Lancaster Auto is phenomenal! We were on vacation in Orlando when we had to leave early for Miami to tend to a relatives emergency, but our minivans check engine light came on and it sputtered and stopped. We had to be towed and AAA routed us to Lancaster Auto. Junior said he thought he could get us back on the road, and worked all the way up until closing to help us. All the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to help a Mom and her two boys. It was upsetting to be from out of town, have your car breakdown with your kids, and be hundreds of miles away from anyone you can call to help. Lancaster was fantastic! If we lived in Orlando Id only go to this mechanic. Thank you Junior and Lancaster Auto! We made it to Miami and back to Atlanta without any problems and our minivan is still working great!

Great Service - Honest assessment of my cars conditionVery prompt and courteous service; the staff is very friendly, qualified, and explained to me, in details the situation of my car. I am reasonably mechanically inclined and in reality I needed a second opinion on my car and they provided me right away with a correct assessment of my car issue. Instead of trying to have me engage in more complex (and costly) repairs, they went right to the point and gave me a true and honest assessment. Not necessarily cheap, but up-front, fair and honest, exactly what I expect from a good mechanic - Lancaster Auto has my business for my BMW from now on!

I was looking for a new place to take my car after the service plan with my dealership expired. Found them on Groupon so I scheduled an appointment. Showed up early because I mixed up the time and I was still out about an hour and a half later when the dealership would have been minimum 3 hours of my time. The report they send with pictures and details of the inspection was a really nice part of the experience. I could see exactly why I needed what I did(which as a woman presenting person was nice since I didnt feel taken advantage of). Prices are decent and honest for the work nothing like the upcharge some places will try and fool you into. They gave me estimates for the work I would need beyond the oil change and I will definitely be back to service everything my car needs.

My engine light was on and was told by a different place that I needed a new Fuel vapor leak detection pump replacement. I bought the part and took it to Lancaster. They warned me that it was impossible for this to be the issue, they explained it in detail. I was as hard headed and told them to replace it anyway. Sure enough my engine light is on again with a different error code. I should of just listened in the first place. They worked quick, were nice and fair pricing. I will definitely be there soon to fix the issue.

Horrible, I was surprised to see how heartless they are. After a longtime dealing with this shop now I realize they r not serious. I had a head light problem in my car and a noise underneath the car related to shock absorbers. After giving the car to them they got me waited a long time until they came with a huge bill of $356 dollar for the head light and the underneath that had a noise. I was shocked I finally gave them that money. My front light bulb wasnt working when I brought them the car. Them as mechanic they robbed me by falsely doing a combination in the light bulb to hide the real problem. I was happy I thought it was fixed. Unfortunately 3 days later I realized that light wasnt fixed I m sad again. When I brought the car to the shop. After checking the car they apologized they didnt see it, and the guy showed me a burned wire and they told me thats the reason of my light not working. And they falsely said they bought a new light bulb a the first check up. Now they dont wanna give me the money. They r not good people be careful! I m sad cause I spent all my money and they car is still sick. They actually put noise in the car so I can come back. I have to explain that to my insurance. I trusted them too much now I m disappointed. 😭😭😭

I was new to Orlando, FL and Nick, Yogi, and Junior were honest from the beginning, clearly demonstrated what I needed done to my radiator and cooling issues, and the benefits of getting an AAA battery versus one at another auto retailer. AAA recommended their service when I searched for someone close to me and it was a great recommendation. I will return and highly suggest you try them out for yourself. They also topped off my fluids and did a full auto check since I was a AAA member. Join and reduce some of the stress of owning a car!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! I was very pleased with theyre service. Both Yogi and Nick are Very Courteous and helpful. They did a Diagnostic Test on my vehicle, and I informed me who it was needed, yo keep my vehicle running smoothly. They provided fast and courteous service. This is now my go to place for any issues with my vehicle.

OVER PRICED, they charge extra for parts they don’t supply you, then they take a couple days just to charge you extra for labor, also they would intentionally mess something else on your car so you could return and spend more money .

I think they did a decent job with the oil change and tire rotation, but the mechanic did not ask me where the locking wheel nut was, he instead searched all around the car, getting grease on my glove box, and grease on my door pockets, and grease on my car exterior since he was wearing gloves covered in grease. This place may be fine if you have an old greasy car, but if you have a nicer car that you want to keep it nice, I suggest going to the dealership or some other place.

Very nice service. Took our broke down truck in. And since we were pulling a fifth wheel we had to figure out where to tow it to. They let us have it stored in their lot.

I made an appointment and they took my car right away, which is nice because often times you make an appointment and they finish the previous car before yours. The gentlemen took me under the car and explained many things. For once I think I found a mechanic that is honest and informative. Thank you guys!

Went in for a wheel alignment and everything was fine until I got home. The car started shaking and the cut off. I tried to start it and the car wouldn’t start. I checked under the hood and noticed one of my air intake hose tubes was missing. I called a day later to explain the situation and was greeted with defensive, argumentative responses, denying that it couldn’t happen. There was no resolve, no help, no compassion. The car was perfectly fine before I got to the shop. I had to purchase a new intake hose tube and It still does not start a week later. I called back and spoke to a different person. This time there was more attention to the way things were handled. I respect at least trying to find out what happened instead of completely denying the problem. I know my car and for someone to tell me that I don’t, let’s me know that they don’t care. I guess I have to take the loss and learn from what has happened.

Originally I took my car to the dealership. After 3 days they told me it would take $6000 in repairs to get it running. Had the car towed to Lancaster and within 24 hours they had the car diagnosed and repaired for about $1000. They were super fast and friendly, and even held onto the parts they replaced to show me what was wrong. I HIghly recommend this place!

Broke down on the Florida Turnpike at 1pm and AAA recommended I be towed to Lancaster Auto. They took my situation very seriously and did everything possible to ensure I could drive back home that evening. They explained all concerns to me and were always professional. Lancaster Auto and Tire was very professional and thorough. My vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner. They were able to identify my oil leak and give a reasonable quote. I plan to return in the future.

Professional and knowledgable shop. Had to be towed there by AAA because car wouldnt start, even with new battery. Glad AAA Road Svc. recommended a local shop they have certified. Mechanic diagnosed a bad starter and recommended a long-overdue tuneup as well. Gave me 2 price alternatives. Car was done in 3 hours. I even got a free ride home to wait while car was being repaired. They texted me as soon as car was done. Runs great now. I will use them again, for oil changes and other mtce. Two thumbs up!

I saw this Lincoln Town Car online, I told the owner that I have to take a bus from St Petersburg all the way to Orlando and asked is it worth the bus ride, my time and money to go over there and he said yes my friend, its a very nice car. He met me at the bus station which is the only nice thing I can say, but the car looked nothing like the pics online. Faded paint, deep stratches, water and roaches on the floorboard. The owner knew I was coming for 3 days, giving George or David plenty of time to make the car presentable and he shows up in that piece of you know what. I am so upset and I couldnt get a bus right back to Orlando so Im stuck in Orlando for a day. Do yourself a favor do not waste time with this company I should have went to a real car dealer I dont know what I was thinking.

The front desk guy was really courteous from the time I called my appointment until the time service was completed. The mechanic did a check and informed me about what issues he found, and offered some choices. Inside was clean, and observed social distancing guideline. The guy also informed me of getting the same deal as Groupon for being a customer. I will hold him to that. Other than that, I would recommend to my friends.

I came here because of my AAA membership recommended this place, they have a great customer service, specially Nick (who also speaks Spanish) and also they know what they are doing without having me worried that I need to repair something else like other places do and they focus to get your car fix ASAP.I recommend this place and Ill come back if I need another service.

Knowledgeable and friendly owner. Had car towed to him thinking it was the alternator and instead of just replacing it and sending me on my way he found the wiring to the fuse was bad and repaired it for much less than the alternator would have cost. Stayed late to wait for us to arrive and let my sons check out all the awesome cars he had on the lot.

This is a good shop to get work done at a fair price! It changed out the bearings on my 01 Ford f250. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not five is when doing the job they finished up without giving me a call to let me know the axle seal was damaged and needed to be replaced. I wish they would have called me and let me know that so I could have them change it out while they were already in there and had it all taken apart. I ended up having to take the whole thing off once I got home to install a new axle seal.Aside from that they were friendly and did a good job.

This place has great service and a very welcoming staff. One of the smaller details that I find really makes this place great is the use of text messages to both notified of updates on the vehicle and to follow up on how the car was, letting you know that this place wants to make sure everyone is doing well on both sides.

I visit Lancaster auto and tire regularly to get my car serviced, because Lancaster auto always have some offers and coupons which they offer all of their customers. also i have trade in my car for a better one at Lancaster auto and tire, the best thing they offered me an amazing program wherein i have to pay $1 a day for 3 months and i was offered 90 days warranty in which they charge cheap labor and no markup on the parts, so in case anything goes wrong with my car, i am still covered.I think this place have a new management now and they really want to take care of their customers.

I was impressed with the friendliness of the owner and manager. I needed to have my wheels aligned as well as a couple other fixes. The initial estimate was very reasonable and the final bill was quite a bit less than the estimate. I certainly will be back and will refer others to Lancaster Auto.
