Had a flat emergency yesterday on the passenger rear tire, so no worries right, because I have Firestones road hazard warranty! Wrong! I now have a tire on my vehicle that is smaller in diameter than the other 3. How is it OK to put on a 215/60R16 tire in place of a 215/65R16 tire? The replacement tire is almost 3 inches smaller in circumference than the original tire! I wasnt asked if this is OK because it is NOT OK! This is not honoring the warranty, Im 99% sure its not safe, and Im 100% sure this is not good customer service!***Update***The tire was replaced with the correct size, however I never received a call that my vehicle was ready and this issue should have been caught before I departed the store the first time. A technician and a supervisor/lead name was on the paperwork that I received with my bill indicating that two people supposedly looked at my vehicle however, there was absolutely zero quality checks performed. I dont feel comfortable bringing my vehicle to Firestone for any work to be performed ever.

Nice people, BUT I am not sure to visit the store again because it took 3.5 hours to get 4 tires on my truck even with scheduled appointment. Also, I was overcharge $143.89. The service advisor finally fixed the problem.

I only go here because of the company I work for; take their trucks. And Weve always have bad experience. But the last TIME with whoever is the New manager and workers. Complete 360 in this place. Still wont take my personal car or truck. But good job last time with the company truck. Finally after 3yrs of going to this place.

So we wasted a day of vacation because of a flat tire. They said it would be a couple of hours, my father came in and couldnt get the car back. AFTER closing hours. We had to call them since his phone went dead. Only up side, their work was better than the one near home despite the super long wait. But all that time wasted waiting for something that was only supposed to take way less time.

Booked an appointment for 10am, showed up 10.05 am, the guy at the front desk told me my appointment wasnt confirmed that he will put me in, I said OK, ask him estimated time there was no response. I took off 10.15am and came back 3 hours later and ask the same person for any updates cause there was never any, the car was still sitting in the parking lot nothing was done yet, not an update call or nothing at all, big disappointment and lack of professionalism. This was my second visit but will never come back to this shop, WILL NOT recommend to anybody.

My mom and I were on a road trip vacation from NC to Orlando for a weekend trip. I noticed a weird noise and went to Firestone due to a recommendation from the hotel and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I called to the moment I left, I felt like I was in good hands. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they let me come and check it out. Luis noticed a couple things wrong and showed it to me. He made sure we understood what was going on and felt good about the work that was needed. We made an appointment for the next day and everything was taken care of. I am so impressed and thankful I found this place. They explained everything well and I did not feel taken advantage of at all. All the employees were friendly and nice and were joking with each other so it seems like it is a good environment for the employees. I mainly dealt with Omar and Luis and I’m very thankful for their work and kindness this weekend.As a female, I’m so happy I found a place to take care my car while away from home. If I’m ever back in Orlando and need work done, I will definitely come here and highly recommended it to anyone else!

Very professional customer service. Had to have new battery installed on my vehicle and in and out in little over an hour. They also fixed the left rear tire that had a nail in it. I am from out of state and very happy with the service.

I never write reviews but this I felt I had to first I had a 10 o’clock appointment for a tire change it took them until 4:30 not only that they destroyed my rims trying to get the tire on it’s so many scratches around the rims and to hide the fact they destroyed my rims instead of the back tire they was supposed to be changing which was the wheel I came in for they took my front tire and put it on the back and the one the fixed in the front thinking I wouldn’t notice by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Firestone

Yesterday I made an apt to get my brake pads done today at 12pm. I got to the location 15 minutes early and it is now currently 5:36pm and I am STILL WAITING FOR MY CAR TO BE DONE. We called earlier around 3:30 for a status update and were told they had JUST BROUGHT IT INTO THE SHOP. ARE YOU SERIOUS? WHATS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APT?! There is absolutely ZERO sense of urgency and I will NEVER bring my car here again.

Im go early 900 am for a oil change and be around 1 pm to pick my car and this people dont work in my car im real disapointed.

The guys here are top notch. Always taking good care of my cars. They are upfront and honest about what services should be done, recommenced, or could wait. Turn around time is very reasonable for services. The service managers always give a call regarding any new issue that may be discovered while the mechanic is working on the car; when your car is nearing completion; when the car is ready for pickup. Mechanics seem very knowledgeable on what they do as well. Personally, what makes this Firestone stand out is that literally everyone in there is happy. The environment is very relaxed because they are confident in their services.

This Firestone location isnt my favorite! Theyre supposed to be ASE certified mechanics and it took them 6 1/2 hours to work on my catalytic converter! Is that not sad? Then they damaged my motor mount and refused to compensate Me for it and wanted to keep Me there for another ALL DAY affair! There are better places to go! Thats ALL!!

I thought I was finding a good deal when they offered to replace my tail light at a lower rate than most other places around. I was wrong. The service took over an hour longer than I was told it would when I received my quote. After paying and driving away I noticed that the blinker wasn’t even working on the tail light they replaced. I’m now late for work and have been sitting in the waiting room for another 30 minutes waiting on something they should have checked before even giving me the keys back.

Friendly & competent front desk guys. I also observed congenial, positive interactions between them and the mechanics. Seems like a very nice shop to work in and happy employees translate into quality work. Obviously, the manager is well-liked by his employees. Ill definitely be back. They got r done and had fun doing it.

Took my car for a Diagnostic and Oil Change. The call me at the end of the day with an estimate of 1,500 to fix it (including the fee for the diagnostic and oil change) I said ok go ahead and get it taken care of. They call me the next day at the end of the day to go pick it up, I paid at the counter and when outside to the parking lot to get my car.As the guy drive the car out of the shop to the parking lot he tells me to wait cause the engine light still on. I said ok, after taking the car back inside and after 40 minutes the mechanic and guy who was discharging my car come out and tell me something is not tight and they must keep the car another day. In addition they have already told me that a part need it could not get to them till a few days and I must go back later that week to get that part installed. The next day a manager call me to tell me the car need something else and is an additional 375 I said go ahead fix it. They call me the following day to tell me the car need another part but that because of the inconvenience they will going to waived the cost of that part ($110) but they have to keep the car one more day. I have no choice at that point but to say ok. Next day I called to check the status and the manager who said was working with my job left for the day (after he said he will call me back) and the guy in charge give me the news the car still having the Engine light on and that they don’t know what is wrong. At this point I’m frustrated and told they guy I will be picking up the car at the end of the day. When to pick up the car, Pauli’s the additions $375 and left. No apologies, No call back from the manager the next day, Down almost $1900 and my car still not Fix. Not only that a week later I realize I never got a sticker with the mileage reminder of my next oil change, decided to check the oil cause the bad experience and guess what to my surprise ( or maybe not) empty No Freaking Oil I could of destroy my engine driving like that. Apparently the never did the Oil Change even tough that was the first thing I requested and paid for but I could of destroy my car. $1900 is a lot of money but more than that is just the Careless behavior to someone’s car and Safety. No integrity, No accountability.... some of us depend on our old cars because financially can’t afford a new one and we trust places like this with there judgment and honestly to try to help us and I know they have to make money but come on... unacceptable.

Firestone employees always treat me so well and are super friendly. I know that they will be honest and are always thorough when doing their jobs. I do recommend dropping your car off and coming back after they finish servicing it. They are often so busy that the process takes a few hours to complete.

I was looking at a car at a nearby dealership and needed a car inspection so I brought it here. I made an appointment even though it was a busy day and the car was taken in within 15 minutes. Overall process took about 45 minutes which was great since we were afraid it’d take longer. Chris and Todd were very personable and gave me all the information I needed on whether I had found a good buy or not (I hadn’t) so I was very thankful for their knowledge and willingness to help. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome! I went to get my new aftermarket rims mounted on my 2015 Subaru WRX with a set of Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires. The whole staff, the managers and the mechanics are super friendly. From the initial call with Mike to confirm the appointment and throughout the process working with Luis, I felt confident these guys would make sure my new wheels would be installed with no scratches or issues. The mechanics doing the installation took their time and were very careful handling my new wheels. In all, I recommend this location.

I have had my car serviced at this location for at least 6 years and I still give them a 5 star rating. Excellence in the auto service maintenance is rare. They have earned my business and respect.

Great workers! Went in to get my tire patched due to a screw while on vacation; the screw didn’t seem to deep and they tried to take it out and determined it hadn’t penetrated the tire so I was good to go. Very honest and I didn’t have to pay a thing.

We are 14 hours from home and called bc our truck broke down. Called them on a Sunday and they took the best care of us at a very low price. Chris was the absolutely best. Highly recommend Firestone and Chris. He definitely needs a raise.

Gave me a full inspection, when I came in only for an A/C inspection. That wasnt much of an issue, however they spent almost the entire day working on my car after giving me and estimated time of 30 min, and didnt start until an hour after I left and returned to the shop. Wont be going back

I have been to this location as well do to my husband working in Orlando. I have received the same fast and courteous service as I do in Merritt Island. The mechanics and service associates know there stuff. If the are backed up please be kind to the workers, every body has a bad day. They are the best too.

They were fast and upfront with all costs no surprises

Talented mechanics but take their repair advice with a grain of salt. The sales associate will recommend unneeded expensive work. Requested an electrical test and they would give me the print out of the results. They would recommended over 800 dollars in parts and labors. After requesting them to show me the result, they ran the test (again) and everything was fine. Be very careful.

Only positives were friendly service and a process match on an oil change. It took almost 2 hours 2 get an oil change and ofcourse when they were they had over 2k worth of work they recommended for me. My truck was recently at my regular mechanic and if it was that bad he would have said something.

Great service. Went there for an alignment, was shown I needed 4 tires due to tread separation. Manager gave me a nice discount on a new set. Great team they have here. Will be returning with my other vehicles.

Sadly places like these are the reason customers hate going to tire shops. I went in with a nail stuck dead center in my tire no where close to any edge. ( I have pictures to prove it) They said the tire is too old to put a plug in and that I needed to get two new ones.I told them I purchased a new set and they are at home. I wanted to swap them out but I needed to get home safely first. (2 miles down the road) Rather and helping me out they told me that they could not do anything for me unless I’m buying new tires.I understand every business out there to get money but it should not be based on lies and deception. Don’t visit this shop, read reviews and visit a place with a bit more honesty and respect for customers.

I walked in today at around 11am, needing some pretty serious repairs to my front brakes. The staff were very courteous. It was a long wait for the work to be completed. That was understandable. Its Saturday afternoon and the service center is located in a busy area. I didnt feel like they were pressuring me into unneeded service. I was given a few discounts as well. It hit my pocketbook quite hard, but I walked out of there with an operational vehicle which was the end goal. The waiting area was clean. Theres free coffee and TV. The restroom was fairly clean, as well as the outside of the building. Overall, I was very pleased with the results. Thank you gentlemen for your assistance!

We told Chris, We needed a new engine but cant find anywhere to do the job. He not only informed Us that they could do the job, but also offered Us a rental if We did the work with them!We have 2010 Chevy Cobalt, and these guys helped Us keep the car We love! Theres alot of emotional attachment to that car, so I had a lot of concerns, because most places claim its better to just buy a new car, but this place is not like the other guys!They set Us up with a rental free of charge, and ate hundreds in labor, parts, and other things that would normally be the customers responsibility! And in the end, got Us so excited to drive Our car, simply by describing how beautiful the engine was! And how well it drove!Hurricane Dorian hit, and for the better part of 2 weeks, they paid for Our rental and continued to help Us with excellent service! Mike and Chris were notably exceptional, going above and beyond to make Us happy customers!Guys, if you are local to these guys..Im really jealous. Where I live, mechanics ARENT like this at all. We drove the car from this location back to Merritt Island, without so much as a single stall. The engine runs well. Really well. They took forever only for an oil change after they had already taken the car in...they got the job done right at least...but at that point i should have just taken it to the original Ford dealer...i thought it was gonna be quicker here.

Todd, Ryan and Luis were so helpful. Our new-ish car began shutting off while idling and smoking while leaving the mall. I called my insurance company for roadside assistance and they were less than helpful. We make it to Firestone and the guys there were compassionate and helpful. They were trying to help us, not take advantage of the situation. I was frustrated and annoyed, especially because my baby was with me. We are now going back and forth with the dealership to see if it is covered under warranty. If its not, I am taking it back to Firestone. Even if it costs a bit more and they are farther from my home, I appreciate knowing that I can trust them. My husband also spoke to someone on the phone today that was very helpful, but I did not catch their name. I highly recommend!

Paul the service manager is AWESOME. He is efficient and accurate but also with excellent customer service skills. This guy should teach others how to treat customers.

Overall they do a good job; however, they will have you waiting forever to get a service done. Unless you have time is not an inconvenience, people with a schedule can’t. They should improve their time management.

Went here with a nail in my tire. Was questionable whether tire had to be replaced. The nails being left on the roads by faulty Orlando contractors is out of control! Anyhow, they convinced me front tire had to be replaced on my 2018 Honda Fit, figured at 80-90 dollar tire but no, $160!! Supposedly because its a unique tire? The $160 didnt include any kind of warranty either, what a joke. IN addition the next day I notice 2 long scratches on my rim where tire was repaired. I cannot prove they did it but Im sure they did.They seemed very disconnected fro their guests their having a lot of convo between the workers and no connection with their customers. Being a customer service supervisor I was so totally disappointed in my entire experience here. I will not be returning anytime soon..

I had a good experience at this location. We were visiting from out of town and needed to get in the same day. They were able to squeeze me in and had the work done earlier than expected. The staff was helpful and friendly.

As long as store manager Ray, and Master Technician Luis are both working at this location, Florida Mall Firestone is my absolute go to store in Orlando - period. I find both of these individuals to be very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy to handle the most recent alignment and wheel balancing issues on my Toyota. I recently had a very negative experience at another Firestone store in town; had to involve corporate for resolution and so on . . . so I know first hand what quality service should be. Florida Mall Firestone gets the job done right and most importantly, they care.

Paul helped me diagnose and get into new tires in a hurry while in the middle of our vacation. He was honest about the time and delivered exactly what he said! Now I can drive home safely and with peace of mind. Thanks Paul!

I’m giving them 5 stars because they were able to get our suv in and repair the air conditioner on a Saturday afternoon.However, make sure that you call around and know what things cost before you blindly agree for work to be done. That being said, it was a professional job and came with a warranty.

Always the best Customer Service and I never feel like they are trying to upsell me something I dont need. I have referred multiple friends and employees to this location by the Florida Mall and they all feel the same way.

They are extremely fast and efficient considering I brought my car in last minute with problems. what was initially quoted at over $1200 was reduced when i refused and told them i was picking up my car..then they offered to reduce the service to the bare minimum I could afford to safely drive again.it was then fixed within 30 mins. at least we were able to negotiate and i felt more trusting...the mechinic assured me of their honesty and quality and my car drive home smoothly again. just be aware they will quote initially a suggested price that covers every diagnostic possible so be upfront if u cant afford astronomical prices.

I was told by Ford that I needed rear brakes very soon. Made an appointment, they inspected them and told me I had plenty of life left on them. So great to find and honest car care place. I will return when needing tires or brakes. Eric is the best!

We were in the O for business and I took our VW Eos by Firestone thinking the brakes were bad. Rear noise coming from car. Tech checked it out and discovered the rear shocks were bad causing the rear tires to bounce. This caused the rear tires to cup which magnified the issue of tire bounce.New set of shocks and some slick lookin Firehawks wrapped on the corners!Great experience and awesome team!

Good place for oil change

I dont know anyone who has had the perfect auto maintenance experience. Not everyone comes out on the winning end. I sure havent at times. But an owner has a responsibility to take care of their car. Firestone Complete Auto Care can help with that. For the better part of 10+ years, I have been driving past two other Firestones and dozens of other auto repair shops and dealerships, just to come to the Florida Mall Firestone. They have taken care of me and my cars, and have only been concerned for my safety, and that my cars are working properly. Sure Ive dumped thousands of dollars in car repairs over the years, but cars get old, and need to be taken care of. These guys have done nothing but good for me. Im moving away and Im going to miss this location and the team of service advisors and techs. They are professional, and they know their stuff. Thank you Florida Mall Firestone for all the great years of service. I can only hope Maricopa AZ can live up to the level of service and care you have provided to me.

Trent and Todd were the most helpful people I my world tonight. My tire blew out at about 7 30 and theye were closing up right before I got there. Thankfully they were able to help me get in not only quickly but in the friendly way possiable even though I was there an hour after they closed. They acted like I was one of their friends and made me feel confident in their work while cracking jokes. Thanks guys you saved my night dont know what I would have done.

The techs are well trained, they do great work...but the prices are terribly high. Please shop around before you bring your car here. They will charge you to replace things that dont need to be replaced.

Went in to get tire repair and they forgot to balance tire so had to go back. 2 days later same tire leaking air. Went back in and they said 1 to 2 hour wait. Didnt have time to wait so I asked manager to call me because I was working next door at the mall for a while that was 3 days ago still waiting on call.

They repaired my company vehicle. Did a good job.

Reliable quality service. Average wait time for oil and filter change with tire rotation can take about 45 minutes. Dont forget about coupons on their website that have some good discounts as well.

Its always hard spending a lot of money on car maintenence, but it truely is an investment. The guys here, especially the general manager Eric, made me feel comfortable with my tire purchase, and they really took care of me. I just went to check a flat tire and they let me waiting for 1 hour and a half to say they can’t fixed. I went to another place that help me just in 2 minutes and fix my tire.

We have bought tires for both of our vehicles and their tire prices were reasonable along with the lifetime warranty on alignment.

3 stars because the guys are always friendly and courteous but those prices omg. Got quoted $1200 for 2 Lexani Twenty 275/30 20. Wth, that is retail times 4.
