I have known the owners and mechanics at Phamily Auto over 20 years. As a former prosecutor and practicing lawyer in Central Florida, I trust no one else to work on my vehicles when they have serious mechanical or electrical issues. When we first met, I was a bartender and Dui, the operator of Phamily Auto Repair was a mobile mechanic. After trying to save money with a neighbor who claimed he could fix my Honda Accords transmission issues, I just ended up with more problems than I started with and less money. Thats when my other neighbors friend gave me Duis number. At the time, hed just left Nissan and was a mobile mechanic. So I called him. He came over within 24 hours and had the cars manual transmission operating in what felt like minutes and only asked for fair and just compensation for the work that needed to be done, and the time it took him to do it. Since then, Dui and his brother Quan have fixed countless mechanical and electrical issues on countless vehicles for me, my wife, our friends, and our family. Each and every time, its the same amazing experience. An experience in which we feel were getting such amazing service, our mechanical and/or electrical issues are actually fixed, and we should be paying more for what we got in return. In close, anyone who left less than a 5 star review for this business is either 1) a competitor; or 2) a hater. Fact.

These guys are great! They give you options and will use quality parts to fix your vehicle. They have fixed another shops poor work on my wifes SUV and they did a great job doing a timing belt service on my SUV and gave both our vehicles back to in better shape before it went to them. They provide car dealer service and care at very reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Khanh was prompt to get our car in, which was in need of a new air conditioning compressor. Within a day we got the car back cooling like Calgary in the middle of Winter. Very pleased, thanks guys!

This place is super awesome. My parents recommended me to come to this place and I am glad I went.They do great work, are honest and nice people. And it is hard to beat their prices. I had an HID ballast malfunction and I thought it was the bulb so I tried to change it out myself. turns out I broke the clips that held the bulb in place and a replacement light housing from Nissan/Infinity would have been $1,500. Duy was able to get creative and did his magic to secure the bulb in place again and was able to change out my broken ballast.I just recently got my car serviced by them in anticipation of a cross country move and I wanted my car to be taken care of by capable hands. I am going to miss taking my car into their shop whenever something goes wrong. Best place I have ever been to to get my vehicle fixed.John

I have been taking my vehicle to Phamily Auto Repair for the past 2 years almost for general maintenance and miscellaneous repairs here and there and when I tell you, they are honest, professional and quick - I refer everyone to them. The guys here do an awesome job. They are fast, efficient, affordable and professional. The only regrets I have...., is not knowing about this shop much sooner. I would have saved thousands paid out to other mechanics. Khan & Duy are mechanics for as long as I live in the Central Florida area now! I refer people to this shop all the time!

Professional, excellent, and fast service with a great price! Very nice phamily own repair shop, will even let you watch them service your car if you want and answer any questions you might have. I went in to have oil pan gasket replaced and was out in an hour ; even cleaned and inspected the whole bottom of car. In conclusion i will be going there when ever i need stuff done or just to visit !

Called Thursday to discuss a truck with windshield wipers that were not working properly. They said they were busy but to bring it in when they opened the next day. Went in Friday morning and an hour and fifteen minutes later my wipers were working. They explained what was wrong and were extremely reasonable with what they charged. Next time I need work done on one of our cars or trucks I am going back to Phamily. Great guys. They even offered to start a movie for me on a tv while I waited in their waiting room/office.

I have been lucky enough to meet Khanh and Duy Pham from Phamily Auto, they are the most trustworthy mechanics I have ever met! They are extremely reasonable with the cost of the repair, they didn’t blindside me with “extra” repairs. They are nice enough to explain and show you the issue with your vehicle. I have had to pull in unexpectedly and they have been kind enough to diagnose the issue and order the part immediately. Although I had to wait it was only as long as it took for the part to arrive. I didn’t mind Since it would be fixed correctly and I was watching Netflix in the air conditioned office/waiting room. They even have water for you while you wait. If you ever need work done on a car or someone to look over a car you plan on buying this is the only place I would take it to, because the will be completely honest with you!! Highly recommend this shop!

Duy is one of very few automotive technicians I can really trust, and he knows his stuff! Very experienced and knowledgable, and overall, honest. He did a lot of work on my older Honda Del Sol. I wholeheartedly recommend!

They are not very professional my suggestion dont ever work for them that was my mistake. I seen first hand how they treat their workers by talking in another language about them. I know because I worked there. Trying to get me to work for free or under minimum wage to me was the greatest insult like i wasnt born here in the USA. Im going to file a complaint with the BBB and The Labor Dept. Im writing this review so no one falls in their trap. One of the owners admitted to me no one really works out here working with us. Now we see why !!! I would never recommend no one here even if my car broke down in front of their shop I would have it towed somewhere else. They probably had people who are related to them or friends to write good reviews. I dont respect no one who owns their own business but treat their employees like crap. Sorry they dont deserve business from anyone that I know.
