My SUV F Pace was in for a oil change anda recall. The staff is friendly and your car is always ready in a timely manner. I love the fact they will drive you over to the mall and you can shop while waiting. Also they give you a paper that says know your car and it has all the info of your car which is nice! When you have a professional business it makes you want to keep going there because they take good care of your car.

New location is very nice and elegant. As always, service is top notch! Went in for regular maintenance, waited for it. Was told it could be an hour and a half. Was done in 45 minutes! Tim is a great service advisor!

When I returned to pick up my car, she saw me waiting for Victor to finish speaking with a client, so she asked if she could help me with anything. I told her I was there to pick up my vehicle. You don’t want to go any where else. I purchased a late model Range Rover and was treated as if I purchased a 200k car.The staff as a whole made this experience amazing however I know for sure I was Blessed to bump into Mr. Dewayne in the lot.He made sure I knew everything there was to know upfront. I had been to Three other dealership big names :Massey Cadillac- almost purchased but was told I was being silly for not being willing to pay the extra 2k in fees they put on the sheet.Chevy wanted to give me a car with a whole in the bumper as is with high fees as well.The other dealership isn’t even worth mentioning.I will never look at the “common” Dealerships again.Let’s talk about fees: Decent Dealer fee, tax, and tag out the door. No hidden fees no need to haggle where do I sign.No one else is offering a 3 day 300me warranty on a car if you change your mind bring it back and we will refund you all your money no question. Ask for Dwayne!I was hesitant about purchasing a vehicle out of town. The vehicle purchasing experience has not be been the greatest. I really loved the car so I gave it shot. Dwayne put my mind at ease and provided such an amazing customer service experience, I couldnt have asked for better support. Communication was great and beyond my expectations. Seen this Beauty online, Thought it might be a possibility. Sent an email to the dealership and within 5 minutes received a return email & phone call from Rene. After 2 more phone calls, we were set! This baby was going to be mine! Caught an early moring Flight into Florida, Rene picked me up, and the car was shined and waiting for me out front. After a brief test drive, I was in love. I felt that I had full support, and coopreation of the dealership, from the receptionist, the Finance Lady (Dont rmember her name) and Rene. Even other customers were as excited as I was to be making a purchase. Me and my new (2018, new to me) car were on the road and heading to the Auto train by 11:30 am. It has been almost a month and Rene still responds to my emails, questions & requests. The customer service at the dealership was the best and I could not ask for more or a smoother transaction. Thanks Jaguar Orlando, I will let everyone know that purchasing a car out of state, can be a hassel/stress free experience. Loving my Ride!

I wanted to leave no stars, but it wont let me. Poor customer service all the way around. From day one with Orlando Jaguar we have not been happy. We are former BMW and Mercedes owners and wanted to try Jaguar as a luxury car option. We love the performance of the F-Pace SVR, but the customer service has not been up to what we have come to expect from Mercedes-Benz or BMW. The initial sales associate Rene drove the car on the test drive like he stole it while telling us that he used to be a race car driver. I get that you want to show the performance features, however literally racing through the streets around the Mall at Millenia and then sitting us in the office telling us to drive it carefully during the break-in period makes them look ridiculous. They spent all of 15 minutes explaining the vehicle features because it was at the end of the day and they were going home.A brief history about our first service visit last year. The seats were set to come on at the highest heat setting every time we started the car and no one at Orlando Jaguar could figure out how to correct the problem. After charging us $150 for an oil change they said they couldnt even wash the car or vacuum the inside because of COVID, yet they had to test drive it after the service.Fast forward to our most recent service. Several emails about the service appointment that THEY scheduled, but failed to tell us that they moved to a new location. A location that still to this writing is not correct on their website or any of their emails. The day before the service none of their phones were working so we could not contact anyone at Orlando Jaguar. They also offered us $15K under trade-in value to buy the car back, even after we showed them the KBB and JD Power trade-in values. After the service, their service rep said you will get a survey in a day or two and we appreciate you giving us five stars. If you dont want to give us five stars dont fill it out at all. Well, guess what gentlemen...we are not happy with the poor customer service by Orlando Jaguar at all. In fact, this was the last time we will visit your business and will sell our F-Pace SVR thanks to you. Since there are very few SVRs available in this market I expect that we will be able to fetch a fair price in short order.People who spend $90K+ for vehicles expect better customer service that what you get at a buy here/pay here used car dealership. Go visit Fields BMW or Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando to see what Im talking about. They know how to do it right. This is a leadership problem for Orlando Jaguar and I dont expect that they recognize it nor care to address it anytime soon. I hope that this review helps any potential buyers avoid Orlando Jaguar when shopping for a new car or looking for service. I will be posting it to as many review sites as possible.

UnprofessionalWas looking at a specific car and I was trying to get info and talk prices because i know dealerships, they want you to waste your whole day and wear you out until you just sign anything, but i was not about to waste my day if we were not on the same page as far as numbers. They wanted to kick the tires on my trade in, but refused to devalue their car. They asked for my VIN which I provided, but never heard back. I wont be dealing with them again, and will steer people away from this dealership.

She was amazing, very kind, respectful, and helpful. Jaguar Orlando made us feel very welcomed when we came in to look at an E-pace. Alice was helpful with any questions we had. I had the most wonderful customer experience at Jaguar Orlando. After recently moving here from California, my 2018 F-Pace S was having what I thought were suspension problems. Norris, the Service Advisor, was able to determine that it was asetting that could be changed to better fit my driving circumstances. I also went back the following week and met with Alice, who (even though I bought the vehicle elsewhere) showed me features of the vehicle I was unfamiliar with. All in all, the best customer experience Ive ever had at any car dealership.

As a result, I was able the get the right F-Pace at the right price before it was even listed on the website.Jimmy in finance was awesome in explaining in detail all the options to finance and protect my vehicle. I left feeling confident about my purchase for years to come.The dealership staff was very friendly from receptionist to service. I think Ill just hang out with my dealership family whenever Im in the area. And the coffee machine, well lets say Starbucks is lucky that theres no Jaguar of Orlando, next door!

We had to bring our F-Type in because we had a nail embedded in the tire. Trevor Ramkerath made sure the issue was taken care to our satisfaction and very quickly! When I was looking to upgrade my Jaguar F-Pace, my local dealership was not able to find the vehicle I wanted, but I was able to find it at Jaguar Orlando on my own. I worked with Jaime and Alice - who were both amazing.Even though I was shopping from another part of the state, they were able to give me all of the info I needed and complete most of the preliminary work by text & phone. When I arrived in Orlando, everyone at the dealership was professional and made me feel welcome and safe with their Covid19 precautions. Jaime and Alice had the car detailed and full of fuel, ready my trip home.Having purchased many vehicles, I have to say, this was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had. My new F-Pace is exactly what I wanted and I am thrilled with it! I would highly recommend Jaguar Orlando to anyone - they were 1st class all around.

Brought my car in due to the engine making a funny noise. It took them a week just to figure out what was wrong with the car. Was not provided with a loaner for the first few days so had to uber everywhere. Once they figured out what was wrong, I was told two more weeks (3 weeks total). To shorten the story, I went over a month without my car, which is leased (so had to pay my lease payment to drive an inferior car). When I turned the car in, there was no light or indication that there was battery issues. After about 3-4 weeks, I get a call stating my battery is so bad that they cant even drive it a mile down the road....but itll be $340 to replace it, which is outrageous even for a luxury vehicle (found the battery online for $200). Would have given a one star but Trevor, my service advisor, did provide quality service and was patient and calm when I was irate. This was my first jaguar and will definitely be my last.

I just this weekend leased a new Jaguar E-Pace from Alice at Jaguar of Orlando and Alices service went beyond my wildest expectations. She and everyone else we interacted with there were super friendly and helpful. Alice and the Sales Manager, Philip, have already followed up only a couple of days later to help with some more of the vehicles features and make sure everything is still going great. I am completely blown away by the service here, and other dealership experiences I have had dont come close to comparing.

Recently purchased a larger vehicle for my growing family and Im so happy with my experience during the pandemic. Car was brought to my home during the test drive and the process went seamlessly from start to finish. Special kudos to Dwayne for his customer service and even following up with me a few days after my purchase to see how much I was enjoying the vehicle. He was a fantastic salesperson to work with. :)

I arrived at 9:30am for a 10am appt. I came in only for an oil change and to have some dents looked at. Got the answer about the dents quickly but did not get my car back from,the oil change until 12:15pm. This wait time was unacceptable since I arrived at 9:30am. I was the only one in the waiting room so can only assume they were not that busy. It did get busy as the morning moved along but I had been there way before the others that arrived. Very disappointed in the time it took to do this service.

Alice at Jaguar of Orlando continues to be an excellent resource and tremendous help even after her job was completed. She works on the sales side of the company. We had a lovely experience as she oversaw all of the details of the sales and purchase aspect of our new Jag. However, she continues to provide exceptional customer service after our initial purchase. While I was having my car serviced this week, she reached out while I was at the dealership and took extra steps to make sure I was taken care of. We can not recommend Alice highly enough. She has been a pleasure to work with!

My wife was wanting to transition to all-electric. Having been a long-time customer of Collier Jaguar, I knew we had to go to the new Orlando Jaguar and check out the i-Pace. I explained to Dwayne that it was down to Jaguar or Tesla. He had a Tesla and let her drive both. The fit and finish of the Jaguar is head and shoulders above that of Tesla. Dwayne Hughes is a true professional in his chosen field of expertise. Always had great customer service at Jaguar Orlando. I have been there several times to fix my wheels and tires (roads in Orlando are not taken care of very well) and I never had any issue with the Jaguar team.
