Actually got car done on time and no pressure for up sells

We take our leased Honda there for all of its service. The customer service is great.

Jhonson S, great advisor, will fulfill at customers request of service. For prompt time inn and out, schedule your service, if not, its better to plan on leaving it to pick up next day if you plan on getting several services done.

Scott my service advisor was very pleasant and receptive. The only downside was the wait time for the battery change.

I was greeted promptly. My service advisor Drew was very thorough, looked at the cars maintenance history, and advised me the time to complete the services requested would be 45 minutes to an hour. Service was actually completed in 25 minutes!

I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead.I waited 3 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I won’t be going back.
