Glad I chose to go here based on numerous great reviews. I emailed them last night about needing a patch/plug for a tire that had a huge nail in it. David replied around 7:30 am and was happy to assist. I was in and out within 30 minutes and the technician took the time to be sure not to scratch my rims. He filled my air in the other tires as well. Highly recommend if you want professional and friendly service!

I went and told them I would like full service on my car, oil change, tire rotation, top off fluids, etc. I went there at 4:00pm. I guess they close at 5pm. After I tell the man at the desk what I want I sit down and watch my car from the window. I see them change the oil and then they lower the car and it just sits. Minutes and minutes go by. The guy at the desk comes to me and says, “I’m sure you want to go have fun” and I’m sitting there staring blankly and say “uhh, I can’t leave” because in my head I obviously think “you have my car”. So now it’s after 5:00 and I just see my car sitting and I’m getting agitated because I see the workers smoking, hanging with their girlfriends and my car is just sitting there. So again the guy comes and says, “man, you must like it here to not want to leave” and I said, “sir I’d love to leave, but you have my car” and he says “your cars been done”. So I sat for an additional 45mins waiting on a car that was “done”. He claims the first time he came out that was what he was implying but typically in more PROFESSIONAL places if your car is done they bring you paperwork, tell you what was done, tell you issues they found, tells you price, with keys in hand. They did not do that. He made a weird comment and left. Never said car was done. Also, they didn’t do all that I asked. No tire rotation, no topping off fluids or overall check of the car. I was so frustrated I just left. Very bad customer service. Will not be returning.

The most friendly and helpful people that you could ask for. My car popped a tire 6:45 in the morning and Action Gator Tire wasnt opening until 7:30 (Literally right across the street) . So I called my roadside assistance and they say 37-45 min wait. Okay good enough. Well at 7:30 they still didnt have anyone on route to me and I called them up and they said it would be another 55 min. NO WAY. I called Action Gator Tire and David the Store Manager sent one of his workers right over to put on my spare. After the spare was put on I went over and inquired about a new tire. I left my wheel and would pick it up at the end of the day. He quoted me a fair price for a comparable tire. When I came back at the end of the day the young guy that switched my spare came right over and installed the new tire as I went inside to pay. I was pleasantly surprised when David found another comparable tire for $24 less (Every dollar helps now a days). I was in and out without any stress. Thats the best way to do business and no wonder they have been around for 50+ years!! Thanks guys

Very disappointed.A few months ago I brought my work truck in for new spark plugs, a grinding alternator, noisy AC and a short in the tail lights. I was told I also needed to have decarbonization service before the truck would be released back to me.After spending nearly $1000 on work, AC and Alternator wasnt addressed, they put in the spark plugs, and the tail lights shorted out and the radiator hose that ran over the top of the engine was snapped off at connection near the coil pack and stuck back on.Went back several times, was largely blown off/ignored, couldnt get a eta on repairs for my work truck and was told Id have to pay for the items they already failed to repair.Very disappointed and angry.---- update, so I emailed action gates a week ago and they havent responded and apparently just blew me off. Might as well do the charge back and get my money back from these bad mechanics.

I have been using this store for 20 years and they never fail to get it right. Great pricing and honest workers. Manager is very hands on and will go out of his way for customer satisfaction

From my first phone call to picking up my truck, Scott took care of me.Always setting the expectations, and meeting them.Great communication throughout the entire process.He made sure I got the tires I needed and everything I metchoned for was fixed perfectly.I brought in a 10 year old Chevy, but I drove away in a, what feels like, brand new truck.

Came here to get my tires refilled with Nitrogen. Super easy...just went to the front desk and the gentleman told me to pull my truck up next to the front of the stall. Then the tire tech came out with the hose & pressure gauge and topped off my tires with Nitrogen. Took all of about 5 minutes. Will definitely come back again.

I got a flat tire on my birthday, but luckily they were able to work quickly and patch the tire in barely any time at all. I would recommend this place to anyone with car problems😉

I have been to Action Gator many many times over the years and I always had a positive experience. Today however I was disappointed. My check engine light came on and they wanted $89 to run a test. Thankfully the scanner was broken and I left. Their customer service could use some work, they had an attitude the minute I walked through the door. I went to a place down the street and they charged me nothing to run a test.

I had a flat tire and they help me right away! Im an essential worker they fixed with no charge! Something great its happening in this location

The best thing I like about Action Gator Tire is that with the purchase of 4 new tires, you get a full rotation every 6 months or 5000 miles. If a balance is needed they will do that too. THIS REVIEW IS FOR DAVID. I am a single mother and usually when I go to car places I feel like they want to take all of my little money. I came to Action Gator Tire in need of all 4 new tires. I felt like David was helping me like I was one of his close family members (not like a distant cousin). I was given the best price on 4 tires and an alignment. Nobody in town could beat his price and quality. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and what I was walking out with was the best quality in tires and in service. I swear I thought I was at Allstate because I was definitely in Good Hands.

About 2 months ago I got into my car one morning and noticed my tire pressure was low. I got out of the car and could see a nail lodged into the tire. I did a quick google search and came across Action Gator Tire which was located the closest to my office. The office staff was extremely nice and was able to patch up my tire for an extremely reasonable price.Fast forward to this morning, I once again get into my car to see my tire pressure is low. Unlike the last time, I could not see any obvious punctures, so I assumed that the original patch must have failed. I was worried that if my assumption were correct and the first patch had failed, that I would have to buy a whole new tire which is obviously very pricey. I came back to Action Gator Tire and they immediately took a look. In less than 45 minutes they located yet another nail (thank you i4), and removed it, patched the hole, and got me back to work on time!!!!I am so grateful for the reliable and kind staff at Action Gator Tire, who takes care of their customers without charging an arm and a leg. God willing I wont have another tire issue anytime soon, but if I do, I will be headed right back to Action Gator Tire.

David is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They were slammed when I went to see about a nail in my tire. Instead of having me wait without knowing whether the tire was patchable or not, David took the time to look at my car. He was able to have the problem solved within minutes.

Mechanics are great; did the job well. Fixed my axial and tires, however, not happy with the business end. Made a mistake almost cost me $200+ in labor, double check the price and make sure they are on your car profile. Very nice after, been good to me before, will probably return.

Great spot for tire repair and automotive repair. Ron and the crew take care of me real good when Im there. Ive bought tires, brakes (repair/service), alignments, oil changes. Get in early though as they get booked up quick. Depending upon what is needed, Ron will work to get you out of there in a timely fashion.

David, Store manager, was very professional and courteous. I drove in late one day after work with a flat tire and he made room to accommodate me. Great team!!!

This is an experience I am still living in. Upon entering action Gator tire I was received with open arms. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees, wait time as a walk in was considerably low. They will finance, if youre short on blue faces (Cash). Beware, they do not explain the details of this loan. Ask questions, I took a $500 loan from them and after ninety days it went to a $1000. The people hella cool and my vehicle was running wonderful.

I want to commend the service at your store on Lee Road. I had problems with front tire shaking when i drove over 50mph. I had only been to this store one other time and was extremely happy. So i took my car there again thinking i was in for a big problem. I found your store manager David a delight to work with. David was spot on with what he thought was wrong, and very honest. He definitely knows his job and it wasnt as bad as i thought.Very reasonable charge. I had worked with Don the year before who was equally professional and very nice to work with. The mechanics appear to know their jobs, and were respectful. I will no longer go anywhere else for tires and repair except this store. thanks to David for being such a good guy!

I had a nail in my tire about two weeks ago. I brought it to Gator and they fixed it in about 45 min. They called my name and i pulled out my wallet ready to pay, and the employee said that it was on the house due to COVID. So they fixed my tire in 45 min and for free. I have been there before to replace tires and will return back to them for any help in the future.

I have had the team provide and maintain my 2015 Nissan Altima since I purchased the car new. I am in the construction industry and unfortunately run over a lot of screws and nails. They fairly either replace or repair the tire as needed. I know they are priced fairly and I always happy with the high level of customer service I always receive. Needed a tire in a situation that needed immediate attention. We were flying out of Sanford Airport later in the day and need out tire fixed before leaving. The staff and attendants were very concerned and helpful. They were concerned about the situation and accommodated us immediately! We were so grateful! I highly recommend Action Gator Tire on Lee Road. I have not had experiences with their branches but would also try them without any hesitation.

I have been coming to get my oil changed for a long time and my car had always had the piggy back drain plug in the oil pan and they changed my oil with no problems. This morning I was there when they opened so I can get in and out. They had me sitting there for over and hour to tell me they can not do my oil change anymore. I am not happy with their customer service and their professionalism is less than a1 star. I will not go back to Action Gators on lee road nor will I refer anyone else.

Tried and true, solid customer for over 20 years...

Normally I take my car to Action Gator in Ocoee on 50 to get any service done, great service. This morning I couldnt make it to that store so I tried the Lee Road store. I was told it would take about an hour over the phone. Over an hour later a tech starts working in a car that got here after I got here. He has been here for less than 20 minutes and his car is already being worked on. For the same exact issue.

3rd visit today, and very pleased. I have several vehicles, and always picking up a nail, or in this case a screw. Altho I live closer to a corporate Goodyear, this Lee Rd store is much friendlier, glad for your business. Great customer service!

Place has more sales reps than installers.tried to sell me a bearing for 800.00.they make you feel like a hostage they spent more time walking around my truck with a clipboard looking for an upcharge than they did putting the damn tire on

Action Gator Tire is by far the best tire place in town. They had the best price with road hazard by $30 a tire. And their coustom service is better then any where around!

These guys are great. I brought a tire in to see if it could be patched and they had it done in 15mins, offered to reinstall it on my truck and did not even charge for the repair! I will surely be using these guys here in the future.

I called Action Gator Tire (Lee Rd) early Monday morning for an estimate on new tires, balancing, required 4-Wheel alignment, and asked if its possible for my control arm and sway bar end links to be checked since they had just been installed over the weekend of March 05, 2016, and because tires were going to be off anyways. SCOTT tells me over the phone, yes we will check them free of charge for you, and YES we have the BF-Goodrich tires you are asking about in stock. Scott gives me the estimate, Im fine with it and drive my vehicle down to their location on 1717 Lee Rd. I arrive around 9:30am, Scott has me sign some paper work and takes my keys. My car gets pulled into one of their bays to be lifted and have all four tires taken off to just sit for the next 3 hours without a person looking at my car. I forgot to mention that Mr. Scott did tell me he would offer a ride home so I did no have to wait, and Im thinking this place is great. I was never taken home and did not want to ask about it again. So 2:30pm approaches, and my car is still sitting on the lift. I ask Scott where are my tires and he tells me they are in transit and coming all the way from Orlando airport area. At this point Im furious, but more angry at my self for letting it get this far! So basically they pulled my car in early morning to take tires off and make it more difficult for me to leave if I decided to go elsewhere. Guys, long story short; I waited at this tire shop from 9:30am - 6:00pm. I get checked out by another manger since Scott left before my car was even done and never follows up with me on where we stand time-wise, and never apologizes for the HUGE inconvenience!!!! Other manager recognized how long I waited and how unprofessional Scott was, and offers me 50% off on my next synthetic oil change on my BMW. I will NEVER visit an action gator tire again. I called them up in the first place because my dad highly recommended I visit them, the store had good reviews, and they are family owned. One of my wheels was badly scratched, and Im assuming it was from one of the sockets when removing the wheel lug nuts, and my car still has a slight steer to the right. Lesson learned here, and I will be taking my vehicle to BMW from here on out for everything where customer service is a priority!

I was very please with my experience. I drive a 2011 VW Jetta and had a poor tire experience with my dealership. I called your Lee Rd location and was advised to bring my car by simply for a consultation. Via the consultation it was recommended I get new tires and my options were presented but not forced upon me. I was very appreciative of this demeanor and will gladly continue to shop tires for my vehicle there in the future. Everyone on the staff was helpful and friendly. I will definitely be shopping my tires there in the future.

What a joke, waste of time. At the pace they work nothing will ever get done. They cannot and did not fulfill the promises timeline after numerous time check during the 3 hours there.
