I showed up without an appointment, out of town, with a nail in my tire that I was pretty sure couldn’t be repaired. It turned out as I thought I needed a new tire. It was late in the day, there were other customers in the process of getting service, and the manager himself changed clothes and put the new tire on for me. I can’t say enough about how appreciative I am for that kind of service. Thank you very much!

I wish I could give them SIX Stars. The customer service is OUTSTANDING. The mechanics are knowledgeable. Did I mention the OUTSTANDING customer service? I was stranded in Orlando and the team made sure I got home to Tampa THAT night, and I did not have to get a hotel room! They went above and beyond the call of duty. And by the way, I use Tire Choice in Tampa as my mechanics, they are also awesome. So when I was stranded, I googled Tire Choice and was lucky to get Marcus and his team at the Town Center Location. Paid $236 for mount, balance and ALIGNMENT. when I picked up my vehicle no alignment sheet was given and Raymond claimed they were out of ink. As soon as I drove my vehicle it pulled excessively to the right and the steering wheel is not straight. Meaning no one drove it after the alignment, IF one was even performed. Not to mention the rear wheels STILL have noticeable camber to the naked eye. Now I need to leave work early to have something corrected which should have been done the first time.

The last technician who worked on my car stripped the lug nut/bolt maybe because the amount of torque he used is too high for my car. I got an oil change and the Honda shop noticed it on my front right wheel!

I went in for an oil change and a few minor things. They were efficient and communicative throughout the entire process. The inspection was thorough. I’ll come back here for my auto needs.

I came in yesterday for a valve replacement. After giving me a quote for the cost and agreed to get the job done I sat down to wait for my turn. I sat down for an hr before I looked outside to find my car in the same spot. I asked the associate if my car was done. He told me that they would be taking care of it next. They had completely forgotten about me . 10m later my car was done. I payed the amount charged and went home . When I got home I realized that they had made a one inch scratch on my rim where the valve was installed.

Thanks to Cisco and Markus for amazing help at the end of the day. Changed out my spare when the Wawa air station was broken. Even bagged up my tire to keep my car clean!! Truly saved my day!!!

This review is LONG over due!I recommend this auto shop 100% over any of its competitors. To begin, the first day I visited the shop was just for air in my flat tire. The manager, Joshua noticed that my tire was splitting and offered put my spare tire on despite being closed (I had no idea they were closed when I ran in there asking for air). I ended up purchasing all 4 tires at a later date with this particular location because of the kind gesture. A couple of weeks pass, and of course something goes wrong with my car. I went to Honda because it was closer and they wanted to charge me $800 for a new rotor. JUST ONE. I was freaking out. I called Joshua immediately and he told me to come back and he would check it out. Turns out, I didnt need a new rotor, just break pads and a few things, which saved me about $600! Joshua, Marcus and the whole staff is trustworthy and work quickly each time to make sure I am in and out with a smile! I happily drive 35 minutes to this auto shop over any other because I know I will not get over sold any unneeded parts, they value my time and wallet. Matter of fact, I drove there today just for an oil change :) To top it off, the customer service is always amazing! I leave with a good laugh and smile each time

I went in to get some missing bolts and screws from the bottom plastic cover of my car and Marcus was so kind as to fix the screws. He warned we may need to order the factory parts from the dealer but he was able to fix it nonetheless and was quick, efficient, and very polite. Had 4 tires replaced and wheel alignment done. Not sure if its the tires or wheel alignment but when I exceed 50 mph the car drifts side to side, its very scary. My niece wont even drive the car anymore. Its like you have no control over the car steering. Also, they cross thread one of my lug nut which I had to break off with a breaker bar. So now, instead of 5, I have 4 lug nuts on one rim. Maybe I drew the bad luck straw that day.

This is probably the best tire place I have had the pleasure of having my car serviced. The staff is very pleasant even though we are staring down a hurricane. Josh and Steve need a raise. Seamlessly the saved my whole day by ensuring my vehicle will be operational post storm and even helped me locate a generator should the power in my house failed. I very satisfied with the service will definitely make this my mechanic of choice.

Josh is awesome! Hes always willing to go above and beyond when helping me get tires for my BMW 435i. Ive been working with him for a little over a year and havent had a bad experience. My wife brought her new car in to get a nail removed out the back tire, in which they came and showed my wife the nail in tire. They recommended a new tire, in which we purchased. Two weeks later, the same tire went flat. Took the car to the dealership only to find out they never sold us a new tire, they just fixed the old one and charged us for a new tire. I will definitely not be returning to them for tire services.

I showed up 7 a.m in the morning with a flat tire and they got me back on the road quickly. Very friendly staff and nice waiting area that I didnt need much. They do more then tire service, it is a full service shop.

A little disappointed that they couldnt work on my car today because they was no one there that could do mechanical work. Why open on Sunday if one of the services that you offer during week isnt offered on Sunday? Thats my only beef with Tire Choice otherwise Josh was very courteous and a true professional. The place wasnt pack with people. Hopefully I can give them 5 stars when my work is completed.

Went here to get tire repaired they told me tire could not be repaired because patch would be too close to side wall that a new tire would be 160. Funny how they would know that without actually taking tire off the rim!! I went to a family owned shop the next day and they took off the tire and patched it no issues. Stop trying to upsell your customers and actually take care of them. You should steer clear of this place if you want honest service!

It’s never great news when you hear you need 4 new tires while on a road trip, but Raymond at Tire Choice was super helpful. They were efficient and thorough, and got us back on the road quickly.

Went here with a coupon for 9.99 oil change with everything 14.99. great! Upon checkout paid 27.88! He said I had to fill out a credit card application to get that price. I asked him where it said that on the coupon he says it says see store for details. It didnt say that on the coupon either! I asked him to show that on the coupon. He pointed to the subject to change. I didnt have time to go somewhere else and the service was already done. So be very careful with this company! Scam all around.

Out of town for a training event with my coworkers and my tires decided to have some problems! The closest place Was tire express and they blew me away with their customer service. Marcus was friendly and efficient and I couldn’t be more please with how smooth the service was at this location. I appreciate all the hard work they put into my truck! They saved the day.

The service I received was very good. They should get cable for their television. They usually have complementary coffee. The facility is very clean. They need to have someone concentrate on receiving people as they come in and not give telephone calls a higher priority than the customers who are there.

Not a friendly place. The tech who help me didn’t smile all the time. His face looks like i never want to be there working. The tech didn’t aligned right my car the first time. I have to take again time to bring my car so they can try to fix it again. The tech has to aligned my car 2 more times to get it straight and “reset the steering angle” when all this should be done the first time. Never again going to this place. Wouldn’t recommend to nobody. Thums down. I wouldn’t give no stars but it won’t let me add this without it.

Very Bad!!!! Stay away from this place!!!! Josh Flores I dont know if youre still a manager here at the store or not but let me tell you that I had the worst experience today! I am here right now and just got my two front tires. And the tech named Christian scratched my vehicle inside in the back taking out the locking mechanism for my rims. I asked to speak to a manager, owner or anyone higher up the chain and the manager refuses to talk to me. When the employee whose attending to me called him on the phone he said to just take my information and they will talk to corporate. Never took pictures of the damage and refuses to talk to me. I wasnt leaving until the manager calls me and I am still waiting. I have been here over an hour. My Jeep was done but yet the employees were too busy talking to check me out. I had to wait for over 10 minutes before they finished talkin so they could check me out. It is 7:17 p.m. and I am just leaving now when I got here over two hours ago. I had to call the Sheriffs Department just to try and get some resolution. Of course theyre sure says it is a civil matter and theres nothing they can do but at least the sheriff Scott the employees to give me the name of the one and only assistant manager. They refuse to give me the phone number to corporate or even the name of the store manager. What kind of business does this to a customer that has spent over $700 in two months with them.2 Months ago.Very friendly and professional. Yo I came here once for an oil change and everything went well. Then today, I came for a tire change. I called up pep boys and good year to see what the prices were like and one was 170, the other was 140, both after installation fees. These guys did it for $110 ! Not only that, they also had a free BBQ for customer appreciation, I love this place. Id definitely recommend this shop to anybody.

I was in a jam with my tire. I went to two other shops they were either closed or about to close, and they didn’t want to take care of me. I called tire choice and the person that picked up was very friendly. Told him my tire issue and he said come now we take care of it right away. Jeff took care of me as soon as I came in, their customer service is excellent!!

The Ignition Coils installed in my vehicle failed twice. Before my third trip back I stopped at the auto parts store Tire Choice purchased the parts from and had a diagnostic which showed a misfire on cylinder 4 which was the spot the replacement was in. By then they had replaced the coils but with the same brand part from the same auto part store.The manager became obviously frustrated I had returned with the same issue. However he agreed to check the coil. He then told me their diagnostic wasnt showing a misfire and the check engine light had magically gone off. He saif It must be a different issue not their coils. That is when I told him I just had it diagnosed at the parts store where the part was purchased and their scan showed a misfire on cylinder 4. He became even more frustrated so I ask for a refund since the part were warranted and one had failed once and the other failed twice. He said OK ill check with my general manager, we even gave you free labor (yes, the general manager was in the store when I went in to purchase tires and offered me free labor and I accepted his offer), then he said while Im waiting for him to get back to me I m going to have my mechanic go over everything. This time he come back in with a smirk and said, Its not our part the #4 spark plug is cross threaded, we cant even get it out. Thats whats causing your misfire! Because that was not believable I left, went to another shop and watched the mechanic pull all 4 plugs and put them back. The mechanic wrote up all 4 plugs are good but the vehicle is missing oil. Tire Choice had changed my oil 01/29/19 and my vehicle had only been driven 2k miles since the oil changed. The oil line was at the bottom of the dipstick. I then go home, I call The Tire Choice Manager to tell him I watched the mechanic check my spark plugs and all 4 are good. He replied, look, I will order you a genuine toyota coil, it will be here tomorrow, Ill call you! THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME!! When I went to get the 1 replacement coil he installed it but notated my receipt, CUSTOMER KEEPS COMING IN FOR IGNITION COIL ISSUES EVERY TIME ON ARRIVE THERE IS NO ISSUE. I signed the receipt since he had replaced the misfiring cheap coil It doesnt matter that he put a false notation into their system. I leave, pick up oil and when I raise my hood the engine cover wasnt on properly for the second time. Thats when I noticed they broke both  brackets.

I have to say, both Josh and John absolutely saved my family vacation by quickly and professionally fixing my poor Durango. They took care of me on a Sunday afternoon at that when most other places were closed.Hands down, this place has great staff and leadership. My brakes stopped working a month ago. I took my car to repair the brakes to this store. They changed some pieces and I paid more than $ 2,200 offering total guarantee that it would work perfect. Now my brakes do not give me confidence, because I have to press the pedal all the way to the end to get response from the brake system, and sometimes I have to press the pedal twice to get a response from the brakes. I went for warranty, they checked and adjusted and the brakes are still malfunctioning (I do not trust my brakes). I do not trust the brake repair that was done to my car and now I can not drive and brake my car safely. My car brakes but not in the proper way.

Needed a break overhaul. I was embarrassed about the shape my car was in and the staff made me feel comfortable. They showed me what needed to be done and were able to do it same day. It was going to be a few hours so I let them know I was going to Uber to my home and do the same back. My home was less than 5 miles away and the manager was kind enough to give me a ride home and a pickup when my car was done. Amazing service that I reccomend this shop to my friends.

My wife found cheap tires they were advertising online, but then fed some story about having to have to order the tires and make us wait even longer. The bait and switch is not very nice.

Took our car to tire choice for an overheating issue before Thanksgiving, manager stated the hose was broken which we can clearly see & that the hose needed to be ordered & replaced. Left the car at tire choice until the hose came in to change it out. Tire choice also decided to do an oil change because they thought it was needed. paid over $400 for the work, & TWO DAYS after the car was picked up, still had an overheating issue. Now they stated they cant work on a Hybrid vehicle even though they just worked on the hybrid car. Told us to take the car to the Hyundai dealership who now states the engine must be replaced which costs over $8000. Tire choice cleared the engine as being OK per the paperwork they gave along with the receipt, especially after doing an oil change on it but denied the claim to replace the engine after a mechanic at TIRE CHOICE was the one who worked on the car & stated everything was working fine at the time of pickup.
