Great group of guys. Service was quick, helpful, and I brought in my own oil with filter. Came out to $21 for a basic oil change.

They didnt have replacement tires for my truck instead they did an alignment that didnt fix the issue of 3 tires that needed replacement because they showed separation. They told me there was obvious separation on one of my tires but still performed the alignment. As someone in the service industry I couldnt imagine doing something like this to one of my customers. Very disheartening.

Went to have a professional look at my tire and see if I had a nail, since it’s day three of flat tire and continuing to put air. At 5:30PM guy looks at me and says, “we ain’t taking any more customers.” The place closes at 6pm and I live an hour away trying to make it home to my kids. Thanks for being GREAT!! If they was your mom, wife, sister, grandmother or daughter all alone in her car and you going to look at me in the face with a straight face it sitting there telling me NO. You have forever lost a customer from me forever. Zero ok with what happened to me. In Orlando?!! A busy city to reject customers at 5:30pm?!! Cmon!!

After seeing a nail stuck in my wife’s tire I came to this shop ask them if they had the tire size in stock and a price quote After what I thought was a fair quote I asked them to install it for me.Jesus and his team definitely took care of me. They informed me that the nail did not Pierce through and I did not need to purchase a tire which saved me about 200 bucks (I love my Michelin tires). I was very Happily surprised. Any other shop would install the tire Even though It was not needed especially after a customer requested to install them.The second time I went was for some brake issues. After being quoted hundreds more at other shops I remembered how well Jesus and his team treated me.His price quote was hundreds less than any other shops and his fast and efficient work got me back on the road ASAP.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Tuffy location. Jesus and his team will definitely take care of you. Will help you understand your Vehicle issues. Every store has is bad days But at this shop you don’t get a typical mechanic shop vibe.THANK YOU FOR YOUR HARD HONEST WORK!!

This location caters to the Latin community. If youre not, avoid this store. Ive been there trying to get an oil change and was told that itd be over 2 hours. Just stopped by today and was told they couldnt get to it until tomorrow... and the bays were empty! Es No Bueno. Then it took about a year for them to respond to my bad review. I moved on to the Union Park location and other mechanic shops

This location aggressively attempts to up sell customers by trying to scare them. When you disagree they become very upset/rude and accuse you of not being able to afford it. Please provide Chris with additional customer service training.Edit: The tire was not worn as they state. They are exaggerating. I will post pictures to show the supposed excessive tire wear that shows wire.

As a woman, sometimes its hard to find service for my vehicle without being taken advantage of. These guys performed the service I asked for and even paid attention when I mentioned I was going out of town soon. They checked out a few things like tire pressure and such to make sure shed be good for the trip. I felt very well taken care of!

Jesus and his team at Tuffys always takes great care of my car and gives the best service. I complain about my car often inconveniencing my pockets but Im glad to know they always do their best to take care of my old rocket ship. This is a great repair shop. The people there treat me with respect. They educate me about my car and help me understand what is needed versus what I need to keep watching in the future. I feel like they are looking out for me instead of trying to stick it to me like so many other shops have done in the past. The prices are much better than some other shops. These guys are Con Artists. Will tell you that you need service done to your vehicle that you do not need, and try to scare you into thinking your car will stop working if you dont listen to their advice. Avoid at all costs. Especially dont go here if you are a woman. They will take advantage of you. Avoid JESUS PEREZ at all costs!

I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised¡! I needed a quick synthetic oil change for my baby and I was really pressing for time today with a bunch of things to do, but Jesus made it happen for me and had me in and out within an hour¡! Great experience! Super honest and friendly mechanic. As a single woman, its hard not to be up sold in a mechanic shop. Jesus the owner, could not have been more helpful or friendly. Absolutely recommend this mechanic shop. I will be back, they definitely have a new customer in me.

I would recommend going to this place. They have a strong staff. The people who work here are friendly, positive, and helpful. They get the job done. If you have questions, theyre quick to answer them. If you need a ride, they can help you out there too (within reason). Sometimes, they can be busy and require more time with your car, but they get you in and out as soon as possible. Id say theyre flexible in regards to making sure they meet your needs, and they create a calm, stress-free environment. Give them a shot.

My experience at Tuffy was amazing!! The thing I look for before anyone works on my car is honesty in what needs to be fixed. I get that from Henry and the rest of the team here. When your mechanic says to you, I dont want to give you your car back until its absolutely PERFECT, it gives you the peace of mind you need as an everyday commuter. Ive never received anything less than the full attention and proper repairs from the staff at Tuffy and Ive always had my problem(s) fixed. (many times I can tell that its in better condition than I gave it to them in). Worth every penny in my opinion. Im even handing out their business cards. :-)

Not a very good place to take ur car for a major job. I have a 97 4runner Rear Wheel Drive, I went for a rear bearing replacement that cost me $350.00, the bearing are fine but on the 1 week its started leaking differential fluid, I ignore the issue for some months and now that I have the time to take everything apart I found out that they press the retainer to far in causing the inner seal to not seal ( is not even on the retainer ) now I have to take it to a machine shop and get a new seal and oring costing me more. If only they had paid attention and do there job right.

Straight forward pricing. Honor their oil change specials. Although I can do my own mechanical work, I often bring my vehicles here for simple things simply because they are convenient and affordable and relatively quick. Have free coffee for customers also. Friendly staff.

I had a great experience here, I needed my tires rotated, oil change and new break pads, all done within the hour, the staff was nice and polite. Even when I was confused and a little irritated they still treated me with the up most respect. I will definitely be returning.

This has got to be the best location Ive been to. I brought in my vehicle in for service and the gentlemen at the counter Richard and Henry were very polite and got my car in the shop fairly quick. I was in and out in less than an hour. Service was great and upon speaking with the guys they even have a tech who specializes in air-cooled VWs which is definitely a plus as I own one myself. I highly recommend this Tuffy location.

I was ran off the road and tire popped at 6:30 am. Luckily my first available turn was right into the parking lot of Tuffy. Everyone was kind and gave me a great price on a new tire. Waiting area was clean with great coffee. Bathroom was spotless, smelled clean, (ladies you will appriciate this) they had a purse hanger right next to toliet. Thank you Tuffy team for great customer service.

Took my car there for an alignment after replacing the tie rods. They refused to do an alignment because the strut mounts were worn and it wouldnt be possible to adjust the camber.Me: The camber is fine and doesnt need adjust please just align the toe (tie rods relative).Them: We cant, the tech says the camber is off and you need camber boltsMe: Thats odd, never had any tire wear issues, how many degrees off is it?Them: Well we havent put it on rack and measured it yet.Me: Then how do you know its off and that I need camber bolts?Them: ... I dunno thats just what the tech saidWasted a day and took it to another Shop. Saw the print out before and after, camber was fine, only toe needed adjustment.

Everyone was super nice, friendly, and honest. Richard was really helpful and made sure to explain all my options. The price was great (I called my dad to make sure lol) but unfortunately couldnt pay the whole thing to get the work done (It was a big job)Luckily they had a Short of Cash thing that made it so I could get the work done and didnt have to beg my parents or walk to work. I got here, it was late in the afternoon (5ish). Waited for about 20 minutes before greeted and service started. Friendly technician who gave an all over quote on work that would need to be done in future. About an hour there for, plus the initial 20 minutes, for an oil change.

Took my Corolla in for an oil change and requested an overall vehicle inspection prior to a scheduled road trip the following day. They did the oil change and told me everything looked good except for the 2 rear tires. The next day I stopped for gas and my car wouldnt start-- come to find out I needed a new starter + battery. When I called to ask why they didnt make me aware of this little fact they stated that the head mechanic had been swamped and had only completed my oil change. Thank God my car wasnt in worse condition because these jerks would have let me get on the road only to end up stuck somewhere with a car I wouldnt have been able to even start. I will never return to this place-- crappy franchise.

Drove an hour from the Celebration area and it was worth it! This location had a groupon and Chris honored it in store. Received an alignment, tire rotation and balance AND an oil change all for $100! Was also back in Munich car within 40 mins, this place rocks!

Bad business. They will act as a nice business with great service at first with trying to suck you in, then they try to deceive you into putting more cash in their hands by giving customers faulty auto parts at first so you can come back and spend more money. I don’t recommend giving your business to this auto shop.

I bought a set of brand new tires and the next day I walk out to a flat tire!!! I was not happy, I put air in the tire and went back asap! As soon as I got there they put my car on the lift and check the tire, they couldnt find anything so they took the tire off and put it in the water tank. Thats when we realized the rim was cracked, (no wonder my other tire had a slow leak..)For the next 2.5 hours these guys tried so hard to fix the rim, at the same time they worked on other cars so that the other customers would not be waiting too long. Unfortunately the rim was not repairable but these guys get an A for effort. Thank you to Ronald and Carlos for working so hard to help me out and Chris and Lincoln for not charging me extra for trying to repair the rim.Sam

Sloppy Work and a bunch of Lairs – Stay Away!!I setup an appointment to have the oil changed in a brand new car. This place took, no kidding 45 minutes to do a simple oil change. I figured after 45 minutes – maybe they took their time to do it right, but boy was I wrong. When I got home I parked my car in the driveway (which was just pressure washed and brand new looking) and noticed after a few minutes I had a 5 inch puddle of oil on my clean driveway! When Tuffy drained the oil, they spilled oil all over the under panels on my car and didn’t even bother to wipe down any of the mess they made. When I parked the car, the oil was dripping off the panels onto my clean driveway. How sloppy and lazy can you be?! I immediately called the manager, George who said the owner would call me back, but days passed and no call, I called George two more times and he just lied and said the owner would call again, but never did. I will never go back there again and would highly recommend no one else go there – they are Sloppy and Lairs.

Recent improvements have turned this shop into my favorite neighborhood repair garage. These folks fixed my issue the same day. They even set me up with 6 months financing to cover my repairs.

Went in for a 60.00 simple alignment, ended up with a 1,000.00 bill with more problems with our car then we went in with. Did NOTvapprove of these charges before they did the work. They want you to sign up for their credit program for proforming extra work they dont expect you to be able to pay for. They use scare tatics saying things like your engine is going to blow etc. Beware! Get a second opinion it you must go here!! Our car still isnt aligned in fact worse then what I brought in in for. They even drove it. They are more concerned woth upcharging you on other parts. Even had the audacity in telling me I was putting my family in danger, when infact THAT is EXACTLY what they did with my car being in an undriveable condition when ALL I simply wanted or needed was a wheel allignment. They frighten you into paying for service your car doesnt need. Had to have car towed to another location because car Completely stopped working ( never had this problem) 4 months later taking my car someplace different and replacing the same part because it was defective twice.

They are honest and work hard to get the job done. Been there a few times and everyone is friendly.

Showed up here for a diagnosis of a popping sound. The mechanic was nice and knowledgeable, but couldnt find the problem. After an hour of looking, they did find a few other problems that needed fixing so I paid for an hour of diagnosis (roughly $100). I decided not to get anything fixed there and wait for my family mechanic. Plus the part prices seemed really high. Ive had experience in ordering inventory of car parts for shops including my car model and some of the prices felt overly marked up to me. I later found out that the replacement wheel hub assembly part for my car that tuffys wanted to charge $369 for, could be commonly found in stores and online for between $100 to $180 for a good aftermarket part like Timken or Moog. Even the dealer quoted me a price for the OEM part of $240. I know shops usually markup the parts and I dont know the normal markup rate for auto shops. I dont fault them for the markup, but the markup here is too high for me. I would trust them to do a good job, but also charge alot for it.

Only Auto Service center relativley near me, that would even consider custom part installation, they installed a Roush Side Exhaust kit on my 2001 Ford Mustang GT, now my little pony sound like what an American Muscle car should sound like, they even gave me a ride to work after I dropped it off! Thanks guys, you did a fantastic job, and your customer service is awesome.
