Arrived at 1:45 pm and couldnt get oil change done by 4pm. Left without oil change. They should remove the word quick from quick lane. Honestly do not understand why oil changes take so long.

I always go to Tropical Ford for service, I have 4 fords at my house, I went for a quick lane oil change and was told its a 4 hour wait, I took back my key and took the car to Valvoline, got excellent service and was in and out in 25 minutes

Quick Lane is a joke I got here 630 they open at 7am to be 1st in line so just a oil change Im still sitting here at 8:05 I have no clue how much longer

This place is a complete joke. Had my vehicle towed in yesterday at 1:00 pm. Fast forward 27 hours and they have yet to even look at it. Horrible service.

No complaints, they took care of my truck, they are busy, they took their time going over the truck and I appreciate it since I was going on a trip.It did take about 2 hours, but they gave me that warning up front so I knew that going in and I had plenty of work to catch up on.Two things1) Check online for a coupon, I got $5 dollars off2) Understand their works is for 5 quarts of Oil, If you have an F150 it holds around 8 quarts. My new service center for my Focus with the DPS6 transmission 🎆 in all seriousness though the team here seems pretty great and they have slick bay cameras so you can see your car getting worked on and a nice waiting area where you can watch videos on the GT500. About 40 mins for an oil change including wait for open bay.

I took my truck in to get the tires rotated. Quick and efficient.

I arrived at opening and was out with The Works package in less than 40 minutes. Everything seemed to be done properly and politely.

The staff took the time to explain to me what they were doing and what I was paying for. And then what I needed to come back for and why. They knew I knew nothing and instead of take advantage of that made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and why I needed it and what all of my options were. My only complaint is there isn’t WiFi and it’s always busy.

I dont know why the offer shuttle service, if, in order to get it, you need to wait an hour!

Quick lane is not quick. Not enough bays. Too long. Staff very friendly no doubt.

Horrible customer service, i bought 2 cars in this dealer to never use them as a service provider, staff said one hour and half to change the oil, waited 3 hours, every time i was outside looking for my car, the staff changing the oil went for a break, sitting, chatting smoking, they do not care about the customer, i will never come back

Brought a car in and Dominic was my advisor. He spoke at an extremely low volume and then walked away from me, continuing to talk and them turned to me and expected me to answer the question he asked. Ummm what?
