First time there and they got me in immediately and my service representative (Vanessa) was amazing!!!!! I had a decent amount of maintenance to be completed and she was able to take care of everything and get me out of there before rush hour. Super impressed and grateful.

After several unsuccessful attempts to speak with a service advisor on the phone I was finally able to schedule service once I reached out to the new service manager via email. Josh was very apologetic and made scheduling the software update on my Taycan a priority. He provided valet service where a loaner was dropped off at my home when my car was picked up saving me a trip to the dealership. Everything was completed on time and to my satisfaction. I had a positive experience overall and would definitely return to Porsche South Orlando for service when needed.

After considering a Panamera 4S 2022 I was told that won’t be able to get till possibly March of 22 that was way to long for us because we only had one car and a second car was necessary. So I went back to the dealer and Andreas showes me this 2021 Panamera GTS and fell in love with it.Went back a day later and all though Andreas was not available he handed me off to Gino,Gino was a great help every single step of the way,both sales men were EXCELLENT much appreciated to them both!!

I purchased a preowned BMW Z4 from this dealership. I worked with Joshua Velazques whom I really enjoyed working with. Although I was not buying a brand new Porche, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Josh was not only very professional, but was also transparent and helpful with his knowledge. Prior to and after the purchase of the vehicle, I was able to reach Josh pretty much immediately, and showed that he really cared for his clients. I felt very comfortable working with Josh and not a moment was he pushy like many other salesmen.For the financing and contract, I worked with Santiago Morales who I also enjoyed working with. He was patient with me reading and checking the contract, and asking many questions. One of the best experiences with a service department at a dealership. My car needed some warranty work done so I called and scheduled an appointment on Monday to drop it off Wednesday.As soon as I arrived I was greeted, and started the process for a loaner vehicle. Jim my service advisor took down some notes on the issues the vehicle was having. Jim explained to me what the potential outcome could be and handed me the keys to the loaner.The next day I received a text that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I dropped off the loaner and signed a few pieces of paper while Jim explained to me everything that they had done and that his original diagnosis was correct. From start to finish on drop off and pick up I think I might have been in the dealership for a total of 20 mins and understood exactly what happened with my car, how it was fixed, and some maintenance tips for the coming months.This is how service in the automotive should be. Make sure you work with Jim for flawless service.

My experience here was fantastic. It was very fast, very smooth and simple. On Sunday, I browsed through the website and I requested a test drive for the car that I was interested in. Now today on Tuesday, I own my first Porsche. I would like to thank Nicki Zich, she is amazing and was very helpful with the process.

When I needed this dealership to manage simple tasks on my behalf they wilted! I intended to give zero stars, but thats not an option.Pre-sale / sale experience was very good. Everything that came after - terrible!I live in NJ, and I depended on this dealership to 1) manage the process of getting NJ registration for my car; and 2) keeping me current with temporary plates so that I could drive my new car until #1 was completed. Two months after purchase - I still dont have NJ registration and my temporary plate will expire tonight.When I called to get updates on the status of my next temporary plate, my sales rep stopped replying. When I escalated this issue to the general manager, he didnt reply! I had to go through Porsche NA to get the dealership to respond.A chain is no stronger than its weakest link. Similarly, an organization is no better than its ability to perform simple tasks and how or whether it takes responsibility for failing to successfully complete them.

My first visit here left a negative impression, I was looking for Porsche Macan S, the consultant was not friendly, gave me a ridiculous discount and didnt even want to talk anymore for a better deal. So I found a car in Atlanta with a good discount and started the process of preparing the paper work . By chance, drove to the south Porsche again, Jonathan met me, it was immediately obvious that this man liked his job, found a car with all the options that I wanted and gave me an even better offer than in Atlanta. Very disappointed to see a Porsche dealer playing games and doing tricks nowadays.They advertise one price and when you get there you discover there is a $20000 add ons to the price calling it market adjustment.Why not be honest and ask for that price online and let customer decide.What a shame.

Absolutely a pleasant and easy experience. Since the moment I arrived there I worked with Javed Gul. First of all I got my espresso coffee and my water and I provide a detailed information of what I was looking for one of their Porsche and another BMW M2. I drove both cars and Javed provided technical detail of each car, not pressure or bias whatsoever for the Porsche because it is Porsche South Orlando. I got to a point where I want both cars I want the Porsche and I want the BMW. We discuss the price of both up to the point both parties were in agreement. But on the end I was taking only one of them unfortunately. So I told Javed please hold both cars, on the morning, because I will bring my kids to decide after I picked them up from school. But reality was one of the two cars were mine already. I dont leave in Orlando, so I came back home pick up the kids and went back and we ride back to Orlando on UBER it was fun. We got there Javed greet us so well, and the kids were towards the Porsche Macan, but after hear the engine on the BMW M2 they jump out and say M2 Dad. Javed then started to the whole process it did less than 1 hour. On the end of the day was dark he was setting up the car for me and when get to the phone pair I said thanks because now is time to drive home. That was my bad because I received few calls on the way back and I could answer because I had to drive the beast. What I can tell at Porsche of Orlando I was in between a Posrsche and a BMW, and Javed was driving me and listening and my family for what we wanted, we were the customers. Instead to push the Porsche of us. I recommend this dealership to all my friends.

I recently bought a 2014 Cpo Boxster online without actually seeing it from south Orlando Porsche . The process from sales to shipping was seamless and top shelf . My sales professional Nikki is amazing and is always eager and available to answer or help with post sales questions . I Live 1300 miles away from the dealership so it would be very easy for her to stop replying to me and write me off as a onetime customer . Not Nikki she is the opposite she treats me as if I lived next door to the dealership . The car is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier . In the future I will be adding a cayenne to my lineup LOL. I recently moved to Orlando. I owned a 2013 Porsche Carrara S. My life situation had changed(babies). Obviously the sports car was no longer the practical choice even as a second vehicle. I was on a search now for a new SUV or equivalent. Having done my research I was convinced that a Porsche Cayenne would be my best route.I checked and spoke with both Porsche dealerships in the area. The south Orlando dealership not only gave me a much better deal but delivered on all levels. My salesman Brian Cheney was honest and I never felt I trusted a car salesman more then this man. For the record I purchase on average 4 new vehicles a year between personal and my business. I highly recommend this person as well as this dealership. Worst dealership ever, I never go back there. I love their brand but what they did to me is unforgivable. The same thing as shredding money is taking your car for service at this dealership with Porsh South Orlando. the service adviser JIMBOL JARDIM wasted my time and money. Explaining the whole story, I took the car to him so he could check a cooling light, he charged me inspection and accused me that the vacuum pump was damaged. ok I told them to fix it, he said that he had fixed it, I took my car and paid 1200 dollars for the concert. I wasted my time and my money by taking my car to this dealership. the car came back with the same problem and they didnt fix anything. I took my car back to the dealership and told them that it was not fixed, he told me that just had to change the engine oil and everything was fine, he accused that the oil filter was damaged. bad experience with Porsh South orlando, he never answered the phone, I called him several times. always busy. They changed the oil and it didnt fix my problem, a simple light on the dashboard, we accepted everything they asked me until they told me I had to change the cars engine because they said something was wrong, they wanted to charge me the price of another car . we spoke to the manager and the service department manager said he had to do another inspection to see what was wrong with the engine, I took my Porsche on Porsche south orlando and they couldnt find the simple problem. Jim Jardin is the worst attendant ever, I never go back there because of him. He made me spend a lot not to solve anything, *Porsche is a dream car but to do a service in this dealership is for those who want to have nightmares.* Even if there is nothing wrong with the car they will tell you that there is something wrong with your car, this was very unfair to me and my company, I hope you guys learn to have better service. Porsche is a dream car, I really like the brand, that’s why I have one. But I’m never doing service with you guys again. Jim wont make me change my engine, my engine runs perfectly.I spent $1585 in service for nothing.

You guys are the best

The only reason I’m giving a two is because the sales manager apologized for the dismal service and they washed my car so it dazzled. Other than that, worse Porsce experience ever. It was over an hour before they could even start with my flat tire. I didn’t know that each dealer has their own extra insurance for things like tires, that you have an option to buy when you get your car.. Maybe the rep. could’ve explained that instead of repeatedly telling me they took only Porsche Roadside. I couldn’t remember the name of my insurer and kept trying to call the dealer where I bought the car but they didn’t pick up. The service guy sat there glaring at me before turning away from me and dismissing me saying he had another appt. at 1:30. It was 12:45. His clients were there early and if it had been me, I’d walk around the showroom, have coffee and let the rep finish with the distressed 65 year old woman who was shaking because she was afraid the tire would go flat before I got to the dealership which is ten mins. from my house. The service tech that took over said he was “appalled” and that’s a direct quote. I finally called Greenville where I’d had another flat and they got the info for me. Do you think the service guy could’ve helped by making a few calls? Well, he didn’t. In fact, Greenville had given me the type of service you’re grateful for. I was traveling for an event and forgot my clothes in the car. They delivered them to my hotel. I said to the Orlando service manager, maybe I should’ve bought a 911 instead of my lowly $85,000 Boxster but of course he said that was silly and has a Boxster himself. The M and M’s were the only satisfying thing from that day. If it was other maintenance I would’ve left to the other dealership in town but you can’t do that when your tire is down 6 lbs. it’s a 40 min. drive further but despite that I’ll use them next time. I love my car but will consider another sports car when I buy again. I think most Porsche owners buy for the total experience. And this experience was not good.

I don’t normally write reviews unless it is really bad, but WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had dealing with a car dealership. Called about a vehicle they had in stock and was told they would help me finance the vehicle. Filled out my credit information sent it in and they never called back. Every time I called them to speak to George the salesman I spoke on the phone with earlier in the morning. He was always busy with another customer. Or was told he would call me back. I told them I am from out of town and I was willing to process my paper work and provided anything they needed over the phone and once my application got approved I would drive to Orlando to pick up the car I wanted. I explained I was short on time and needed to get a car soon. They literally ignored me all day telling me I would be called back and it never happened. I finally called to express my complaint and asked to speak to someone higher, and I was sent to speak on the phone with a finance officer who promised me he would call me back or have George’s boss call me back. That never happened! I committed my whole day patiently to them and they never gave me a chance just because I wasn’t there in person. I was not treated like a customer and they lost out on a good customer just because I wasn’t physically in the facility. From the lowest level to the highest level wasted my day and my time. Because I thought since they were a higher end vehicle dealership they had more professionalism them selves and amongst their staff.Like I said rarely ever write reviews and this was disappointing! I told them I have money for down payment, and a co signer if I was not approved on my own to help me get approved. After what I experienced I don’t think I would be comfortable enough to make a deal with them. Trust goes a long way in this industry and they definitely lost mine.

He answered all the questions I had and was full of knowledge of the Cayenne. The first car I looked at sold before I could return to see it so Andreas found me another car just like it the next day. Had a difficult rim and tire install. Kenny went out of his way to insure the job was completed. He even sent someone to home depot for a buy a torch instead of telling me they cant finish the job. His attention to detail is exceptional! 5 STARS. The dealership is also the best i have ever seen.

A couple weeks ago, I wrote a bad review on this dealership for returning my car to me unclean with a window/door issue. Upon calling the dealership to address my issue, I was spoken to with a lack of professionalism and attitude from the agent. However, after getting higher authorities involved, the dealership sent a worker to pick my car up in a timely and efficient manner and apologized for sending it with the issue before hand. They managed to fix my issues and were highly respectful about it. I really appreciate everyone’s help. Thank you :)
