These guys and gals are the best they’ve saved my butt more times than I can count and are super knowledgeable on every component of your car and will go out of their way to help you find specific parts. They love cars themselves and They even share their little stories while checking you out. I can’t recommend them more their service is above and beyond and I appreciate all the help that they are to me.

I really dont know why anyone would purchase parts here. The employees arent helpful and all have an attitude. I simply called to check for the availability of a part, that I had the part number for, and was quickly told it wasnt in stock. Before I could even ask if it was available at another store, the employee hung up the phone. Pretty much sums up why I would rather buy stuff online than deal with bad customer service.

To whom it may concern this to inform you made a bad hire in a employee name Joey who was the very unprofessional. Store staff ask him to come inside the store to assist in sales. Time frame was around 20 minutes to closing. He walk past me and said last minute customer in smart a__ way. I ask him your still open to 6:00. He replied I making a statement. Mr. JOEY Acted unprofessional and was giving vibes that he was disinterest in working the last few minutes of his work shift. Mr Joey should be fired for his immature approach to customer if its last minute customer Sir. I ask the lady who was on the shift to help me because at that moment I did want to trust him because of his body language and comments indicating he mental check out from working to make a rude comment to a customer.

This is a Complaint about your Assistant manager Chris and his other employer @ Napa on Rio Grande 32805Face mask is required for Employees and Shoppers when entering the store at ALL times and neither of them had a mask on ( Assistant Manager & His other employer) they also let customers enter & shop without a mask. 🤦‍♀Why put up a sign that says when entering this store a face mask is required when your Assistant Manager for (Sunday Mornings) doesnt even follow the rules 🤷‍♀Where is Nardi I like him he takes his job and the face covering very seriously when entering the store when hes working ( No Mask No Service) and he stands by his words 🤗Also I have been standing in the store for 15 minutes and the Manager Chris or the other guy which by the way didnt have a name tag said Absolutely nothing to me No one second Ill be right with you NOTHING the other guy just told there looking at me as I stood right in front of him and still said Nothing what great Customer Service You Have I will never go back on a Sunday Morning again.

Drove all the way out there on a Sunday morning from Groveland since they were the only auto parts store in the area that had the part I needed in stock and were open. Well worth the drive! I dealt with Jason and he provided excellent customer service.

Wow, this place has gone downhill! Been a NAPA customer for years...no more. Not only did the youngster not know how to properly remove a battery terminal, he brought a battery for my car all the way from the back and it had a bad cell worse than the one I came in with, he didnt check it was good before installing, then acted like it was my car! Gee, I put my original old battery back in and drove away. What a waste of my time, and you have lost a customer that has 3 licensed vehicles. Any good reviews I might have given this place before are hearby null and void.

Christmas day had a misfire/bad coil on #6 in the 3.5 Eco. Made the mistake going to advanced auto parts which doesnt have s@$#/t! ... found a NAPA near by... they had everything and even gap check/and adjusted the spark plugs for me.... ALL IN A FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL MANNER.NAPA is still the place to go...GO NAPA OR GO HOME!

Nardy, and all of the other employees at the counter are the greatest! So helpful.. I can call Nardy anytime, any day and he is nothing but helpful. They have helped me with many many issues with a few of my cars. I live in Mount Dora and drive to this store because I trust them.

Not sure if the guy there is the manager but he needs to go. He is rude and anything you ask, he either in a bad mood and gives you a nasty answer or he just doesnt have personality. First time I was there it wasnt a big deal because everybody can have a bad day but, the second time I went there he was the same way to me and a couple other customers there. Im giving a 2 start only because is napa and they have what you need. Save your trip and go to a different napa.
