The fact that Im even giving a rating is a good sign because most of them Im pretty meh about. I dunno, they fix my car and charge me money. Carlos and Angel were very prompt and professional getting me in and out in less than a day. They went above and beyond fixing my car. There were some body issues, like the bumper got ripped off and they did theyre best to reattach it. While other shops laughed me out the door. Just when i was losing all faith in mechanics, Mecanics on Duty saved the day. I also have to mention theyre adorable first class lounge with all the fixins. It was so nice to relax in comfort not having to smell the garage. Lol. Its the little things. All reasonably priced with amazing customer service. Mechanic on duty has been clear upfront inconsistent and their workmanship and delivery Ive had my truck worked on for the suspension and Ive also had my Jeep work on for part of the suspension and things are going very well they also installed new tires on my Jeep they did all the legwork I didnt have to find anything they are helping me out with my older but good vehicles I am happy

If you take your vehicle there for a problem and something happens where you still have the same problem, just bring it back and he will make it right. I brought my 87 Ford Truck there for some electrical work. A couple of days later when the problem reappeared, he had me bring it in right away and fixed this stubborn problem at no additional charge.This is going above and beyond in my book.For these reasons Carlos and his team are my go to guys for anything and everything automotive. Ok Ive been waiting to do this for a little time after the repairs. I had my car towed in and gave the owner all the info on what was wrong. He was upfront about everything and explained it item by item.Once the inspection was done and every issue found, I was contacted by text explaining each issue and a photo sent for each clearly showing it. The exact quotes for work were sent via email on pdf for each part and work.Once I approved the work to be done he had it within 2 days (there was alot this time). The work was cores and plugs on 4, 2 engine mounts, power steering line, a couple gaskets, oil cooler gasket, and replace and rotate front tires. All the work was done perfectly.Now the best part was the other things he fixed when I didnt know or ask for. My lock tone indicator didnt work, my left front bumper was off a little and they fixed that, apparently some fuses went out in the panel, found those replaced and working.It really came down to the small details and the honest pricing that I WILL be taking my car back in the future for any work.EDIT: They have warranties for their work, so if anything goes wrong its covered. That made me feel better after in case of breakdown.

I definitely recommend this shop for all your automotive needs!I came in to replace the valve gaskets on my Toyota. I had oil leak which covered my engine and everything under the hood basically. Shop manager explained to me what the process was and informed me if anything came up during the process he would update me. Fixed the gaskets and pressure washed the oil off the engine block for free. Now it looks 100x better and no more smoking in the engine due to burning oil! #1 in my book and will bring other 2 cars in for work when needed. You got a customer for life in me!

This place is terrible. You cant even see it from the road, the shop is in a back area. I dropped my car off to get looked at because it shakes sometimes. The mechanic told me that when he test drove the car, it did not shake, but a code said there was a leak. He wasnt sure if that was the problem, so he suggested keeping my car for a few days so he could see if it would shake.I called him a few days later and asked what was going on, and he said that he reset the codes and the car was running fine.I still knew something was wrong with the car, so he offered to buy a small hose to possibly fix the problem. For parts and labor, it would have cost me over $52.00.I went to another mechanic and he did not need to feel the car shake. He ordered the parts and put them in for FREE within a few days. Mechanic on Duty kept my car for almost a week and still did not even diagnose the problem. And they say it will cost me to have them put a simple hose in my car?!That is wrong.Communication was very poor. He said he would call me back on a Tuesday and he didnt. And whenever he did call me and I was unavailable, he didnt leave a voicemail or anything to follow up. Also, when I got my car back, the inside of it was filthy. There was grime on the arm rest and side walls. Rude and careless. I am extremely disappointed and angry. This was a waste of my gas and time.
