They great people to come to. The one who own the shop Sailco is very straight forward with telling you just whats wrong with your car or truck. And the mechanic Jose is very knowledge of his work as well. The other mechanic I dont know about him havent known him of his work. Only mention them because I have deal them before. Im a very satisfied customers. Will always returned to them.

Had to take a friend to get his electrical seat wasnt working the guys took care of him and it wasnt too pricey

After they already redeemed our Groupon they claimed they were out of convential oil, but when we first got there they asked us if we wanted conventional oil. So why ask if you dont have it. They just wanted to get more money out of us once they found out we had a Groupon. Then when we got back in truck there was oil all over seat and steering wheel. Only good thing I have to say is they were fast.

Honest prices and good work

The owner of this business has ZERO to NONE customer service. I’m shocked that this business has a four star review, I highly doubt these are genuine customer reviews. I went in for an oil change and the owner came off rude, unpleasant and not very easy to talk with. I left the business after few minutes of discussion with the owner and his assistant. They were both unwelcoming. Do not take your vehicle here if you really care about your car. Their dealings are suspicious and shady. On top of this, this auto shop is located in a bad area of town.

Not a lot of people know that most oil change coupons that are purchased within the Groupon app must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance before you actually plan to get it done. I learned the hard way so since this was my first time purchasing a groupon with this auto shop, I called before purchasing. The man who answered was polite and kindly explained that I would indeed need to call a whole day before. So I made my appointment for the next day and purchased Groupon. I usually still have to wait in other places with an appointment or not but these guys were ready for me. Took my car right away. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Great service. Would highly recommend!

I bought a Groupon for the oil change and I called to schedule an appointment. But when I called, I was unfortunately stuck talking to a man with the worst attitude and customer service named Vinny. He works at the Orlando location. I asked what times they would be available today and the first spot he offered was for the only time I would not be available and I expressed that 3:00 would not work for me. He starts to tell me that I should have just told him when I wanted to come and not to ask him for a time if I wasnt going to be available and that not everything is about me. Excuse me you are a service, I paid for this service, and you give me a hard time for scheduling this service? Im still searching for the upper management but save your money your time and your temper. Never go here.

The mechanics here are very professionals, very effective, very efficient on getting the job done quickly with competitive and reasonable pricing on the work that need to be done. Highly recommended!

I purchased the Groupon a day before I wanted to redeem the oil change. I drove to the location listed online because I’m new to Orlando and need a regular mechanic, just to get familiar with the area. I introduced myself the owner has horrible customer service, he said his name is owner then told me his name is Antonio. I asked him how long is the wait he said because I didn’t call ahead he doesn’t know. I remained calm and asked him how many cars are about to be serviced. His response was 3 & to come back in 1 hour and 30 minutes. He’s very hostile & doesn’t know anything about running a successful business in America. I’m not sure where he’s from but he has no clue how to speak or understand English well & because of that I think that’s where his attitude & horrible customer service comes from. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. This is obviously a bottom barrel location, owned by someone who has no clue what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS and needs to be relocated to a trash can.

I purchased a Groupon for a conventional oil change 18 bucks!! Great deal, however the Groupon specifically states that YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I literally just called 5 times to confirm that they were open on Saturdays. Not only did whoever answer the phone hang up on me each time. Per the message that was played back to me they ACTUALLY BLOCKED MY PHONE. Groupon has great deals but save your money!!! Coupon or not I am a paying customer that paid for a service that I cant receive nor get a refund. Thank you Royal Auto for the Royal Disrespect youve shown me!!!

After repeated visits to one of the stores of a national car repair chain, the guys at this humble repair store finally diagnosed the problem that caused repeated tire wear. It was a worn out lower ball joint. Fixable for only 75$

This is the worst place you can ever visit if your car needs service!! The mechanics dont have clue what they are doing.I got the wrong part fixed in my car which caused my car to break in the middle of the road and not being able to get to work and finally ended up by having to pay twice for the same thing because they refused to give me refund for the mistake they have done. So rude and lack of professionalism. Save your time and your money from such hassle and go to reliable place.

Service was great however they are in a bad location and have absolutely no parking! One of the guys told me to park as close to their garage or else the gas station would tow my car.
