This is a family run business, I couldn’t be happier with my chieftain purchase. I went in to buy a Harley Street glide left on a much nicer more reasonable bike. I met the owner his daughter and their son in law. Everyone of them was amazing. They have great stock and they really care about what they sell!

This family owned dealership is hands down the best dealership in the country. I purchased a used Chieftain sight unseen, flew halfway across the country and rode 1,821 miles home with no issues. They provide exceptional customer service, are honest and clearly have integrity. They were truly a delight to work with and meet in person. I spoke with employees from every department, even the owner himself, and they are a joy to be around. The dealership itself is a beautiful experience, they have pre 1953 Indian motorcycles displayed about and their showroom is incredibly clean. They offer plenty of merchandise, riding gear, shirts, memorabilia and of course a great selection of new and used motorcycles for sale. I cant speak highly enough of this dealership and all the employees. I strongly suggest working with them to purchase your next bike or even just visiting if you are in the area. They do an incredible job of representing the Indian Motorcycle Company and the heritage of the brand.

I know my husband was wanting an Indian motorcycle. He said he wanted something different and not a Harley. I called and had questions over a scout. Wow, unbelievable, Angela went above and beyond. She even offered to let us come in after hours. I called and she ran my credit and 30 minutes later sent a motorcycle via email. I picked it up that night. This dealership is outstanding. Lots of attire and assessories. I can not say enough. This was a surprise for Christmas for my husband. Yes, he was surprised.

We bought our bike last year. Drove from Amarillo TX last night to bring it in today for 5000 mile tune up. Got up this morning and the bike wouldnt start, called the dealership and they came to where we were staying in OKC. They replaced the battery, still didnt start so they put it in the trailer and brought the bike to the shop and also gave us a ride.We have also been offered a loaner bike while they work on ours!All the employees go above and beyond to make sure we are always happy and comfortable while waiting

I dropped by the store near closing time with the intension of buying a few gifts and inquired about issues with my bike. It wasn’t long before one of the technicians insisted on taking the motorcycle out back and taking a closer look. He made some adjustments and is now working better than ever. The fee was very minimal but I did buy a few shirts to make it worth their while. I was offered cold refreshments while I waited and was out in no time. Spoke with Chris Staten ...let him know we were new to riding, just playing/dreaming, and werent sure what we wanted but that we knew we wanted an Indian. He spent quality time with us guiding us through the process of finding the right mix of fit, style, comfort/safety features and price for my wife and me. Small but clean and nicely laid out shop with decent selection to play with. Across the street, theres a parking lot behind whatever building is there; otherwise, not great parking options directly at the dealership.

I was in the market for a newer motorcycle, but wasn’t sure what I wanted. Checked a few local dealers and finally saw some Indians online at two separate dealerships. Requested information from both of them and they replied quickly to my inquiries. I narrowed it down to a couple of pre owned Chieftains and then requested trade in information. Only this time the response couldn’t have been different Angela got right back to me with a transparent fair offer and the other dealership didn’t.I stopped by unannounced to look at the bike and the customers service there was outstanding! In about 30minutes I had completed the purchasing process. I had pointed out a few small issues (missing second key, service) and she told me it would be taken care of before delivery and it was. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who’s in the market for a motorcycle and likes great customer service!

From Dedra (I hope I spelled that right) who first helped me when I walked in and helped deliver the bike, to Angela helping me out get the finances in order and walking me through the process without hassle and without trying to push any extra warranties on me, to the gentleman (I wasnt able to catch his name) who offered to ride the bike all the way up Northwest Expressway to deliver it the same day, everyone at this establishment is top notch. Its a family business, and they definitely earned my business and my respect. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I had a great experience here. I came in this morning wanting to test ride an Indian scout sixty before heading over to ride a Harley 883. First I rode the Indian before Chris, my salesman, stated he had an 883 in the back if I wanted to save a trip. This was the definition of good service as he wasnt pushing me to purchase a used bike. To make a long story short I decided on the Indian and was then passed off to Angela. She was amazingly quick and efficient with the little bit of paperwork I had to complete. Also, being a veteran, they threw in $500 worth of gear as thats their promotion until the end of the month. I will do business here in the future for sure.

Great people. Upon a quick visit to the Indian store, my wife accidentally ran her Can Am Ryker into the brick wall of the Indian store building rendering her bike inoperable. The owner of the store voluntarily loaded her bike in his enclosed trailer and delivered it to a Can Am shop 15 miles away for the repairs. This all happened on a Saturday morning which is always an extremely busy day in the motorcycle shop world.Of course my wife was embarrassed for having the accident, but all the folks at Indian of OKC were comforting and shared their own stories of past mishaps. I can’t say thank you enough to these fine people.One more thing...so now my wife was going to ride on the back of my Indian and I didn’t have my sissy bar installed. So Scott (the owner) happily loaned us a sissy bar off his personal bike. I didn’t ask him to do this, he just offered it and we gladly accepted.Please support this local business. I know we will.

I bought an used 2016 Roadmaster from them.They gave me great trade price for my 2008 Goldwing.After doing a factory demo ride on the Challenger, I sold my Roadmaster to my nephew.Shortly later someone traded his Challenger Limited at a local Honda dealer for a Goldwing.That was at an end of the day on a Saturday.One of the the sales people knew I was looking for a Challenger. He called me the first thing Tuesday morning, by noon I was riding it home!I am now waiting on receiving a Roadmaster Trunk that I ordered. I am glad the factory finally certified the Roadmaster trunk for the Challenger!Oklahoma City Indian will be servicing my bike.Great bunch of Sales & Service people!I will recommend them to anyone!

I started going into this dealership right after they opened up about 3 yrs ago. At that time I was just looking . The bikes and dealer were new on the scene . The atmosphere was very relaxed, I was greeted, told that if I had any questions to feel free to ask. NO pressure to buy.This spring I purchased a Classic with saddlebags. The transaction went very smooth, and comfortable. This fall my wife bought a Vintage, which will have a sidecar attached. I sent her down to the shop, to pick out the model and color she wanted. Cathy received the same treatment I did.The service dept, goes right along with, make the customer feel comfortable . They are very accessible, and happy to answer any questions that you may have . Had a indicator light come on which I was not sure about. After offering to come and pick up the bike, they had me bring it right in. No waiting for a appointment. Then gave me a detailed explanation of what they found.In short Oklahoma City has a very comfortable place to shop for, buy, and support by a reliable motorcycle dealer.

Ive been to a ton of dealers, motorcycle dealers included, and Ive never once been this impressed by customer service and quality of work and cleanliness of the shop. The owner and everyone there is awesome. Would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a bike. American made, and not overpriced like some brands...

Buyers beware, I traded my bike off with them a 2015 Harley St. glide November 2019, it is now June 2020 and they still have not finished paying the bike 100% off it has went on my credit report as a derogatory remark, and I’m still getting phone calls from the finance company because the balance is not been paid, every time I call Angela when I get a phone call from the finance company talk to Angela, I get nowhere with her, she has failed to report back to me every time the finance company is refusing to take it off my credit report.

This family run dealership always goes above and beyond. Every customer is treated like part of the family. I have friends who drive here from Dallas Ft. Worth area because the service in OKC is so good here.

Stopped by to look at a couple of used bikes.Everyone was helpful without being oppressive. One of the mechanics even came over and encouraged my 12yo son to hop on a bike or two, which put a huge smile on his face and made my parent heart happy.I ended up coming back to buy one of the used bikes I looked at earlier. The test ride was great and we worked out a fair price pretty quickly.The front staff was just as helpful as those in the back.Overall, it was a great experience and I would gladly do business here again.

Just had 25000 mile service done on my Vintage. Did an outstanding job. Fixed noise I have had since I bought the bike at another dealership and fixed items i didnt even know needed fixing. Everyone at this dealership is incredible to deal with and go out of their way the help. I wouldnt dream of taking my bike anywhere else.

Wow, if you are looking for ANYTHING in the way of a scooter, check this place out first and last. Selection of all types is super and the whole staff is positive, friendly and knowledgeable. You will not feel more comfortable anywhere. Indians for sure, but Harley type and selection excellent. A REAL family atmosphere. This will be my one stop shop from now on!

Service is done on a customer waiting basis and Im allowed to watch the work. Scott is a great owner and Joe the tech doing the work is extremely knowledgeable on the Slingshot.

On the road from Florida and had a issue with cruise control. It was Monday so maintenance was off but there to catch up. Owner had his mechanic look at it and in 10 minuets had it fixed where a wire had been pinched! Awesome service and awesome staff. Would fly here for next bike!! Indian Motorcycles were winning races when Harley-Davidsons or even invented. They are well known for being some of the best made and long lasting motorcycles around. They were used especially during World War II carry messages from place to place. If you want a good motorcycle that will last you a long time, this could very well be your place. Im using my wifes phone so Im not Brandy haha. This place is pretty cool. Totally different atmosphere than most shops. I was just in the area the other day and had no idea what the hours were but cruised by anyway. I was a little bummed out when I got there and the were closed but I got out to peek through the window and pretty soon a gentleman came out. He wasnt there to tell me to get my greasy face off the glass either he was actually just walking out to his bike. It was at least an hour after closing and I had informed the guy I was just there to look but his passion for these beautiful bikes just poured out at he answered all my questions and told me all kinds of stuff Im glad to know. So many bike shops are such boneheads when you go in to look at the bikes. Theyre typically to cool to talk to ya and rather enjoy talking down to ya. To be honest this guy showed me more respect than the salesman that sold me my Harley. Its well past time for a new bike and as soon as Im able I will most certainly be headed straight to this dealership.

Scheduled service is always completed quickly with the highest level of quality. For unscheduled service (nail in tire), they always get me in as quick as possible. Customer service during and after a purchase is a high priority for me and Indian of OKC does a fantastic job of making me feel like a VIP whenever Im in there. The deals theyve made with me are always more than fair with great trade-in values, good financing rates and perfect prices.This is hands down the best motorcycle dealership (not just Indian dealership) in the whole region. I bought my first bike here. Scott and his family were extremely helpful and professional. They were willing to let me wonder around and ask questions without being pushy. They weren’t condescending at all when learning I was a new rider but instead were very encouraging.I did my research, and Angela quickly answered my questions through email before even walking through the door. Once I decided to pull the trigger on the purchase, I was in and out within 90 min. Seeing as how I was a brand new rider who was taking the MSF course the following weekend, Scott delivered my 2019 Thunder Black Scout Bobber to my house free of charge the same day I purchased it.The parking isn’t great and a little confusing, but the shop and location are awesome. It’s exactly what I think of when I think of how a motorcycle dealership should look and where it should be located.

My brother wanted an Indian Vintage in a certain color and the OKC INDIAN dealer found him one in Indiana. He then sent a driver to get it and had it ready in less than a week. I think thats great customer service.
