Was recommended this office by State Farm Claims, took my daughters Jeep there after a minor fender bender. Work is outstanding office staff are very professional and helpful. After an issue with parts suppliers and parts due to the pandemic caused a 2 day delay in picking up, they made it right took care of us and made sure we could get around. Body Gaps are perfect and paint looks perfect. So nice to find a professional body shop like this when you need it..
Someone backing out of their driveway back into my car and caused some damage. Their insurance company told me to take it to Gerber Collision and Glass for an estimate and repairs. the day of my appointment, which I was only there to get an estimate, but was told that I could leave my car and have it worked on that day. I got my car back 2 days earlier than expected and they did a phenomenal job on my car and the car was washed and vacuumed leaving it spotless.From the moment I arrived everyone was very helpful very friendly and very quickly to process my claim. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone without hesitation.Thank you so much for doing such a great work on my car.

My car was hit by a motorcycle while parked in a parking lot, which left my car dented, scratched, and with broken glass. Gerber took a little over 2 weeks to repair including an additional day or two after having to bring the car back when it was not done completely the first time.One of the managers we spoke with did not seem very willing to fix the dents left from the accident, but Tiffany was very helpful and so kind in correcting the situation, I am so grateful for her, and happy to have my car fixed!

I took my car to get the front bumper repainted about 1 year ago due to a bad cover up job from the previous owner. This shop charged me $800 for a complete sand down of the old paint and a respray. Well just this past week, a section of the paint flaked off in two locations and the old paint is still underneath, which means they left the bad paint underneath and just sprayed a new coating right over it. Now it is beginning to unbond and flake off. They also never removed the bumper from the car. It was taped off and sprayed still mounted to the vehicle, as I can see tape marks around the edges. I expect more professionalism from a well known business like this.They lied about their work and charged me for something they didnt even do.
Never finished the job. Had to go back a couple of times because they missed something. Before I went there my cruise control worked, when I got it back it no longer worked. They then tried to blame it on a rear end collision that happened 3 years ago. All I know it worked before I went and now it doesn’t. To me that’s not a finished job. Just admit you where wrong and fix it.

Denise is an absolute angel. The service was exceptional. Very thorough, detail oriented, personalized, and genuine. The level of professionalism was top notch. Kept me informed every step of the way. As if my own experience was not good enough, I witnessed her and Keith taking care of patients ‘behind the scenes’ with genuine concern and care. They ensured one customer who called prior had a rental upon arrival (this took considerable follow-up), they both continued to check on the status of vehicles and update customers-all while super busy and always with a smile. They each independently walked out with me to the car after completion to ensure it was to my satisfaction. The general manager was equally kind and attentive. The service I received goes above and beyond what I’d ever expect from a collision center where business is usually funneled through insurance agencies and not necessarily dependent upon customer selection perhaps but I would choose them time and again. I HIGHLY recommend.
I high recommend this company! I had never had my car repaired by anyone before so I was very nervous going into everything but every single person I talked to or helped me was exceptionally kind and informative. They kept me up to date when courtesy phone calls about what exactly was going on with my car and about the time frame. The scariest experience turned out to be an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, to the quick check-in and inspection, to the friendly staff (TIFFANY!!!) and check-out... it was all way easier than I expected. And way less scary. I thought my brand new car was ruined forever, but this shop worked their magic and lived up to their 10/10 reputation. I highly recommend this company and this location specifically. All of the women that run the place are very polite and helpful. Definitely feel like the estimate they ran was way higher than it should have been and my car was deemed totaled by the insurance company.
They did great exterior body work on my car but did not complete the interior. I was asked to bring my vehicle back for an interior part but it has been a month and the insurance has paid and I have called but still they say the part has not come in. They originally said the part only took a couple of days. My vehicle is only 5 years old so no classic parts are needed. When they have your vehicle they are hyper vigilant about contacting customers but there seems to be a lack once your vehicle is off their lot and the have your money but the job is not done.
This shop had my car for 3 months. Total repair time ended up taking 3 hours. Every time I called to ask about my car, I was put on hold and every single time without fail, the person who knew what was going on with it was either OUT TO LUNCH or BUSY. Understandable the first 3 times, sure; however they always promised to call me back and they took down my number every single time, but NEVER and I mean NEVER called to update me on my car. The only time they would call is when they wanted me to make a payment on something they hadnt even explained yet. It seems like no one worked on my car because no one seemed to know what was going on with it. I also paid for a brand new L knee assy and it turned out to be used on the estimate! Then they told me they refunded me a portion of the money; not because they used a different part, but because they didnt align my car? Even though the estimate said they did? On top of that, the money they returned was nearly the exact amount I paid extra for the brand new part they promised me. To top all of this off, after the insurance stuff was settled that was delaying my repair and I actually went in to pay, it still took them two weeks to repair my car after TAKING MY MONEY TO DO IT. I paid them 12/09/2015 and got my car back 12/22/2015 a literal 2 weeks later, mind you the repair on the official estimate stated the work took 3 hours flat. The only reason I went in and paid them AT ALL was because they said the NEW part I ordered came in and that work would begin IMMEDIATELY AFTER PAYMENT. And believe me, its not like I didnt call to see what was going on after I paid too. I called every other day and one day they actually had the audacity to tell me they were still waiting on parts to come in; to be specific - that some of the parts that came in were BAD when they were coming straight from the dealership BRAND NEW. The best part is when I actually picked up my car and I asked if it was SAFE TO DRIVE; a very simple and straightforward question, I was actually hit with explanations and an uncomfortable demeanor that refused to give me a YES or NO. Shows how confident they are in their own work. I went right next door to pump some gas afterward and actually found cobwebs on the body of my car, implying it hadnt been touched for so long that spiders decided itd be nice to inhabit.
Horrible experience. Car left outside for days and ended up being broken into while outside. Then management gave out personal information to my insurance company that had nothing to do with the car. No call ever regarding the status of my car while there for a month. Management does not do anything to help the customer. Better off going to a real dealership collision center that has some sort of protocol in place to get your car in and out asap.

Gerber did an outstanding job repairing the collision damage to my 2015 Chevy Traverse. It looks as good as new, the fixed it quickly, and the staff was courteous and friendly. The made everything simple and easy from start to finish. I give them my highest recommendation, they are a great company to work with.

I used this location through Geico Repair Xpress and from the moment I got out of the car I received EXCELLENT service. I was immediately greeted by the adjuster and several others and they began doing what they do. They were very informative on the steps that are going to be taken from drop off to pick up. They have an enterprise on site so I was able to get in to a rental right away. They keep you updated on the status of your vehicle with a daily text message and phone calls on Tuesdays and Thursday’s. I was shocked to have my car back in 4 days despite the fact it is the week of New Years. My car was as good as new and they even washed it inside and out upon my return. Definitely glad I chose this location. THANK YOU!
Update: The shop contacted me and set me up to bring car in to have it checked over for a few days. Got a rental in the mean time, which the guys over there a really nice also. Everything is good now. Thank you for looking out and taking care of your customers..Took my car here per my Geico claim for a accident on my driver door, it was fixed within a fast time, but now Im hearing a wind noise going over 30mph and I took it back and they had it for 2 days and I still hear it. I dont know if they really drove it after because if you did, you cant miss it. Nice staff and the process was quick, but I dont know what to do now.
I absolutely loved this place. I had a nightmare with my insurance company but once my car got here everything went so quickly after my accident they were so policy and kept me updated constantly, if I ever get into another accident Ill be taking my car here they returned my car to me with more gas then it came in with cleaned beautifully and fixed to perfection amazing place! They went above and beyond being just a car repair place.

AWFUL PLACE TO EVER TAKE YOUR CAR!!! Came here as a result from a Geico claim due to a front end collision. 2 years later, my car is giving me major issues. Took it to another mechanic shop and they told me my issues are from a front end collision. Obviously they didnt fix it and only made my car look pretty on the outside. Theyre not following up with the guaranteed warranty that they presented me with. When you call them they leave you in an awkward silence and you have to say hello in order for them to response. Once you speak to them they just randomly hang up on you without a good bye or have a great day. What awful customer service!! DO NOT take your car here if you want issues later in the future. Wish I could give this a 0 rating.

This is probably the 4th time I visit this location, am happy with the quality of work they do, as well as the staff. Dulce was polite and courteous from the moment I arrived at Gerber, she kept me informed and explain all repairs aspects. This ocassion was easy fix, am very happy with the results.
After being rear ended, I was shocked with how difficult the other guys insurance was being. Thomas, helped me so much by staying in touch with them and the car rental company. He assured me hed take care of everything and he did!2 weeks later, after getting a brand new car, I was rear ended again!! (come on people, PUT YOUR PHONES DOWN!) This time, I mostly dealt with Alan, who is nice, professional and very communicative. The repairs were done quickly and my car looks great.
If I could give less then 1 star I would. This location has failed to fix my Vehicle 4 times. First time we got a text the vehicle was ready for pickup but told when we arrived a sensor in the bumper was broke. Second time my wife picked up the truck and when I got home I didn’t even have to get out of my truck to see it wasn’t fixed. The whole right side of the bumper was loose. Returned the vehicle the next day and called Gerber Corporate. The shop and Corporate reasurred me that the Production Manager and General Manger would check it before I was told it was fixed. I showed up on Saturday to pick it up and there was blue paint (my truck is black) all over the back, bolts missing and the bumper was still loose. The employee that was pulling out my vehicle saw the blue spots and tried to scrap it off with his finger nails. The employee working inside tried calling the General Manger (Thomas) but he didn’t answer. When I went to the shop again on Monday (Thomas was an hour late showing up) I asked the GM a few questions.1) Did he inspect my vehicle personally?Response- Yes and I didn’t find anything wrong2) Did you get a call from your employee about this being the 4th time and the vehicle was not fixed right?Response- Yes but my weekends are for me and my family, so I didn’t answer the call.I guess the Customer’s time driving back and forth, fuel and time with their family is not important. Don’t waste your time and money with this location or Gerber. The quality of work sucks and so does the customer service.You would be better off fixing it yourself.

Omg! This place was suppose to put a new logo on my car, I got it back with dents in the door and my antenna missing. Even though they have pictures that show my car is in completely different condition then before I dropped it off to them, they still dont care and wont do anything about it. So now my Mercedes has two dents in the driver door and no antenna. Save the trouble NEVER go here!
Because I had gone in there with Allstate Insurance in the end of February they repaired the vehicle and it had problems same parts and they did everything for free with a month ago so yes Im very happy with them
Had front end damaged bumper, minor bent hood also passenger side fender.Did a good job visually... But mechanically no care in the world. I brought the car back a few days later in told them it felt funny. I asked what did they do mechanically he said they lifted it in saw nothing wrong. Took my car to three shops all found my driver strut was leaking. State farm didnt even respond when called over in over to try to get them to take care of the repairs. Had to come out of pocket for the struts and alignment. Months later had to replace my front tires almost $1800 bill. Although they charged $7240.76 for WHAT?

Worked with GEICO as a preferred repair facility. Had a simple replacement of a powered mirror. Work was done very quickly when part arrived. Front desk personnel both from Gerber, GEICO and Enterprise are very attentive.Place is right off main Street but in a tight location between gas station and storage place, not much room to park or move around. Very busy so Im assuming business is good.No real complaints on workmanship since it was a simple job. Only issue was on communication with parts location and follow-up with customer.Not sure if this would fall on GEICO or GERBER but I bypassed not getting the car rental saving GEICO four days waiting for the part to get in touch with me and I had to be the one to call in. It wasnt until I requested to get cashed out until I received the replacement part replacement update.
The worst experience this repair shop has provided. They had every excuse for delays and workmanship. Gerber corporate and Geico should be disappointed in the level of service they provide to their customers. The staff for the most part were friendly and understanding of my frustrations. These folks are the professionals in this industry but fell short on delivering promises and had to repaint repairs a number of times. When getting me a rental for the second time I had to wait almost 4 hours. Due to their process not being streamlined, making the staff incapable of doing their jobs on the local level run smoothly. I will not recommend friends,family, or colleagues for any type of body shop repairs.

Repair went good until I picked up my vehicle. I noted with my repair manager that there was a gouge that wasnt there on my side flare. He checked the preliminary pictures and agreed, they said they would order a new part and get right back to me in a day or two. I called a week later and found that my repair manager had been relocated and they would look into my request. A week later I called again and a new repair manager said he would look right into it. A week after that I spoke to the shop manager who said he had the part, would get it painted, speak to his staff about not communicating well and call me the next day to setup an appointment to get it installed. No call... no nothing. Wouldnt reccommend to go there, if something goes wrong theres no responsibility taken.

My insurance company geicko sent me here because i had a fender accident ...other places asked 600$ to fix it but they fixed it like new and thanks to geicko working with them i paid 0$ to fix it....i definitley recommend this place
