People were nice but with an appointment it took 1.5 hours for an oil change (which includes tire rotations) and then I drive out of the shop and my tire pressure light comes on. I go to next available wawa for free air, and all my tires are under 18psi (36 is my normal) and one tire now won’t go over 27.... and place is closed now but no access for me to leave a voicemail with the issue

After changing my rack and pinion for $1500.00 when I arrived home, I notice airbag light on and it was missing. Car was taking for than a half hour test driveI may end up on small claims court but they wont get away with this.

I came in for a simple oil change. I made an appointment for 11:30am. I have a wait time for 1pm. The guy picks up my car at exactly 12:50! It takes him 20min for an oil change!? How does Take 5 do it faster!? I leave at 1:30pm! It took 2 hours for an oil change!? Why make appointments then!? First come first serve service with appointments!?Never come here! This business should go under!

I went to this store for an oil change after making an appointment. They had an advertising oil change for $21.99. The guy at the store did not honor their own deal. He said then Toyota oil change has some specifications that does not allow this type of oil change. And that I needed to 49.99 or 59.99. I just left to nearby service company that did it for a fair price in about 25 minutes with a free carwash. Do not let their ads fool you.

Absolutely hands down great service. went in for an oil change. drop the car off and checked it in with Robert the Service Manager. he quickly checked me in so I could get to work. He called me soon after to let me know the oil change had been done and advised me of some points of concern on my older car that he recommended I would want to take care of if I am keeping the car he said. I thanked him for letting me know but I wasnt keeping the car long. Thank you Robert and Staff at Tire Kingdom. I had an appointment and they took forever to take care of me. I finally spoke to the manager who said they were very busy and behind and to be patient. PATIENT like if he’s my mother. What’s the point of an appointment if your not being taken care of ?! The audacity of that man ! Very unprofessional. If it wasn’t for my boyfriend having to use my car the next day I would’ve left but I stood for him and waited ! The employees in the bay were efficient when finally finishing my car it was just the response was baffling.. yikes ! Imagine how he treats others.. I definitely don’t recommend this tire kingdom .. the one on 192 is better, cleaner and a happier environment! Tire kingdom work on your spokesmanship

The front clerk had no willing to work. It took him forever to get a simple task done! So people had to wait in line longer. He didnt even try to pretend that he was working hard. Sad for the business.

A month ago fixed my tire at a store that did not even have a name or brand. It took less than 10 mins to do it perfect and nicely. It was only for 15$ to repair the tire. This place TIRE KINGDOM, I brought my girlfriend’s car to repair the tire it took literally an hour and 15 mins to fix it and repair it and cost 32$ to only repair a tire, I buy my car battery every year for 35$!!!!!!!! Also, other cars were ready and people waiting for their cars only because the staff who work in there are slacking and not doing their job consistently.Stop at any store not this if you do want to wast time doing simple things on your car.

Overall I have had a great experience with Tire Kingdom over 15 years however this particular location is a complete dump and needs to reevaluate of all its employees especially their manager. Tire Kingdom should be ashamed to have these people work for them and represent their brand. A brief backstory and this is probably the third time I’ve had an issue with this particular store. AJ one of the associates just gave me a call again after I told them they would never get my business. I made an appointment with AJ over the telephone to replace a run flat tire. I made the appointment on purpose two days before and lo and behold when I get there at 8 AM there is no appointment for me and neither was there a tire ordered. The manager was so unprofessional and rude. I told him who I spoke to and he made it sound like I was the liar. I had to drive 5 miles to this location for my appointment that I made two days previously on a tire that had 18 psi. Just for him to tell me AJ didn’t make the appointment nor did he order the tire. You can imagine the frustration that I was going through, especially when I told the associate that I start work at 11 AM and I needed this done first thing in the morning and that’s why I was making the appointment two days prior to give them time. This particular manager and I apologize that I don’t remember his name does not deserve to have a job as a manager for Tire Kingdom the way he treats people. Later on in the day around 5 PM the associate AJ calls me and says the tires here do I wanna come back and get the tire put on. He gave a very basic simple apology by saying sorry what happened in the morning and proceeded to ask me to come back and put the tire on. Well my friend after being treated the way I was treated as I told the manager they will never get one penny from me. Just save your time and never go to the store and hopefully Tire Kingdom to realize and either close it or get new employees. Keep in mind this is not the first time at the store so save your money and give it to somebody who will appreciate its customers and their time.

If I could give these people 0 stars I would. I went there to get air in my tires and they told me how my brakes needed changing. This concerned me as my vehicle was 2 years and barely driven. I decided to go to Land Rover for them to check my brakes and they told me my brakes have a lot of life left. I should of remembered this but I forgot and yesterday a nail went into my tire and I went back to the same Tire Kingdom for them to patch it. The guy proceeded to be super rude to me and told me I needed 4 brand new tires because my tires are at 3/32. Because of his way of speaking to me I decided to go to Discount Tires. Which I have to say is the BEST! He showed me PROOF my tires are 5/32 and 4/32 for one tire and he patched my tire for FREE!! don’t waste your time or money being robbed by Tire Kingdom.

Grateful for these guys. I drove up from West Palm Beach and just got in town for work and sure enough I got a flat. I called and the store was minutes from closing. The manager, Milton, said to come in and that they would take care of me! He did just that! Great management and the work was done in record time, but also don’t right!

Very disappointed. I would give zero stars if I could. I called to do a conventional oil change with a promo code for $25. They looked up my car and my account and said no problem, so I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived they said they could NOT offer the conventional oil change promo because my car required synthetic oil per their manuals. They refused to do a conventional oil change for a 13 year old car. Really, I feel they where trying to scam me for an upgrade that wasn’t needed. Oh, by the way. I went to another Tire Kingdom and they performed the conventional oil change. Stay away and try other stores.

My favorite location, Robert Service Manager is always professional, informative and helpful with any issues with my vehicle. This location is amazing and Milton that works the front desk is such a nice Person to deal with and made me feel welcomed and like a person not just a customer. Fantastic customer service. I got my tires replaced at Big O Tires in Colorado and this franchise honors their warranty. I didnt have a receipt and they couldnt find me in the system so they offered to call the store I went to. The store in Colorado quickly provided my information and I got my tire patched for free. Couldnt have asked for more.

I went to a different TK with a flat tire and they “checked it” but my tore was still leaking and i had to fill it with air every other day. I call this location and they said to come and they will fix it. And as a matter of fact they found the issue and fixed it. The staff is real nice and willing to help. Definatly coming back here

In this case i needed 4 tires and the representative recommended 3 tires for me based on my price range. The service was excellent and now i feel safe on the road. Came in to get a tire fixed from a nail, was my first time at this location. Antonio helped me out, and explained the options to me. He was very patient and courteous. The process took about 45 minutes from start to finish, including the other battery/wiper/alignment checks that they do. The experience was much quicker and more affordable than going to the dealership! Thank you, will return if I need future services.

They never serviced my van and charged me $35 for nothing. If I could give them 0, I would. I had an appointment and ended up waiting more than 5 hours for an oil change. When I got home, my tires were not rotated, so I opened the hook and none of the fluids were replenished. I went for the special that was advertised online and ended up paying regular price. And they didnt even put a sticker with the service date. They encourage clients to leave and come back but I noticed that many people stayed. Now I know why. If you leave, they will rip up off. Its a shame. I couldnt get into Walmart because it was closed for the coronavirus. But next time, theyre plenty of other places that will deliver the service you pay for. Again, a shame.

Brand new car with 7,000 miles on it. Got a screw in the tire, asked if they could do a simple patch on it. Suddenly I need 4 NEW TIRES at $350 each bringing the bill to $1,400? Tires are brand new he gives me this whole story of how the threads are not enough and the transmission will be ruined. Come on man, not everyone you deal with was born yesterday.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! IT’S A COMPLETE RIP OFF AND FORGET ABOUT GETTING YOUR CAR FIXED!!!!!!The following review is for people to be aware about this location practices and their procedures to scam and steal people’s money. Our car needed to be aligned, when we dropped it off, Tire Kingdom’s employees said that the cost was going to be $80.00, so we agreed. Next morning, we received a call saying that the problem with the car were the terminals. They said over the phone that the terminals were inverted and in order for them (Tire Kingdom’s employees) to aligned the car, they need it to fix the terminals. The amount rose to $450.00, so we said to them that they could proceed if that will fix the problem. To our surprise, Tire Kingdom’s employees called a third time to us saying that they couldn’t fix the problem and it was something else, at this point we unauthorized them to keep working in the vehicle and let them know that we were coming to pick up the car.When we arrived to the location, the rude manager Milton Perea was the one assisting us, we brought our personal mechanic to check the car. It was obvious at plain sight that the pneumatics were pointing in different directions. When the steering wheel was turned, it needed more turns to the right than to the left, indicating that it wasn’t aligned. When confronting the manager Milton Perea, he began yelling to us, he took the car keys and went inside the store. Mr Milton Perea began extorting us and demanding a payment, (The amount included new tires, that we didn’t requested nor had, new set of battery, that the vehicle didn’t need nor requested, and many other things that were not related to the vehicle service). We refused to the amount since the vehicle was in the same condition as it was when it was dropped off in their location. Mr Milton Perea kept us kidnapped because we wouldn’t agree on paying the charges, he refused to give us our vehicle and kept the keys hidden from us. Other employees tried to intervene, offering to process our payment but since Mr Milton Perea was the manager, he didn’t allow anyone to help us. At that point we decided to call the police, explained that this guy (Milton Perea) was keeping us hostages and didn’t want to released our vehicle and that we needed immediate assistance. Mr Milton Perea moved the vehicle from the parking lot inside the workshop and closed the doors, to avoid that we could take the vehicle and to pressure us to make the payment. The confrontation began at 4:30pm and it was 6:45pm when finally, the police arrived. We got a police report, so we can take actions, the verbal and psychological abuse from the Mr Milton Perea was unnecessary and excessive. He was well aware that the amount was not the right one, since the service was NOT PROVIDED and the problem was not fixed. We ended up paying $420.34, against our will in order for us to be able to take our car back with us.It’s shameful how a company like this has a manager so disrespectful, we have proof of all his verbal abuse and his behavior towards us (customers). It’s truly a real disgrace.

My truck overheated on the way to work last Friday and I was just able to get it to Tire Kingdom. They target women. They insist on inspecting your car everytime, then try to upsell you services you may or may not need. Beware! In addition, they do not honor Caradvise prices. They make you sign for a higher amount to get your car back. Im waiting to see if they get additional money from me due to the signature.

Get the tire warranty you wont be disappointed trust me I went through 2 low profile tires and it was 15 dollars for a new tire it is worth the extra money

Took the wife’s truck up there due to a airbag light on they somehow broke the driver side seat belt when I called up there to ask them when I could bring it up there to be fixed they said they were very busy not sure when they can get to it what I wanted to hear was I am very sorry Sir we don’t want your wife driving with a broken seatbelt for safety issues get it up here we will fix it as soon as possible As it is she drove to work this morning with no seatbelt They told me I could drop it off as well so because of their mistake I now have to drive all the way back up to my wife’s work drive the car there get a ride back to my wife’s work to get my truck drive home then repeat

Best experience I’ve ever had the general manager Daniel is such an outstanding person very friendly very helpful and always wants to go the extra mile for his customers I brought my 2013 BMW 328i for new tires and an alignment The prices were outstanding I was also driving a few months back and I hit a pothole by accident seeing that I already had the warranty for realignment the problem was not from the alignment bi from the tire rod itself my car was there for about a week Daniel was looking for that part to replace Entire time Keep me up-to-date on the vehicle when my car was finished he called me and informed me also worked out a great deal with me I definitely recommend this place and I definitely recommend Daniel and his staff for doing such an outstanding job I can’t see myself buying tires from anywhere else or doing business with anybody else but would tire Kingdom and Dave the general manager thank you Daniel for doing such a great job I cannot stop complementing you enough If I can give you 10 star I would you definitely deserve it

Went to this location twice. The 1st time Nelson told me that he would have me out of there in 45-minutes to an hour tops. He wrote an hour-and-15-minutes just to be safe. I was there for almost three hours. I was told that they took on more than they could handle. This was okay. I understand things happen.I returned a week later. The alignment seemed off and I felt I had an issue with my tire. I tell Nelson I want the front tires inspected, replaced if needed, and an alignment. He tells me they can have everything done. The manager comes in seconds later, and tells me that theyre working on a Mercedes, and that he promised the owner he would have it done that evening. I left my car hoping that they would at least be able to inspect the tire. I call the location 10 minutes before closing to check the status. Mind you Nelson told me they would have everything done. He tells me they didnt get to even check the tire, and that they would keep it over night to check it first thing in the morning (without consulting with me), even though, I needed my car to get to work the next morning. I got there and picked up my car before close.I got the 3-year alignment package, but will seek another location. Great customer service. The 1st time the manager gave me $10 off, and Nelson is a friendly guy. The second time Nelson offered 50% my next oil change, but I change my own oil, and I dont want discounts I just want the job done. I hate yes men that simply say yes to get your business, but fail to provide results. Even though, this location is the closest to my home. I will never visit or recommend it to anyone.

You know I rarely ever write reviews about any place I visit, but I had to in this case. I bought 4 new tires from Tire Rack and had them installed here and the experience here was fantastic. The Manager Daniel was there and gave me a great deal on an install, alignment, and rotation package that saved me some money. The job was done well and the vehicles is driving fantastic, I had forgot to remind them to let me keep one of the rear tires that were changed since it was like new as it was a tire that was replaced under warranty. When I called and asked them about the tire they told me I could go back and pick it up at any time. When I went back to get the tire, they went right away and got it for me, overall the install was very well done and the service was fantastic, I will always come here to get my tires installed.

Great service and knowledgeable staff and mechanics. Happy to give repeat business. People need to understand that if u are quoted a price like 109.99 on rear brakes and then they call back and say it would cost 330.99 or whatever thats because the mechanic probably found something else thats broken or needs to be repaired. You cant be so stupid to think the price is going to raise like that for no reason. Ya obviously Im an employee cause I use common sense.

Had a fantastic experience at Tire Kingdom after discovering that I needed to replace my tires. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and not once were they condescending (definitely recommend working with Nino!). Will be going back in the future.

Picked up a screw in my tire while on vacation in Orlando 4 hours from home, after driving to 3 other tire places where I was told “sorry we can’t fix it today” or “it’s a 4.5 hour wait” I was frustrated and discouraged. My friend and I continued googling places to get the tire fixed and came across this tire kingdom #130. We walked in the door and told Stephen our situation, he immediately grabbed one of his service techs, Tyler and came out to assess my tire. Both Stephen and Tyler were amazing and had us back on the road in 20 minutes! These guys are the best! I’m forever grateful for their professionalism and fast service!

I live in Atlanta and had the oil changed at a NTB store there (East Cobb). After checking my oil a month later I found that it was a quart or so low. As we were in Orlando at the time, we drove to Tire Kingdom and they checked everything out, made sure there were no leaks and topped up the oil, no charge. The NTB did not do a great job but the manager at Tire Kingdom (Orange Blossom Trail) was fantastic!

Of course on our trip home we got a flat tire. We pulled in and it only took a half hour to get a new tire for the trip home.

Don’t know about management, but one of mechanics totally destroyed my 2015 hyundai genesis electronic, when we asked what happened, nobody says nothing until one of the customers told me how they drop vehicle from lift. Charged $1500 for nothing!

I am completely unsatisfied. my opening sales associate priced three options of a set of tires for me which was nice, but he failed to add the alignment to the quote. in addition, he stated that it would only take two hours to complete, and it actually took 3 and a half. after returning to the store to pick it up, the opening associate stated that it’ll take about another 20 mins and then the closing associate stated it will be done before closing. but it was another hour and a half, and then it was also nice that the mechanics stayed after 30 min of closing to complete my alignment. as a customer, i selected the best, most expensive quote, agreed to additional alignment. and since there was a sales deal, they did not honor military discount on top of the tire discount, which is all fine. i am disgruntled at the fact that the tires did not last for 12 hours, the very next morning, there was a flat on my brand new continental front passenger tire.

Outrageous prices and they will not do what customers ask. Waste of time! go anywhere else and save your money and time.

I had a very unpleasant experience because although I had been waiting for a long time the employees did not attend me according to my turn. After more than an hour of waiting and seeing that they were not being professional with me I left because I got tired of it.

Waited 4 hours just for a oil change.... what was the point of making an appointment? lol never coming here again that’s for sure

1 star is actually too much. I went for oil change and they didnt close the cap. I need to tow the car next day and add the oil again. Called at the store, they told me to refund money. When I went there, THE RUDE guy said he cant return money. I have to drive 40 miles again to get the money back.Very bad customer service. Not even apologized for what happened.

Very bad experience! I called ahead and was informed that the service would take an average of 45 minutes but I had to wait a total of three and a half hours! I am OK with waiting as long as you tell me its gonna take long but dont lie to me to earn my business. At the end I cancelled the one year unlimited rotation and balancing plan I had agree upon. I do not wanna go back to that place.
