Getting a good nights rest is extremely important to me & I felt very confident by the end of the purchase that I was getting the best mattress/pillows to ensure that.

I had a wonderful experience with Jess recently. I tried to order a mattress online but all the delivery times were at the end of the month. I entered the chat area and Jess was able to get me a mattress brand I wanted as well as delivery in 3 days! I just moved to Orlando and no one was delivering until late in the month. So here I have a bed with no mattress!!!!! Jess was a God send. Now I will sleep well before I return to work the following Monday.

The item I needed was not in stock at the location when I visited. Jessica recognized that it was urgent and quickly offered several options to have it transferred to the store the next day and also finding each store that had it in stock. She called around and I was able to pickup at another location the same day. Yes it was last minute and yes it was approaching closing time (I hate being THAT customer) but she ensured that my experience was stellar.

This place has it all .. if you need an actual good bed go here .. the prices are higher then a depot or anything of the sort but you get what you pay for hands down .. + the staff here (in particular JESSICA E. KNOWLES) are beyond helpful .. they make sure you know what they are doing to help you figure out what suits your sleep needs .. Ive bought several beds over the years and Ive never been so confident in my purchase and educated on my sleep preferences ..

Very helpful employees to show the different kinds of mattresses. It is obvious that they work on commission. Although they offer free delivery, they will try to slip in extra setup charges. If using their 120 day trial period, they will add charges like restocking fee and new setup fees. They may not credit you for tax paid on the previous order. As long as you keep your eyes open, fair to deal with them. The delivery guys were exceptional and well earned a hefty tip for their help.

Thought I did already! Had called previously and explained about scoliosis and lot of arthritis, young lady suggested Memory Foam Bed in a Bag (box). Went to the store this morning. Clean, nice set up, warm friendly Associate. Tried a couple, great mattresses but still hurt my curvature. One suggested was perfect and purchased it. When you turn over in your sleep and pain wakes you up, need a mattress that doesnt hurt. Delivery tomorrow and really looking forward to almost pain free sleep. My girlfriend and I went in to look for a potential mattress for myself for our new apartment. Guillermo greeted us and asked if we have been there before. We haven’t and he explained to us that all the beds were sanitized and allowed us to lay down on different mattresses. He was very friendly and was very knowledgeable on how the mattresses were made and described each firmness of the beds. We tried several beds and different options for my needs. We decided on a bed and frame. Guillermo went above and beyond my expectations. His friendly attitude made it enjoyable to find a mattress that I needed.

We had a great experience with our mattress purchase. We ordered a tempurpedic mattress, when it was delivered the guys made some damage to my brand new bed. I immediately reported it and the company was very understanding and reimbursed some money for the damages. You can tell they really strive for world class customer service.
