My family members and I have bought over four beds at this establishment. I’m always offered great customer service and given the best prices. I appreciate their delivery and haul away policy, which is now somewhat non-existent during the pandemic. That, however, is one of the main selling points and why I buy beds or recommend that my friends and other family members buy beds nowhere else. I also never leave Mattress Firm without a gift! 😉 I wish for your organization continued success!

We recently purchased two mattresses and adjustable bed frames at the Orlando West Colonial Drive MattressFirm store. The sales representative, Evan Johnson, was extremely helpful which made the selection experience very easy. Evan’s product knowledge and no-pressure sales advise assured we received the right mattress for the best price!

Anthony is an amazing human! He was very patient with us while we made the best decision on our new mattress and base. We were so happy he didn’t pressure us just to make a sale. He listened to our needs and wants and put together a pkg that worked for our budget as well. 10/10 we will go to him for all of our future purchases!

Anthony our Sleep Expert is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He had us try different firmness and materials and made suggestions without ever being pushy or trying to upsell. I have not slept on my new mattress yet. It is being delivered tomorrow, but the buying experience was very pleasant.

Evan was SO easy to work with, and he actually made mattress shopping FUN! Zero pressure and we never felt like we were being given a sales pitch or being rushed. In the end, we purchased a king size mattress that meets both my AND my husbands (very different) sleeping preferences.When we fell in love with a mattress WAY above our price range, he went above and beyond to find us something as close as possible at a price we are VERY happy with. Going online to order a mattress and i had no clue what i was doing. I needed to place an order out of state due to moving and was unsure how to get it delivered on time and to my new address. I used their texting feature and within minutes i was contacted and then called about my order. David was of GREAT help and quickly found a mattress set for me in my price range. After being stabbed in the hind end by a wayward spring I decided it was time for a new mattress. Thanks to google maps I was able to find a store nearby called MattressFirm. In the store Xavier was very helpful in finding just what I wanted. I opted for the gold service at an extra fee to have the old mattress and springs removed and carted away in the same truck in which the new one arrived. Most impressive was the web site tracking system and an automated phone calls informing me of the date and time, within a two hour window, of when delivery would be made. On the day it arrived I got another call saying it would be delivered in 10 minutes. The crew was very polite and arrived on time right in the center of the expected window. Pandemic precautions were in place including sterile foot wear. Everything went as planned with no surprises. Very pleased

We went in for a new bed and frame. Chad provided excellent customer service. He listened to what we wanted and gave us suggestions mostly within our price range. The store has a large variety of different brands, mattresses, frames and toppers without being too overwhelming. The delivery dates were shorter (2-3 business days) than other stores we visited, which is what we needed. The store is clean and has hand sanitizer and masks available for customers. We were very happy with our shopping experience here today!

I worked with Jimmy and James and they were honestly the most helpful sales reps I’ve ever worked with at any furniture store. They worked with our budget helping us to find the right mattress and base for our needs and price point. They explained everything so thoroughly and I have never felt like I got as good of a deal on any furniture store. I’m very impressed and will recommend them to anyone looking for a mattress. We did a lot of looking and landed at the Mattress Firm in Ocoee because they offered the best deal for the quality.

Bought a new mattress on Friday and they said they would deliver it on Saturday. We live right next to them in the apartment complex to the west. They delivered a used damaged mattress and I did not accept it. This was after waiting from 8am-12pm. I immediately went and described what happened and that we needed it asap for our daughter. They verified we brought a new one and said they couldnt deliver it on Saturday. They assured us that the could schedule another delivery for Sunday feom 6pm-9pm. I waited here from 530pm-9pm. No one showed up or even tried calling me.We bought a mattress from them a couple years ago and had the same issue except they kept delivering damaged mattresses and we would not accept them. It took them four times before we got an undamaged mattress. I will not be buying from this mattress retailer every again. Worst experience Ive had buying mattresses...

We came into Mattress Firm not sure of what we wanted and Gio helped us tremendously. He was friendly and knowledgeable unlike the sales person in the other mattress store that we went to.
