Had a bad experience. Some reps were pleasant and helpful, some were so so. All in all, I didnt get that warm pleasant welcome that makes me want to return. My hope is that some one in the business that reads this realize that how you treat people can make or break the best of businesses.

This place is by far the worst I have ever experienced, if you are bringing your car for a specialty repair be aware that their technicians are unskilled and unprofessional.I own a 2021 brand new corolla that I bought from this dealer and it had a defective trim on my dashboard that is supposed to be replaced under the warranty, these guys ended up damaging my whole dashboard when they worked on my car, I have brought my car their over 5 times and they still cant fix my car,Their service manager Emile tries to avoid me when sees me there because he has nothing to say to meThis issue has been going for months since I bought my car and it is still unfixed

The staff at the Toyota of Orlando Service Center is very professional and takes great care of their customers. The front desk personnel are attentive and helpful with the customers at the front lobby. The service manager, Jason Gonzales, assisted me with coordinating the install of a rear spoiler on my GR Supra and ensured he had the right techs to perform the task flawlessly. Additional thanks to the shop tech Mike for a clean install with the spoiler, Manager Mike Natale, for addressing some of my concerns, and to Jordan for the initial coordination of obtaining the difficult to source A91 spoiler. This is a great team at Toyota of Orlando.

Fantastic experience here. Everyone was mindful that we are still dealing with a pandemic and were actually wearing masks. The lobby was very well maintained and clean and the cafe offered cafeteria-like food and beverages at very reasonable prices. I arrived just in time for my appointment and didnt wait longer than two minutes before someone was greeting me at my car and escorting me to the check in area. I was told that it would take about 2 hours for the diagnostic to be completed. About an hour and a half later, not only was the diagnostic complete, but it turns out the issue was so simple, that they went ahead and fixed it during the diagnostic at no additional cost. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Even though there are service centers closer to my home, I will return to Toyota of Orlando in a heartbeat.

Very unsatisfied. Scheduled for services for my brother in law’s Highlander. Was told time for oil change + tire rotation. Quoted $97 for oil & something for rotation. Too expensive, so I’m asking which kind of oil & how long will it last? Was told 10K miles or a year. Was intrigued thinking “oh new kind of oil”..Now, at home, checking the receipt & sticker: just good old synthetic oil for 5K or 6 mos. feel enraged. Not to mention, for “complementary” coffee, you’ll have to ask for it and feel like begging. Why can’t you have a stand where I can serve myself? And to top it off, I got an email saying I missed the appointment?!?!?!???? Don’t think I’ll be back here.

Toyota was fine. It was full of people as always. My customer service guy Eddie was awesome 🎇 He would check in on me every once in a while which I loved to tell me about the status of my car. I am glad that I had an appointment and brought a snack with me this time cuz its still took me 3 hours to do my oil change and clean the fuel injection converters. But, I will be going back when I have to do my next oil change. And I will see Eddie and I will bring him some lunch 🍱🍲💖

Called because my Rav4 gave me a warning issue that it was unsafe to drive due to engine/hybrid system issue. When I called the woman that answered the phone sounded like I was bothering her. She proceeded to tell me that I had to wait at least a week to be seen even though this is issue where the car literally warned me it was not safe to drive and to stop immediately. Poor service. Very disappointed. Look elsewhere if you need a Toyota dealer.

I had an amazing experience at Toyota of Orlando Service Center. I was on a car trip and got the alert to do the 5.000 miles maintenance in my RAV4 2021 hybrid. I scheduled a same day appointment. Mr. Eddie Fernandez received my car. I told him what happens and he understood my situation. He was super nice, polite and quick. They were able to make the maintainance in a short notice and delivery it super fast. Amazing. I would love to have suck a nice service in the DC area. Thank you Eddie and Toyota of Orlando.

I came in for a recall expecting it to be 2+ hours and it didn’t take that long. I was surprised! I enjoyed my time. Everyone was helpful and wanting to help. My adviser, Roger C, was extremely kind. I came in for a recall service and my scheduled maintenance while I was at it. Everyone was nice enough and the waiting area was pleasant, but wow there were a lot of employees hanging around with no mask on, or mask not covering their nose, or mask on their chin. I kept moving seats to avoid these people. Felt pretty disrespectful, like theyre only paying lip service to get my money but cant be bothered to be courteous about public safety. Ill go elsewhere to get the rest of my cars maintenance done.

Roger is the man. Brought my corolla in for a vibration issue and Roger reassured me that theyll take care if it, which they did. He followed up with the status of the repair and gave me a shuttle ride to and from work. Best of all, it was ready much faster than I imagined. I brought my car in today for service and was greeted promptly. During maintenance, my advisor Eduardo Rodriguez kept me posted on the stages of repair and professionally answered any questions I had. Service was completed less than an hour and got a complimentary car wash, exceeded my expectations. My mind was at ease driving off knowing my car was in top shape and looking good. I have been using Toyota of Orlando to maintain my 2012 Toyota Tacoma truck since they opened. For my last two visits, I was supported by Gabriela Nava, Service Consultant. Gabriela was highly skilled in serving as the conduit between the mechanic working on my truck and me. She impressed me in her brevity of communication, spending more time listening to my description of my vehicle’s behavior and comparing to the history of preventive maintenance. Gabriela reviewed the suggested list of action items to consider for maintenance, but was thrifty with my money. I have confidence in Gabriela and Toyota of Orlando.

Awesome! We used to go to Central FL Toyota but they never had appointment times and would drag a basic service out for 3 to 5 hours with that appointment!! We tried Orlando Toyota and never went back. These guys are way more professional and friendly. I feel like they want to earn my business. If I had to buy another Toyota I would go to them first! A good thing to mention is they dont try to force a mask on me, THANK YOU!!!

Worst service experience. Had an appointment Saturday (which I cancelled other plans for since I was told it would take 3-3.5 hours and had to wait two weeks for the appointment since the part needed to be ordered) only to get there and be told that a tool needed was not available and I would need to be rescheduled. Was offered to come in whenever I wanted Monday and offered a rental at no charge which was nice if Monday had been a better experience which it wasn’t. Monday I get there and the rental wasn’t reserved (which I overheard should have been when they spoke with hertz) so it took almost an hour to get the rental. Needed to leave a deposit wasn’t made aware of that either but since it would take awhile proceeded with the rental. I went back because I didn’t grab my house keys and guess what they where done in an hour not three like I kept being told. Had to then return the rental to get my deposit back the guy at hertz was nice enough to drop me back off to get my car. Overall lots of misinformation, bad experience, and to top it all off seems like the guy who would do my service job wasn’t there hence why they had to reschedule me (wasn’t because of the “missing tool”) he did a good job at least I guess.

I was told nobody reads the comments you write when you schedule an appointment, so whats the point of having the option on the website when scheduling? A waste of my time and Sunday morning. I’ve been taking my car here for years, but will never come back again! I’ve been receiving calls from them daily to purchase a new vehicle. I asked to be taken off the list which I was then hung up on. I called back ask to speak to a manager and was transferred to Felix who then told me that they would continue to call me and hung up. I called back and asked to speak with the general manager and was told by Felix he doesn’t take calls nor would they transfer me to another manager. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!

Two years ago I was in such joy about the purchase of my 2018 Toyota Tacoma. The Professional Service I received from Clint and Jerry was well documented in the reviews on this site. Since my purchase Ive gotten consistent and on time oil changes until one day in May during one of these routine oil changes I was informed that for the 2018 Toyota Tacoma there was a recall for the Low-Pressure Fuel Pump. So for the next 5 months I was without my vehicle. Although Toyota of Orlando provided me a rental car for almost six months I made payments on a vehicle I wasnt enjoying, while stuck with a minivan. The day I picked up my Tacoma the joy of driving started all over again but the very next day an orange engine light appeared. Since I live so far away it was three weeks before I could get the truck in. After a diagnostic check which cost $195.12, I was informed that I needed a Head Sub-Assy, Cy and all the parts totaling $2,647.12. The 30 hours of Labor will cost $3,541.20 totaling $6,188.32! This is a 2018 vehicle which I havent had long enough to enjoy and now Toyota of Orlando is asking me to pay this huge amount during the Christmas Season. I was told that my case will go before the Goodwill Department for Review of payment. Please in Goodwill help this Iraq/Afghanistan Veteran by not burdening him with such a hardship.Thank You & Merry ChristmasOctavius Clark

I brought my car in today for regular oil change and and when they did the inspection found out that my brakes needed to be replaced and there are a couple other things I need to be done the service rep was Roger he did an awesome job identifying that what needed to be done to my car I worked up quote for me which was when it was satisfactory to me and because the repair is going to take a little longer than you know typical oil change he was always giving a rental car for the afternoon so I can complete my errands Roger was very professional very nice and very knowledgeable I would recommend Toyota Orlando to anyone who needs repair on their vehicle.

Tawfiq is the 1st person to ever sit and explain about my oil change tire rotation. Ive been coming here for over 5years back when they were on Colonial drive and 3 cars later Tawfiq is the only one thst took time to explain to me about my car. When I return I will only choose him. He is also very efficient and polite. I arrived at the Orlando Toyota dealership this morning fully prepared to walk in and hope they had an opening to service my RAV4, given I was unable to call and make an appointment yesterday. To my surprise I was met at my door by the kindest service representative, Arron Karria, who immediately offered his assistance and informed me they would be able to service me as a walk in. I’ve been to 3-4 Toyota dealerships in 4 other states where I’ve NEVER been serviced without an appointment, simply because they were appointment based. Not only did they accept my walk in, but my vehicle was fully serviced in less than an hour. Even with an appointment, I’ve had to wait longer periods of time at other locations. Arron made me feel so welcomed and even assisted me with picking up items that I repeatedly dropped, which is not a part of his job description. He was very genuine, caring, honest, and had overall amazing customer service. I came this morning without my husband and was concerned to be at a dealership without a male figure; however, Arron was very reassuring and made me feel at peace knowing my vehicle was being taken care of in an honest and thorough manner. He is one of the main reasons I have decided to chose this Orlando location and drive the 45 minutes to have my vehicle serviced, despite there being closer locations to my home. 10/10 would highly recommend this location to anyone!!

I been coming to Toyota of Orlando for almost 20yrs. I’m very loyal and love there vehicles and I will continue to do so in the future. As for getting my Tacoma service, I wouldn’t take it no where else, they have the very best and top notch mechanics. And as for Gabriela Nava she has to be the very best service consultant I have the pleasure doing business with. She is very knowledgeable and highly experienced in her field, and as well very considerate and shows that she cares about the attention that needs to be service to your vehicles.

Came to Toyota of Orlando with my Camry sport for an oil change & get my brakes changed. Arron Karria gave me an estimated time & delivered ahead of the given time. He was clean & efficient with the process he even took pair of my oil pan without me even mentioning it.
