I got 4 new tires today, the technicians were really nice, and Manager Kris was helpful, plus the technicians are well trained. Im happy with my purchase and the value at this location
Avoid at all costs! Purchased 4 brand new tires with hazard warranty roughly 6 months ago. Caught a flat on 408 and took the tire in for a replacement/patch. Someone bent the inside of the rim for my 2015 Nissan altima. Technicians called and informed me hours after drop off that they could not replace the tire due to a bent rim. I then went to the store and spoke to the manager who informed my the rim was like that when it was dropped off. It was clearly damaged by the machine that takes the tire off the rim. No one took accountability for the damages and wouldnt even provide the district manager information as requested. Worse of all, my warranty is now void for the tire!! I will never again use Walmart auto centers for anything!! Its not worth it just to save a few dollars.
So I just went in to get the $20 Quaker State oil change for my 21-year-old car.... I change it out every 3 months no big deal... I went on a Sunday morning recently and waited for them to open the doors at 7:00 a.m...... the doors didnt open until closer to 7:30 a.m. while I patiently waited. Then I was told by the attendant inside that I should have gone around to the other side of the building to check in under a tent in the parking lot... I didnt argue with her... I didnt want any issues... I got the car checked in with a really friendly mechanic who took my information and seemed crestfallen when I told him I only wanted the $20 Quaker State oil change.... That made me wonder whether or not they get a kickback or a commission on a higher priced one? Once they had my car I went shopping around the store and they were finished with my car in about 30 minutes... They called me back promptly I had some items that I wanted to ring up when I paid for my oil change and I asked the same attendant I encountered earlier if that was okay and she snapped at me as long as there was no freak to be weighed out...Luckily I was fruit free.Once I rang up my items and paid for that and my oil changed I went to my car and on my way.... Next time I will go at 7:30 and hope that theyve already opened the doors...Hey for a $20 oil change with Quaker State oil I dont mind putting up with all the peripherals... Its Walmart for god sakes what do you want? The Jaguar dealer?
Clowns I arrived at 5:50 for Oil Change and no one answered me saying that they close at 7 pm, all one doing nothing and the other saying that it is Closed. So they are out of work and lament. Horrible bad service

Ask for an oil change with the tire replacement and did not change the oil but fail to say they did not do it. Tires were change in a timely manner. Just hate the lack of communication.

Day 1: I replaced all 4 tires at this location. Tech was a new guy in store and seems like he wasn’t so expert! He was on his phone several time and it took him over an hour to replace 4 tires. Total wait time 3:30!Day 2: the next day my pressure sensor on one of tires stopped working. It was obvious the new guy messed it up! I went back and after long conversations and inspecting tire, they were convinced that it’s their fault and they replaced it for free. Total waiting time again 2:30 (you have to go back to line again even if they messed up your car yesterday!)Day 3: the next day, as I was driving on highway, I realized when they replaced the sensor, they didn’t balanced the tire again! I went back and good that I bought Walmart warrantee so I didn’t need to explain anything too much, they had to balance it anyway for free. Total waiting time 2:30! Technicians here convert to reception role when a girl arrives in line and they all give free consulting while all other peoples car is waiting to be fixed. For sure something they don’t care at all is customers time. I had to wait in crazy long line again for the 3rd time to finally get them fix my tire issues that they caused themselves.At least Carlos was the only tech helpful and car full enough to check my sensor and get out of his way to make his client satisfied. The rest nope!Long story short, if you think you may get a good deal at Walmart, at least try a more professional store than here! This store is a nightmare during day light :)

They need a better way of dealing with lines of customers. Was told first come first serve. Got there and two lines were waiting. Got in a line. Was over an hour wait. Two cars came after and got in the other line and were served before us. After finally getting checked in it was fast service.
Auto care service similar to other wallys stores on average always busy because of lower cost. If youre used to quick efficient high class service you have to shell out lots more elsewhere. Do not be a racist friends Just because store is close to an urban area does not mean staff is ghetto. Theyre low paid employees trying to put up with your high class arse.
How can Walmart make any money doing two oil changes per hour. Incompetent management not maximizing infrastructure and staff resources. Disappointed

I visited to return a car battery I had bought the day before. The manager was SUPER helpful and professional. He went the extra mile to ensure that the battery tested as functional, when the first tester they used was defective. Walmart needs more employees like that guy.

Went there for an oil change. Took them 30 minutes to bring my car in. After they brought it in, my car sat there for 2 HOURS with the hood up, doing nothing. I had to leave after 2 hours because they haven’t had even started.What kissed me off the most is that I didn’t see a single mechanic worried or working efficiently. They were all walking around, joking around. A few came to check the screen by my car and kept walking right past it. Whatever you have to pay anywhere else is worth it to save your time and patience.Maybe if Walmart paid more competitive wages they wouldn’t have to hire the most mediocre mechanics out there.
Took them 4 hours to change my tires. I got there when the shop opened. They told me 2 hours max. Wouldn’t let me know how much longer it would be, wouldn’t ask the mechanics if there was something wrong with my car. So for two hours on top of that time I sat around wondering what the heck was going on and when it would end. I actually missed an appointment I had at 11 due to this insane service.
In my visits they have fixed issues with my vehicle and gotten the job done. In my visits, the staff has been helpful. Cheaper prices than some other stores. You can also walk around Walmart while you wait.
Been going to this Walmart for about 3 years now since it’s the closest to my house. The customer service is always terrible. The workers dismiss you and ignore even when you have the simplest questions like how long for an oil change. This place is a dump.
This review for team of Mr. GUS. your team is lazy in morning. First think they tell you its going to take more than 90 min wait. Even much thing is not going under roof. Walking without spirit like not in mood of working. When i see Mr. Gus coming out i see some moment once he left again same lazy atmospere. This is the worst auto center visiting in my life time. I think the oil change prices are reasonable. However, I had my own oil filter that costed me $10 at auto zone with a receipt. The women said she would give me a $2 credit. I told her thats not enough and that I can return the oil filter for a refund. She said she could match the price. When I received the bill the credit was just for $2. My oil change came out more than what I should have spent. Other than that the service was ok.
I just sat there.3 rd in line. They said someone would be with us and they never came. Not just me. all the cars. People see us... they just ignored. I left after 15 min.
I went to oil change of my Tundra, the guys from Auto Center spent 3 minutes in my car and told the housing nuts was over tight, they could not change the oil then the supervisor forgot to put the bolts of my skipplate back and drove over it, i was told by the manager (Gus) that was not a big deal, nothing wrong with the skip plate. They refused to add this information on the invoice. They have told me to go to the last place that serviced the car, so i did, the Walmart on Winter Garden easily changed the oil, the guys from kirkman left the filter and bolts lose, it is incredible how rude and ignorant they were at Kirkman, never going back there. Save you some trouble and avoid these place.

2nd time Ive had tires put on at a Walmart. They were friendly, polite and pretty quick. I like getting them done at Walmart for the warranty and that theyre open on Sunday. Ive had to use the warranty requiring tire replacement in the past without a problem. I havent had them try to upsell me either. I had no issues with this location and would come back.
Had 2 cars in front of me for a tire. And I waited 2 hours and they hadnt even touched my car. For one damn tire. It was ridiculous.

They told me they’d call me when it was done and I waited TWO HOURS and no phone call. I finally asked and it was already done they just never told me
It took them 1 day keeping my car to tell me they couldnt take my wheels out, even though a mechanic had done that in less than 2 minutes the day before. Ill never take my case again to any walmart care center 👎
Literally was just on hold for 10 mins, ask about batteries got put back on hold, my phone disconnected calls back get put back on hold, someone picks up then transfers me and I’m waiting again for someone to pick up, this is literally by far the WORST WALMART POSSIBLY IN ORLANDO, THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE SKILLS ARE BY FAR IN THE TOLITE, You guys need to some train the trainer to happen there, such a horrible place !!!
One of the worst places to shop EVER. wont answer phone, hangs up when they do, managers and workers both ignore customers and just want you to go away. I suggest you do - not worth it. They cant even change a tire right anyways and youll end up with all kinds of problems trying to save a few bucks using them. If you have to go to walmart, go to one that isnt run by ghetto staff.
I changed the oil that Walmart day 29.08.2016. Yesterday I went to my mechanic and he told me he was missing the metal plate underneath the car, and possibly when it was made the exchange of oil, it was taken for the work to be done and was not put back, both knew my car had that card metal . I went to Walmart today, waited for the assistant manager over half an hour, I explained the case and he said he would check the cameras what had happened.Minutes later came back and said that the cameras not working this u could not see that now, he also said my car is 11yrs old and many cars do not have this card metal, and more than mine would be one of them.But he meant what ?? I do not know my car? I never realized that this card metal has never existed? Me thinking idiot? Another worker said her car does not have this card metal, trying to justify, were not talking about her car, but my car, if she knows that it does not have the card metal I know my prefeitamente has !! !!!!.Waiting for Walmarts return to reslver this problem, I had the impression that the assistant manager was out of time and will check the cameras and simply thought better finish the conversation and that will check. later . I asked to see the recordings in the camera and also he said maybe it would not be possible. I want my metal car plate back, I know my car, take good care of him, extamente know what Im saying. !!!!

Walmarts Tire and Lube department used to have pretty quick check-in, but no more.In the last 3 time, it took me on average nearly 20 minutes to have my car checked-in for an oil change.Not the employeess fault though, but I guess the Tire and Lube is under staffed just like all of the Walmarts store departments here on the Orlando Metrowest area.
Got the Walmart a little before 6:30pm and they told me that I couldnt get an oil change. Even though online it says that there shop closes at 7:00PM.
Tried to call to find out if they had a tire. They hung up on me 5x. and then when i asked them if they had the tire they advertise online they said . no. blunt. Nothing else. So rude!!!!! Thanks Walmart, for making me dislike you a little more.
Crowded! We waited in the 10 items or less line while people broke up their items to make it OK to be in the line with over 40 items each. I feel bad for the cashiers and people like us in a rush.
So we went in for an oil change, our poor car is hitting 182k miles, the whole crew was great pointed out things we needed to work on, and were courteous the whole time. They guy who got us checked in, Michael, was a pleasure to talk to.
They didn’t have my tire size for a flat I had. Missed a full day waiting for the tire to come in then they didn’t have the tire when they said they would. I tried calling Walmart tire center to find out the status on my order and couldn’t get thru to anyone. They would answer and immediately place me on hold for 25 min intervals before hanging up on me.
DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I DROPPED MY CAR OFF AT 11:30am FOR NEW TIRES, ITS NOW 3:30pm AND STILL NOT READY!!!UPDATE: ITS NOW 4pm and STILL NOT WORKED ON! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE

Told me they werent taking anymore cars today and as soon as I walked out I watched the take a car that pulled up behind me to change her oil.
