We had a check engine light come on during a recent vacation and classic Honda room care of us in a timely fashion. We had the code checked and learned it was serious. Greg with their service center recognized that this was an issue covered under warranty and worked with the techs to get a major repair done in a few days while we waited in a hotel. They provided transportation and did an excellent job keeping us informed during the process.The vehicle now drives much better and has better acceleration and gas mileage.While we aren’t local I will be reaching out to them when this Honda dies when this one needs to be replaced in a few years.

Matthew Hildago was very professional in providing assistance and guidance with my car maintenance repairs. He provided great customer service as well all the staff.
I called to confirm that my car was ready for pick up and that all services were completed. When I arrived I was told they forgot to order a part so one of my services was never completed. (I had gone an extra day without my car so they could order this part). Also another service was not completed so I had to wait another hour for that. It took me an extra 2 hours to get my car. When I received my bill it was over the quoted price. Overall a horrible experience.

The first problem was extremely poor communication. The only reason I ever got any updates about my car was because I reached out myself, even after the problem was diagnosed. I use quotes because aside from the communication issues, they blatantly lied to me about my car and the repairs it needed, which turned out to be none at all! If I hadnt decided to get a second opinion, I would have had to pay them $1500. Do not trust them.
