Really doesnt make you want to come back....luckily Im moving away from there so wont be an issue. Steer clear!

Had to get a rental last minute for a purchase we made. Lady at counter was friendly, and it was the easiest and smoothest Uhaul rental Ive made.

UNBELIEVABLE!! youre not only pay for your monthly rental which i think its fair since i am renting the space but you also have to pay to use the trash...depending on how much trash you have and its even worse when you have bulky items...you might get slapped with a fee just for dumping your trash into their dumpster. I could understand if i were dumping couches or dining tables but 2 boxes and 2 empty tupperwares for $20 i call that ripping people off. We, as tenants, should be allowed to throw rubish into their dumpsters dont you folks think so? Nadia is the name of the manager at the front desk...she seems nice but dont get fooled she is definitely out to get your $$.

Lady in the front very very rude!! Also got locked out of my unit although I have paid to be able to go to my unit at night and I had to call someone so they could Give me a code to get it open cuz they never fixed my key.

Really? I reserved a truck at the internet special in September but was given it at the regular rate. Ive been trying to get this adjusted for a month now.First they closed my case after leaving a voice message (I was working) and I had to get it reopened. Then today Chris left a voice message that demonstrated he didnt know what the problem was at all. When I called back the number, directly from the voicemail on my phone a lady said that No one named Chris works here. Humm. I have the number and voice mail right on my phone.This isnt rocket science folks. Beware consumers, this company does not have it together. I will never rent from UHAUL again.

The older woman in charge is helpful and had good customer service..however the younger gentleman that works there is useless..We had an issue with the our unit leaking and has to claim the insurance. Our mattress and box spring was water damaged. We were moving in to our new home so we were sitting the unit. I asked the younger gentleman if we could dump the mattress and box spring in their dumpster because I wasnt going to load a moldy mattress and box spring and move it to our new home. The younger gentleman told me he would charge me$20. I kindly explained the situation and told him that I wouldnt have to dump anything if THEIR unit didnt leak. He said I needed to call uhaul.this to me was a but amusing because he works for uhaul. I called uhaul and they told me the charge was at the locations discretio. So basically he didnt want to waive the fee. .I would only use this place again because of its location but that thing guy needs to be trained correctly. I was the owner is probably fire him.for all know he was going to pocket that$20.

We rented a storage unit at this location for a few months. We were not offered insurance, our belongings had gotten moldy from being on the end unit and nothing could be done about it. Management was really rude about the situation. Location is reason for the 1 star.

To rent a truck and make your move yourself. Service is fast and the rental process also, just have a valid drivers license in Florida and prices are super reasonable. I recommend!
