These people really do great work. My tire had a bubble in it that blew out on me and I asked for four new tires which they had them available. They were very courteous nice respectful people I do recommend coming here for tires.

Made an emergency stop with a flat tire. I drove in, they told me to pull in and no bs. Said the price of a used tire and price of a new tire. They filled one and that was it. Tire changed in less than half hour. The three people that helped was two too many yet they were all super polite, respectful and friendly, and I tipped all three for their work. Strongly recommend them on efficiency, overall service and friendliness.

Tire pressure light came on, so I took my car to the local Honda dealership. The dealership said a nail in both of my front tires was causing the tire pressure light to come on. They said one of the tires could be patched (for $25), but the other couldnt be patched & needed to be completely replaced (for $150). Not wanting to pay that much, I immediately took my car to this Royal One Tires shop, which was just 1/2 mile from the dealership. The nails turned out to be 2 tiny broken off screws; both of which were less than 1/2 inch long. Royal One removed the tiny screws & discovered that because they were so small, neither had punctured my tires. No air pressure whatsoever had come out of either tire, and both tires were perfectly fine. Nothing needed patching or replacing. They could have very easily told me the same thing the dealership told me & just offered to do the work for less. I would have probably been OK with that and had them do it. But they said they were more interested in earning someones trust & hopefully getting a new steady customer, than they were in making a quick buck off someone dishonestly. I will be going back to them for all future tire needs. They now have a new, steady customer!

Went there this morning 5/31 just to get a simple alignment done for 40$...approached the counter and had to wait till employee finishes his game on his phone. Didnt say hello or good morning. Bad first impression!! Would like an alignment please....but than he huffed like he didnt want the business. So long story short I didnt get an alignment done I needed my tie rod replaced which I did it myself and took the car to another shop. Talk about the other side of the coin. They were great. Clean shop and customer service was excellent. Only ten bucks more but least I got good service without the attitude. If you want cheap and rude service...go here. Im sorry but Im a customer and I dont need the tude. Least the mechanic was nice.

I gotta say these boys get me right every time. Change my brakes in a timely manner even though one bolt was rounded. Even shined up my headlights. Thanks Royal One. Yall boys iight.

Wow. Very impressive. The price quoted over the phone (to repair my brake line) was the price I paid once I got there. None of: Oh you need this and you need that, so we have to charge you more. Eric, the mechanic who worked on my car, was very knowledgable. Kudos!!! Highly recommend this place!!

I have recently had my rotors, breaks, alignment, and wheel bearing done here at (name of place). I come here because my dad always goes here to get his truck done. I unfortunately had to come back because pep boys told me my car is pulsating meaning the breaks are pulling on the rotor. I spoke with the shop representative and he confirmed with the district manager that I call yesterday and he told me to come in and get my truck done with no problem. The representative confirmed that they order the parts so when I came in, Juan the mechanic starting to work on the car. I was watching him work on my car when I walked out to ask the mechanic if he put the breaks on because he was putting on the rotors. I asked him and he lied to me, he said that the part was installed already. I looked down at the break box and it was still in the box not even opened. I asked him about it and he said the breaks are new why should I install it? I told him you are suppose to install everything, breaks, pads, and rotors. I went inside and asked the representative, Gray, whats going on and he said that the mechanic should install everything. He then walked back outside and told the mechanic to change everything. Bottom line the mechanic is rude. He yelled at me to a customer then he walked around saying that I dont care who you call, I dont care what do. This mechanic is not fit for the job. He has no respect for the customer and he lied to my face. I kindly tipped Gray for helping me out with this matter.

The worst tire shop I was ever been too! My car was shaking after I go over 60, so they told me my front tires were bad (even know they were in the good condition) and If I change them it would fix my problem. So they put very old low thread tires for 35$ each (20$ tops everywhere else) and it didnt fix my problem at all, so I came back and they told me I needed to change a 3rd tire ( tire was in the very good condition as well) I refused doing that. Then they did tire rotation and its still didnt fix my problem.So I went to another shop in the areaAfter inspecting the car they told me all I needed is one side tire rotation and thats itMy problem was finally fixed for 15$Thats all I needed from the first place and they made me buy something that I didnt need.I would not go there again!

I came to get an alignment done, was told there was no warranty because basically women dont know how to drive and will mess up the alignment. Ok, fine whatever..got the alignment done because I have came in the past and the work done was ok. Took them 10 minutes which I found odd being Ive had many alignments done taking more than 30 minutes. On the way home I could tell no alignment was done. I immediately called them, they said to return the following day. When I returned they had a technician drive my car. He came back and said there was nothing wrong with the car, I told him its pulling to the right and the manager who claimed women couldnt drive said its pulling because of how Floridas roads are. Ludicrous I told him, Ive been driving for 15 years in Florida and know what a proper alignment feels like in a car. The manager thinks people, especially women are stupid. I told him he needs to lower his voice, watch his tone & work on his customer service skills. He had the alignment technician put my car up to check the alignment. The technician yanked my right lower control arm so hard IT BROKE claiming he was trying something else to get my alignment right. At the time, I didnt realize what he had done. I left with my car and as soon as I let go of the steering wheel it immediately went in the right lane. I called them and returned the car again. At that time the bullshit manager claimed that a new tire bought from them 9 months before (I only put 5,000 miles on) was the reason the alignment was off. REALLY? I got fed up and left. Long story short..Ive had to replace both my lower control arms ($450) and replace all my tires new with an alignment from a reputable shop ($420) due to the damages theyve done to my car and taken no responsibility. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Even though they advertise a cheap alignment and tires, you will spend as much as if you went to Pep boys and even if you dont, youll definitely be making repairs from their shoddy work. So save yourself the headache and time going back and forth with these people. Another thing, throughout the years Ive dealt with them they are constantly having a changeover of management/employees so they can blame the bullshit on someone else. The people that own this shop, own the one on Pine Hills/50 as well. DO NOT GO THERE EITHER! Taking advantage of peoples ignorance will definitely get yall in the end.

After calling literally every other Used Tire store in the Orlando area (looking for a hard to find used sized tire 215/35/19) and only getting Good Luck! and We dont have and hung up Ron personally took down my phone number and he called me back as promised, even though he wasnt able to find that specific size he offered similar sized tires that could fit and even gave me a good price! I will continue to use and refer friends and relatives to Ron.Ps. Upon actually purchasing the tires I was taken care of in a fast professional manner and was treated as an equal, not like other shops that act like you know absolutely nothing.Thanks Ron!

Do not go this for car maintenance other than getting a flat tire repair. These people has broke my sister car and take advantage of her. She bring her car for service, to get the AC fix(Cold air). they took everything apart, and couldnt put them back together and broke the ignition, which they replace on their own. They broke the AC control, some belts. Cars was running fine, except has no ac running. They dirty the car and broke many things which cause the car not run anymore. Has spent 3 weeks to get them to fix all the issues they cause, every single they call and told us the car is ready for pick up and every time we show up to pick it up. theres alway a new problem that need to be fix, which they cause. their mechanism dont have any experience, they keep firing them and hiring them like flies dropping. Only met one experience mechanics who was about to get the car running, the next day we come he quick, because of bad management. Now the car is not running staying in our Garage. I advice my sister to suit them and paid for all the damage they have cause to the car and her. These people dont know squat about car other then fix a flat tire, do yourself a favor stay away from them.

Out the roof prices, and not enough employees..Dont expect the usual 30 minute used tire job as it should be.. Expect more like 2-3 hours. Theyre very rude and when you ask them a price they just throw out outrageous numbers to see if you pay.Service is very slow, I would rate customer service is about a 1 or 2 out of 10. Good used tires at new tire prices..

Misleading ad in website. Felt mislead from the moment I got there. The ad on the website advertised 4 used tires $150 plus tax plus free wheel alignment when u buy all 4 tires. I asked for the 4 tires all out of used tires. Ok opted to buy 4 new tires and they wanted to charge me $45 for wheel alignment. Spoke to owner and he said that he just bought the business and doesnt offer that to his customer. False advertisement and bad business decision.Bad business and worse customer service. I asked him to work with me. His response was i need to pay my employees. ;btw the employee told me flat rate includes taxes and labor the manager then charged me more taxes and major attitude when i questioned him. NEVER AGAIN BAD BUSINESS.. Will be contacting the better business bureau....

I am always treated well at Royal One Used Tires, Alignment and Auto Repair, and I feel that I am in good hands with the mechanics here. Appointments are on time, and the service is excellent.

The people who run this place will take advantage of you so be alert. The guy who runs this place didnt replace all of my bolts, he installed the tire incorrectly, and he sold me a janky tire. He also tried to trick me into buying 4 overpriced tires. Not to mention they dont have warranties so if your tire is destroyed before 30 days you SOL.
