Excellent family owned business. They are honest and prices are reasonable. Service is quick and the waiting room is the nicest auto waiting room I have seen. No high pressure sales tactics either. They really are interested in long term customers and not pulling a fast one on you for a quick buck, like some mechanics . Highly recommend!

We literally returned home from a month in Europe and our car wouldn’t start in Orlando airport at Midnight. We live 3 hours from Orlando ! Some jerk charged us $80 for a jump start and it was the alternator. The next morning Robbie and Alex came to our rescue. It was a team effort. A good shop can be hard to find, but these guys are great. I brought my car to them after another shop had made my issues worse. They fit me in, explained the error from the other shop, and fixed it free of charge. They earned my trust and had me immediately coming back. Since then I have gone back to them essentially looking for issues with my car because of a shake and squeaking brakes. They easily could have convinced me to replace multiple things. Instead they told me that the brakes are still good, and gave my wheels a through balance. All of this showed me once again that they are extremely thorough and honest, they’ll never charge you a cent that you don’t absolutely need to pay. Best shop I’ve found in the area by far!

Fast lane was awesome to work with.I originally went in a couple weeks ago to get an oil change cause I got one of their fliers in the mail and so glad I did. I went back to them this last time for a new tire. Was able to text the guys in the office to ask about prices and set up my appointment, it was so simple and easy. They were able to fit me in the next day, which was quicker than my reg tire place and they had my tire for $20 cheaper!! So happy I went with them!!

I googled the name of the automobile repair place I usually go to, but it brought up fast lane automotive- Tried again, brought up the phone number for Fastlane automotive… I figured that was a sign, I was supposed to Use Fast Lane Automotive. Gave them a call, they were able to take me right then. So conveniently located, so personable (Alex & Ari) and very prompt. I will be using them for my automotive needs in the future for sure! Wow! Brought my vehicle in for an engine light. They took it in instantly and cleared the code. It was a voltage thing. Nothing serious. They didnt even charge me for the code check. No charge! Hands down best car experience Ive ever hade everyone was super friendly as soon as I walked into the door the lobby is packed with food water and wifi for your wait. when I came to the shop and was actually just getting out of urgent care and was really down on rent money so I couldnt afford a full synthetic oil change but they gave me one anyway by accident when I told the owner what had happened and that I really couldnt afford it the owner paid for my service in full. They have no idea how much of a blessing that was to me that day and how much stress they took off of me. You definitely made lifelong customer.

I took my BRAND NEW car here a few days ago for an oil change. Upon leaving my appointment, I noticed a weird smell on my way home. When arriving home, I contacted this place but they were closed at the time. I decided to take things under my own wing and opened my hood to find oil spilled everywhere. See photos below. I took my car in the next day and they guy cleaned it up for me and his excuse was that they were understaffed and rushing. Anyhow, they offered no compensation for their wrong doings. Let alone I spent over a thousand dollars here to fix a car that wasn’t able to be fixed last winter. I refuse to take any of my vehicles here. The guys expressed no concern or sympathy for a huge mistake that could have or eventually resulted in further damage to my car and even potentially me. I would not recommend this place to no one.

I took my car here because I needed an oil change and the last time I had brought it in they said there was a small leak. This time when I brought it in there was a lot of repairs they mentioned being urgent. I told them I could only afford to pay for the oil change and leak at that time which was around $1100. I then took it to a family friend of my coworker who explained to me that they didn’t fix my oil leak (which I noticed after still seeing puddles forming under my car) and that instead they had “bandaged it” by using a ten dollar part and not fixing the actual issue - a dented oil pan. They didn’t do the oil change either. Currently trying to speak with a lawyer and file a complaint with the better business bureau to figure out my options. My coworkers friend tried to reason with them to get my money back and they are not complying. Would never recommend this place to even my worst enemies. They will flat out lie to your face and charge you for services not rendered.Update: I spoke with Alex. He was very nice and apologetic. He gave me about half of my money back. I’m glad I only paid a little over 500 for the band aid they provided. Ultimately being nice isn’t enough to change my view. Too many items were missed and a full refund wasn’t issued even though I still have to go pay for the broken seal now too. I still do not recommend but at least they were nice about their mistakes.

Today was my first visit to Fast Lane Automotive after a disastrous visit to my dealership. I cannot say enough good things about my visit. An employee opened the door immediately upon my arrival, and I was helped with seconds of arriving. The process for my oil change, air filters, and brake fluid replacement was explained clearly and efficiently. The waiting area was clean, cool, and well stocked with coffee, snacks, fast WiFi, and clean bathrooms. The cost was extremely competitive for area shops. I went in for an oil change very skeptical because last time I went to an oil change place they broke my oil pan screw on another car. From the moment I walked in they were friendly and not pushy. I have been to places where if they find sometjing wrong with your car they make you feel obligated to use them for repairs. These guys sent me a link through text for the diagnostics that they ran while doing my oil change which to be honest I did not expect. I logged onto the link and there was photos! They were honest about what needed to be done and sure enough I knew they are the real deal. I will be back to get the issues fixed because I believe in paying for good labor,great warranty, and not feeling bullied into repairs. I will be bringing my husbands car in next. Thanks guys!

So much for upfront pricing. The bill i got was a hundred more than the quote. My adventure began when I brought my daughters RAV 4 in for a squealing noise. The first mechanic recommended replacing the serpentine belt. He went into mumbo-jumbo car-talk claiming to show signs of wear. I agreed to the repair. Then, when the car was in their clutches they found a more expensive repair - the alternator. A second mechanic pronounced the serpentine belt as relatively new and claimed the alternator bearing was about to go. He quoted a price about a hundred below what I paid. I gave these guys a shot, hoping they werent another rip-off auto repair shop. I was disappointed. They wont be seeing me again.I want to dispute the owners rebuttal below. The first mechanic presented the state of the serpentine belt to me as if it were highly worn. He pointed to lines in the belt as signs of wear in a tone suggesting belt failure was imminent. Later after discovering a more expensive repair in replacing the alternator, a second mechanic described the serpentine as fairly new and in good shape. This coupled with the final price flim-flam placed them with the rest of those who inflate repairs. Dont go there. Get written estimates. Ask for return of old replaced parts.

Im new to the area and needed rapid service after my brakes started making bad noises. After a Google search, I chose Fast Lane based on location and reviews. I called and was happy to be able to come in same day instead of waiting for an appointment.I thought I was going to need new front and rear brakes but the technician showed me only the front needed replacement. That saved me hundreds of dollars they could have charged me. I also got an oil change and vehicle inspection while there because it was cheaper than going to a chain shop.I was impressed they sent me a complete inspection report with photos by text so I could see everything and have a virtual record. And they completed the work fast.This will be my first stop for any additional service I need. Thank you, Fast Lane!

This place is a really good auto mechanic shop. They have good prices. Everyone is really nice and welcoming. I dont go anywhere else for my car, everytime i need an oil change i come here its only 30 bucks for non synthetic wheeled cars. My go too!!!

Fast lane team was very professional and willing to go above and beyond for their clients. I had to take the truck to Miami and they offered to have the work done the same day and work overtime to get it done. They were very transparent with the issues and solutions to get the van fixed. The end result, I was able to make it back to Miami with no worries.

If Fastlane Auto didn’t diagnose my car’s problem, both my wife and I might have been killed. I had serious issues with my tires and actually had a blowout on the way for repairs. If I was on the highway, it would be lights out. This company is the first one ever to do a “quality check”-when a different mechanic makes sure the job was done right. I was from out of town and my vehicle needed a oil change and I call them and told me to come on in now and we have me out within the hour and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and there customer service was 5 stars plus more and if I do come back this way and require and maintence on my vehicle and that where I be going and they will have my business from here and in the future.

Fastlane Automotive, Orlando Florida did several repairs to my Suzuki. RackI am very lucky I went to Fastlane Automotive, Orlando Florida. Safety first! I went to Fastlane with something leaking fluid under my Suzuki Vitara and they found my rack and pinions were really bad. When steering it made a loud noise and felt funny like it was the power steering pump. I did not have the funds to fix it so they got me approved for financing through Auto Pass for Tire & Service Centers. Since then they have fixed many other issues. My vehicle only has 116,000 with so many things wrong with it. Replaced the motor mounts, rack & pinions, radiator, belts, hoses, the belt guide (clutch was bad), fixed front brakes, serviced the AC, and fixed oil leak from oil pan (putting dye in it to make sure their were no more leaks anywhere), and serviced battery.Thank You, Fastlane Automotive for helping me. When I had a question I was able to call the shop and they answered immediately and had an answer. My car was done when they said it would be and fixed right! I got more than I expected. Not only did Fast Lane do an amazing job, they finished a lot faster than I expected. They fixed a problem that the Ford dealership themselves couldnt solve. Tropical Ford had my truck for approximately 70 days and only made my truck worst. They didnt even give me a rental car until I complained that theyve had my truck for about 60 days already.. they then gave me a loaner (after the truck broke down right when they gave it back to me the first time). The best thing that Ford did for me in this transaction was give me my money back..Fast Lane tho, went above and beyond! Not only did they fix my truck in a fraction of the time that the dealership had it... they also gave me a rental car and they had exceptional customer service!!Im appreciative of this company. Been going here for over a year or so. They’re serviced 2 of my own vehicles plus 2 of my moms cars. Never had a problem. Always timely, repairs done right the first time, they don’t viciously try to upsell you on things you don’t need, and very friendly staff. Even the mechanics will come out and joke with you. I do not live in Orlando, but needed to go somewhere to get my A/C fixed before making a long drive back home in the FL heat! They were very professional and even took me back and let me see under my car where it had a leak. Great service, and most importantly I never felt pressured to pay for something I didnt need. They even wrote me up an estimate to take back home to use to compare for the big issue A/C I had. If I lived around there, I would definitely take my car back to them!

** (UNPROFESSIONAL) **Went there for an oil change after making an appointment the day before. When I arrived the person at the front was showing their coworker something on their phone laughing while I waited to be noticed. After 3 mins waiting they noticed I was there and rudely asked what I was there for. I said I had made an appointment for an oil change and they took down my info. They told me to leave my car there and It should be done in a bout an hour to an hour and a half. I asked why it would take so long for just an oil change I had made an appointment for in advance, and the rep said that’s how it always is. I said that the last place I had went only took 15 minutes (I swear I was shocked it was so quick) and asked if I could come back later when it could be done right away rather than sit around for that long. He said he’d go ask the person doing the oil change and went out back. I’m going to assume he didn’t know I could hear his conversation because the mechanic he was talking to said “if he doesn’t like it he can take his sh*t and leave”. So I just walked out after that. Not trusting a team so unprofessional with my car for that amount of time.

To make a long story short, I came home to my car not starting and come to find out my starter went out! I immediately remembered seeing fast lane on my way home one day, called,had my car towed to them and they had my car ready first thing the next morning. After two years of taking my car one day I took it for wheel alignment, after they did it they let me walk out with the wires coming out of the tire and real bad shaking while driving. No excuse, I trusted them with my car and they deceived me. If they used to be good then I guess the staff right now has different standards.

My wife took her Toyota Camry here a couple weeks ago. We took it in only to be serviced, oil change, and fluids flushed and refilled. We didn’t have any problems going in. They contacted us and showed us a picture of the rear main seal leaking oil. And said we had slight wear on rear tires caused by the struts. They said we absolutely needed to replace rear main seal for $1600, and new struts for $1200. So $2,800 for things we had no idea we’re even issues. We took it to Yokleys in Cleremont, which we highly recommend!!! They looked at it, said struts were fine, which I agreed with, there is no bounce in the car or any sign of them going out. The rear main seal has never even dripped on our drive way, and they said just check on it in the future but for now it is just fine! Yokleys charged us $37 for checking on the car all day, and looking over everything! Great place and people. They even did a $106 A/C service, filled up refigerant, oiled compressor, all for free!THIS place tried to rip us off of 2800 hard earned dollars that would have really affected us. Caused us unneeded stress. Please take you car in for a second opinion if you use these peopleMaybe this was a one time thing, but they seemed pretty comfortable telling us we needed new struts when ours were perfectly fine!! Unacceptable!

The customer service here is absolutely incredible and so is the work they do. Everyone is friendly and the management is far superior to any mechanic shop I’ve been to.

My car needed an oil change, new brake pads, new tires and it would not start, the repairs were done the same day. Job well done, Ill be coming back to this location from now on.
