Late time here I did not care for my service advisor. I had to go vent to his boss. And the boss made me feel more complete with the situation that I was in with the advisor also shout out to miss Dottie which is a VIP salesWOMAN she was very helpful thank you so much Miss Dottie. but my advisor nah.. but I wish good wishes to him no hard feelings .I I just would not choose him anymore if I have to go back there cuz thats where I bought my car and I love my car.

My husband and I came today and were helped by John Ross with a trade-in and lease. Being my first lease experience, I was impressed by the informative service that John provided and felt comfortable through the whole process. He also was able to work with us in our tight budget and was able to make the transaction work. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone in the Orlando looking for a new Chevy. The service department was not real friendly and nor that helpful. I had to get out my truck and go look for someone in service department. Because no one every came out to help. After I left my truck their.. I never got a call back on the status and I had to call them 3 or 4 times before I new the status of my truck. Not good in following up with customers. I Am really disappointed how things was done. I will not return to that dealership.

Visited this dealership with a build in hand and test drove a similar truck, I had them order the the truck I built online. The salesman was helpful and not too pushy for a salesman. Factory order takes 2 to 3 month to deliver. In the end Chevy factory not accepting orders due to chip shortages. May be 2022 before order will be accepted. This not a dealer problem but a covid related chip shortage and Chevy factory only building what they seem the most profitable vehicles.

I never thought Id be driving a Chevy, but Adrian Perez made a great deal on an Equinox and I could not be happier about my new lease! He was incredible from start to finish! When I arrived at Chevy it was after a long day of car shopping for a vehicle for my mother, we sat down with Adrian and cut right to the chase. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable, and went right to work on finding the right fit for my mother. I was also in the market for a new lease, but had my heart set on a GMC Terrain Denali. After Adrian took great care of my mother (she also leased an Equinox) he brought out the Equinox Premier in Pearl White, with all the bells and whistles, which I test drove and ultimately decide to lease - I could not be more thrilled! Adrians top-notch customer care made this process a breeze, and I look forward to working with him again on my next lease in the future!

I bought two cars in this dealer. I was pleased by their service, until I had a problem with the power steering. I was charges $231.00 to reset the software. I had to go 3 times, the issue was never fixed. This was an unnecessary charge, the problem was the battery and I was never told that I have to change it to get the problem fixed. I did a complaint through Chevrolet and I am still waiting. I emailed the dealer, email was forwarded to the manager, never responded. Be careful with leaving money, someone in their staff like to take coins that you leave in the car. I did informed the dealer because I was concerned about what else the staff can steal. I dont recommend this place for service anymore. They stole money from me and they dont want to take responsibility. I gave enough time to get it resolved and they didn’t. They dont care about customers, they care about how much they can steal from customers. Management completely ignored my complaint. Dont leave anything in your car. Coins are not a big deal, the big deal is the fact that they dont respect customers belongings.

I made an appointment for service on my new 2020 vehicle due to a manufacturer defect that they are aware of per a notice from GM. I called ahead to ensure I could drop my vehicle off during the night, to which I was assured I could. So my friend and I drove both of our vehicles to the dealership at 3am to leave mine for service. Only issue was, the gates were all closed to the lot. So not only was I unable to do what I called to confirm, I had to stay awake all night so I could leave at 630am to get my vehicle there for a 7am appointment. Communication from the service advisor was subpar, I ended up having to text to find out after 3pm that my vehicle was completed and when I asked what was done; first I was told a part had to be replaced, however Richard was unclear and not confident in what was done. I finally went to pick up my vehicle and asked for clarification, was told it was something completely different. Then I walked around my vehicle before leaving only to find minor damage to the exterior of my vehicle. Richard called a manager over and after some time waiting he came over and just assured me they would call me soon with information as to following steps. It’s now been a week and I have sent messages to the service department asking for updates to no avail. I loved the sales team, however this is my second experience with service and it is less than desired. Now my new garage kept vehicle has minor damage and they have done nothing to resolve this.

What brought me in to this dealer is the good deals that I hear on the radio all the time. Thank God that I did. I was helped by a gentleman named John Ross. Talk about professionalism and excellent customer service! I was very confused about the big decision at hand; John walked me through step by step on what my options were and he worked with my budget. Purchasing a vehicle is not an easy decision and he gave me all the time that I needed it to sort out  the details on the purchase. Their service department has wronged me so many times. When I dropped my car off today for an inspection covered under the warranty they asked for 7-14 days to do the inspection although I had an appointment. My previous local Chevy in DeLand was able to complete the same inspection a year ago in one day. Ever since I bought my vehicle it has needed constant work even though I bought it new in 2018. Engine work, transmission repair, and so on. The staff here is very rude and I will be driving to DeLand from here on out for service.

I can definitely say anyone reaching out to purchase a car David Hay is a personable & customer focused salesman. After reading reviews I personally sought him out. I was running a little late & he was so laid back, like...get here when youre done. He had the car ready & waiting for me that I spoke with him about. He continued to check on me after our test drive & waiting for the bank to respond. Before I knew it was approved & headed to see Frantz Tassy. He also worked diligently to ensure I understood all my paperwork & financing & tried to move everything as quickly as possible because he knew my hubby was tired & ready to leave because he worked earlier that morning. I am so thankful for the person who did the review that referred me to David & I wanted to ensure I could do the same for someone else. He is not pushy & will be 100% honest & working for you. He will do all that he can, but will be honest with what he is unable to do. I rode out of there in the car of my dreams!

Being a first time car buyer, I was obviously on the fence and a bit nervous if I may add. The moment I walked in, I was graciously greeted by the receptionist who immediately contacted someone to assist me. Brandon Yero, the salesman, was exceptionally professional and genuinely cared about making my first time purchase as easy as possible. He courteously reassured all of my questions and went out of his way to make the appropriate time for me. Super knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend going back. I came here a few months ago for a repair. I made an appointment online and when I arrived at my appointment time, the woman consultant acted as if my appointment was a problem. She told me they couldnt fit me in, which is ridiculous, because why allow an appointment you dont have time for?Since then, I have been making the hike out to the Chevy by the Orlando Airport and have had such a positive experience there. Dont waste your time. Just go to the Airport location.

The parts department goes on lunch at noon and picks up and puts you straight on hold for the entire hour of their apparent lunch break. If youre only availability to look up parts is on your lunch break as well, youll want to look to another, friendlier dealership. You guys are right next door to me, but Id rather drive somewhere, where people care about their customers.

If I could give this place a negative star I would! Dropped off by a tow truck this morning for service after my car wouldn’t start and warning indicators lit up, weirdly a jump got it to come on. I’m here 2hours before the website and the automated phone indicated that the service department would be open, but I waited happily after all every Chevy dealership I’ve gone to has been just what they say they are, reliable and dependable! I was amazed and super happy that their service department was listed as being open and the possibility of having my issues addressed sooner than later. 11am gets here and the gates open and I’m told with little concern that the service department is closed today despite all my research and confirmation prior to getting it towed here. The blonde lady at the desks only reply to me is “Just buy another car.” I wanted to slap her! I am shocked at her lack of care or concern not having even apologized for the inconvenience or showing compassion. I’ll mention a guy named Gus did however show some concern and offered a helpful suggestion. This place is laughable and below Chevy’s level of customer service!

This place is outrages. I have been coming here with my chevy vehicle for about a year now (always for manufacturers defects). Every time I come in am spoken to in a very rude tone no matter the reason for coming. This time when I showed up they wanted $300 to diagnose my issue.

Well the car broke again while driving. Brought it here, they tried to upsale repairs for $800 with no regard to the actual issue. After paying money to have it fixed $320 go to leave and check engine light comes on. Now the car is not drivable and I am waiting on a tow to take the car somewhere else. They want more money to do diagnostic.

I took my car to get an oil change. Also told them about a noise that it was still making from the last oil change. I got charged an additional 5.99 for checking for the noise and the oil change was 49.99 plus tax. 2 days later received a message from on star telling me my tire pressure was still low, meaning they never checked because it was low when I went in. Looks like I will be finding another Chevy dealer to get any maintenance done on my vehicles.

We felt cheated, they made the repair guessing, finally the bill was too high to say that the car was not useful, they never sent us a service budget, we paid about one thousand dollars for the replacement of a piece that does not reach $ 50, Very disappointed, I would never return
