Had a battery issue. I went there first thing on a Saturday morning, and the place was empty. I received quick courteous. I love the Die Hard batteries they sell, because they last. My last battery gave me 5 years of solid use...

Silver tire caps stolen, default black caps on my car now. Brought my car in for new tires that were in stock, only to be called hours later that they don’t have my tires, that they can get a different set for more money, and these new tires look used. Spend more for getting used tires and stuff stolen from you? Not coming back unless the “warranty” is upheld if something happens to these overpriced tires.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS SEARS AUTO. I went to this location and got my tires replaced. After I returned home it seemed that everything was fine. About 3 days later I noticed that there was water coming up from my passenger side on the floor. I inspected the car and found underneath a CLAMP that was on my AC LINE. I spoke to the manager there who said he spoke to staff and said no one did this. There was no way this could have happened. After consulting many other mechanics they found it to be quite possible that someone clamped the ac line to stop the water from dripping on them when they replaced the tires. The craziest thing is everyone there tried to say that I had some enemy that did this to me and that that story was more plausible. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND you take the car somewhere else!!!

I love coming here to get oil changes & tires. Not for nothing, but Id rather trust my car to professional mechanics then high school & college kids. I mean no offense, but Id rather work with someone whos experienced and Sears always has seasoned professional mechanics.

Not pleased at all. First came in to replace a tire from road hazard and found only the mechanic who didnt know how to order the needed tire and informed me I had to wait a week more until a manager was hired. I didnt have a tire for 2 weeks. This type of service is unacceptable.

We enjoyed a well prepared meal. The staff was very welcoming and quite knowledgeable of the menu. Our selections were fresh, well but, not overly seasoned, and the final product was crafted to perfection! A real dining experience.

Had and appointment for 2:30 didnt leave till 6. They put my spare in the truck bed, when I was a kid working in a tire shop it was common courtesy to put the spare back underneath the truck bed or wherever that location was. Im also missing a socket set Ive had in the back of my truck for 3 years, I dont remember the last time I seen it so I wont point fingers but it is one heck of a coincidence. The only reason for the 2 stars is because theyre located at the mall and I could kill time while they put 4 tires on in 3 and a half hours otherwise it would be 1 star. Wouldnt recommend at all !

Got an oil change and a new air filter at a very competitive price. The Sears technicians saw damage on a tire I hadnt noticed before, two thumbs up. It is really pleasant to just be able walk around the Sears, Roebuck & Co department store and the rest of the mall instead of wait in a waiting room like most tire shops.

I really hate to say this because I have visited sears auto center for years however this has been the worst experience so far at any auto body center. First of all they never provided me with the diagnostic sheet that shows you the status of your car directly from the mechanic. However they recommended several repairs in absence of that report which I have received at every other sears Ive visited. They recommended extensive brake repair services basically all components of the brake system including the master cylinder. Then scared me into purchasing them by saying that if they did the brake evaluation and found something wrong they could not put my car back together without repairing everything that was wrong with it. I eventually agreed to the repairs due to my prior experience with sears which was positive. However when it was time to retrieve my car after the service was completed they proceeded to tell me that I could not pay for my services because they could not find my work order in the system. They held me hostage there for nearly two hours while they say the ticket kept disappearing in the system every time they re-created it. The service representative even suggested that i put the balance of my services on a sears gift card from the store next door and pay for it that way. Which suggests that something fraudulent was going because giving them a gift card for payment with no evidence of my ticket in the system to connect the payment to is like me just giving them money. However as soon as I called sears customer service my work order magically appeared at that moment and i was finally able to pay for my services after two hours. If all of that is not enough unbeknownst to me the entire time I was waiting to pay, they had pulled my car back into the auto repair shop and left it running the entire time. Wasting my gas, which is very weird because I saw them drive my car out and park it like other locations usually do then their suppose to bring your keys inside along with your work order so you can check out. So during the time that I was waiting to pay someone pulled my car back into the shop and cranked it up. Who does that?!!!!! Needless to say horrible experience and I am extremely disappointed. I decided to get my repairs at sears auto center and they decided to punish me for it. Paid over a thousand dollars and I dont even trust that the repairs.were necessary.

I want to say how much I appreciate their employee named Chris. After my daughter was told by the Disney Auto Shop (it was at Disney and wouldnt start), that she had a bad alternator and it was going to be $980 to repair. We didnt believe Disney Auto, and had it towed to this Sears. Chris checked the alternator and said it was good and really just needed new cable for $4 and could use a new battery, which we happily purchased. He had the car ready in a few hours. I appreciate the honesty after being ripped off with the Disney Auto Shop, telling us it needed, alternator, cables, battery, coolant, belt, etc. Then Disney charged a $100 before they let us pick up the car as a wrongful diagnostic fee, which I called and had a manager refund. The entire repair was only about that price at Sears. Thank you Chris at Sears!!

I’ve been here twice. I’ve always received the best service. I never had to return my car for them to refix an issue. And if you’ve been inside, some times there is only one person in the front (due to the other person being on lunch or something). That person won’t always be able to answer every single phone call. Overall, my car will only be serviced here.

I purchased a DieHard battery under warranty which would be the thrid battery that was replaced under my three year warranty from Sears each battery that was covered only lasted 1 year they told me that their Diehard batteries should last 3 to 5 years. The last battery that was covered only last 3 months. They are getting people to buy bad car batteries that only last 1 year or less I will never purchase a car battery from Sears Automotive ever again for suggestion you should do the same get it somewhere else and avoid DieHard car batteries.

The people that work at the Florida Mall sears Auto center are absolutely horrendous. Make an appointment, tried to call and cancel and now Im being charged. Show up later to try and get my oil change and was refused service. Ill never come back here and Ill make sure to take my cars literally anywhere other than here. If I could rate it less than 1 star, I would.

I made an appointment to change the oil in the promotion of 19.99 plus tax, it should cost 21.29 but when paying the price went up to 25.55, when complaining with the official he told me that because I would complain for 3 dollars only, I am very disappointed not by the difference But by neglect and by feeling deceived.
