The dealership is clean and professional. I have purchased two vehicles with them. DO NOT PURCHASE the extended service. We bought our car out of lease and purchased the Gold Extended service contract. Vehicle goes in for overheating, Gold Extended contract reads cover cooling and Electrical. Diagnosis needs new electric fan motors. Dealer said should be covered, call the next day say in fine print on page 19 of document doesn’t list electrical fan motor??? It’s electrical but not that specific part? That’s will be $2,000 even though we sold you a contract that reads electrical? This will be our last Audi. They don’t stand behind product warranty. We have a Lexus that has an extended warranty. We pay our $250 deductible for repairs, never an issue. Great Cars, DONT BE baited by fine print extended warranty. Cheers

What a great experience. Ive purchased cars all over Florida over the past 25 years for my wife and myself. Never have I been treated with such respect and professionalism as I was yesterday. I wasnt buying a new $100,000 Audi, but rather a used Acura as a second car to use as my daily driver to the hospital. Anthony Egbah helped me with everything and I would like to publicly thank him for his outstanding customer service and to make sure he is recognized as the quality sales associate that he is. If he worked in Medicine, I would look to steal him for my organization in Melbourne. I plan to make every car purchase (if they have what I need) at that dealership in the future. It is worth the 90 minute drive to pass the likes of Coggin Honda, Fountain Acura, and all the other swindlers Ive worked with in the past in Orlando. This was the first time I handled things remotely via email and phone and low and behold, the actual car and price was the same when I arrived ! Also, David Wood the F&I representative who handled my financing and discussed warranty options was personable and respectful. Usually, these guys are trying to sell you something that can be useful for some and have a significant personality change when you decline the offer; David did not. His personality and professionalism stayed the course throughout our interaction. This speaks to the quality of not only the employees there, but also their leadership. Great job everyone!
My 2017 A6 sun roof stopped working suddenly so I scheduled an appointment to have my car looked at, at this location. I specifically asked the person on the phone if my car was in warranty to have the sunroof fixed. The employee told me yes, and told me Im well within my warranty. The next day, I drove 30 minutes to this location for service. Once there I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room for an employee of the service office to tell me he couldnt do anything because my warranty ended a month prior. The employee was unwilling to do anything for me, and was rude to me and told me it was going to be $200 just to look at the car to see whats wrong with it. Ridiculous.
I purchased my first Audi with Austin Christopher. He was highly professional throughout the entire process and even my teenage boys thought highly of him. There was no pressure what so ever and the experience was great from start to finish. Thank you Austin!
The whole experience was very professional and efficient. I had 24-48 hours to buy a car, and when I called to verify that one I saw was online, Mo was incredibly helpful and told me to text when we were ready for a test drive. Being able to text rather than call was incredibly relieving. Mo was not pushy at all—he was very knowledgeable and worked within our rather demanding time table. I was overall very impressed with Audi South Orlando in general and Mo specifically.

After evaluating several alternatives, we have had good experience with another audi vehicle. I currently consider that the experience with the vehicle is not enough, the experience is good with the service you receive through the work team. In yesterday, Mr. Carlos Polanco Gonzalez offered us excellent service and helped us to acquire our new vehicle. Thank you for being so dedicated and especially for waiting until the last minute to complete the process.

Audi South Orlando had really great customer service when I went to go see the car and test drive it. They were really flexible on helping me get a vehicle even though my license had expired and I didnt have my newest insurance card. However I feel as you dont really get a feel for the car until about a weeks time of your daily commute. I had purchased a car from them on a Monday and called them back on a Tuesday telling Audi South that my car was having a rough time changing gears and that the car seems to brake too extremely when I press down on the brakes. I was repeatably told that if there was any issue with the vehicle their mechanics would have caught it. Keep in mind their policy of returning a vehicle was in the first 300 miles or a week long of owning the vehicle. 3 weeks later..after back and forth conversations with them they finally made me an appointment to get my car checked out. Tuns out the fluids in my car had particles and was brown from not ever being changed. Long story still long. If I could go back I would have returned the car the first Tuesday I called. Lesson learned and good luck on your next purchase.
I been trying to communicate with them around 1month ago about my audicare package and they always get my number my name and find my information and say ‘ we will call you back ‘ never get the call back. I call yesterday again, same thing so the recepcionist advise me that is better is im in person and they will take care of my car. Nope another day wasted and nobody help me, not to even ask if i need help with something so i have to drive the 45 min back home . Is a shame

This place is crazy. What a rip-off! I brought in my car and asked them to check/replace the thermostat. They charge $199 just to look at the car. They looked at everything else except the thermostat. They found a cracked hose ($300) and refused to even look at the thermostat ($533) until that was fixed. In summary, a $40 thermostat would have ended up costing over $1000 to repair here. Hard pass!
Excelent audi service facility. They gave me a brand new loaner while my car was serviced, also i used a 15% off disccount coupon i got of their website, so total was 877 and came down to 780 . also the audi technician sent me a video of my vehicle while it was serviced explaining me how the vehicle was doing . Yes i do recommend this audi south orlando facility
Their prices are “non-negiotable”, At least that’s what I was told. Leased a car from them for 3 years and didn’t want to make a deal with me to buy a used car. Their loss! Took my business elsewhere.
Met Giorgi Kobaidze 3 or 4 years ago while waiting for my A5 service. He kept in touch via email 1 or 2 emails, so it was easy to remember his name.Stopped to chat while waiting for my oil change and alignment. As always, Gio was very friendly and welcoming.Although I loved my 2011 A5, when I took it in for service this time, I decided the maintenance and repair costs were now a consideration for trading in.Within 10 minutes Gio found my replacement (2017 Q5).What motivated me to write this review is after I expressed a desire to keep my K40 radar system, Gio immediately volunteered to remove it and help with re-installation.Gio removed the K40 that evening (on his own time) so I could retrieve it the next day.I truly believe most sales reps would have just asserted that it was not worth removing and would have encouraged me to purchase a replacement system.I was also very impressed that Gio refused to accept a gratuity.Gio is an extremely motivated, knowledgeable and customer oriented professional.Five stars across the board.
After having our 2011 Prius totaled in a car crash, we desperately wanted to replace our Prius with another Prius. It was a grueling process trying to find another car by the time the rental was due back and we called over 10 different dealerships about 25+ different used Prius’ available.There was one used Prius at the Audi South Orlando/AutoNation that caught our eye. It was a 2014 Prius and had more features than ours did.Both Paul & Austin were a huge help. They were super patient, answered every single question we had (which was a lot) and were super kind during all of it.I would highly recommend purchasing a car from either Paul or Austin.David, the contract guy, was also super positive and gave us some good laughs.Also, they have an amazing hot chocolate/Starbucks coffee machine along with a very comfortable waiting area.
Keep changing the invoices. Unprofessional typical car dealer charging you diagnose fee for three hours couldnt find fault start charging you storage fee $75 per day already add $379 before tell you we fail to find out what is wrong with car. I am reporting to DMV, BBB and state attorney check there books..
The last two visits I have been exceptional. This more recent visit my car needed a new switch but I was unable to leave my car for an extended period. Audi went out of their way to offer to valet the car as I was crunched on time. I was about to do it myself so that noone was inconvenienced; but Audi insisted. Above and beyond.
