I brought my duke in for an oil change, to replace my front and rear tires, and to lubricate and adjust my chain.The previous owner of my bike had used Ajax for every routine maintenance and had nothing but great things to say about the staff!From the time I walked in, I knew I was in great hands. The staff was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They had my front tire in stock and even went through the trouble of ordering my rear tire to get me back on the road in only a few days. Typical dealership. New and used motor bikes. Cliche auto sales persons... sharks if you may. Do not trade in your bikes here, they do not offer fair value as they are looking to resell and upsale. Apart from that, they do carry top notch new bikes of good quality. And the pricing is a little bit above average... but competitive

My wife and I purchased a new 2019 Kawasaki Z125 on or about August 13 2019. Ron was our salesman. Great guy. The wife has originally picked out a new 2018 Z125, however, she changed her mind on the color and went for the black 2019. I just purchased a new 2019 Kawasaki z400 and was blown away be the amazing customer service Ron gave us. All of the staff is incredibly and very knowledgeable on everything from bikes all the way down to helmets and accessories. When i had an issue with my bike starting, Ron even offered to come to me and help fix the issue!! They have earned my business for life!

I would not even give this establishment one star! We went into the service shop today in a search for a Honda Sabre 1100 cable clutch and was treated extremely poorly. We called before heading into town because we lived an hour and fifteen minutes out and was promised they had the parts required. Upon our arrival we were met with what they called their service manager (Brian) and he was rude, unprofessional and down right unacceptable. He rudely said it would take 3 weeks to build this part though they did this in house, when I attempted to ask more questions he slammed my part in the counter and said sorry I cannot help. I requested the general manager and though he was pleasant, he was just as in accommodating as the service manager. I have never experienced such dispicable treatment. I would recommend driving an extra 2 to 3 hours before remotely giving this establishment a chance.

I had a great experience with Ajax Motorsports. Purchasing a bike from Ajax required about a 5 1/2 hour drive one way, but the out-the-door price Ajax was offering was worth it. Cody Rader was easy to work with and provided great pre-sales service. When I arrived to pick up the bike, we completed the paperwork quickly with no hassles. Highly recommended.

I didnt buy my ATVs here. I bought them in Durant. I needed a screw removed from my ATV that I could not remove myself. They not only charged me nothing for the effort, they were also very prompt and very courteous. I will be back to Ajax Motorsports. They treat people right.

What a joke of a dealership. My husband went in to look for a new Can Am Maverick. While there he found one he really liked and wanted to know the price. After asking two different people all they could say was it’s around $xx. No one could give him any straight answers on a price they just wanted to keep asking well how much do you want your payment to be. He walked out and bought a new one the next morning from Stillwater Powersports. We will never visit your store again, it’s like a shady car lot.

Went to Ajax for the first time today. The staff in all three departments were very knowledgeable and helpful. My salesman Ron was very knowledgeable and experienced but didnt push anything on me the way so many salespeople at other dealerships have in the past. He was willing to answer every question I had no matter how dumb they may have been. He took the time to visit with me and explain differences between machines, and paired me up with a bike that was a great fit. Ive purchased several machines from other dealers in the past but will certainly go back here in the future.

I came across this ATV through a search on the internet. I have have looked off and on for several years for a used Wolverine in good condition. The pictures posted were good but I wanted three other specific pictures of the 4-Wheeler. Cody was able to text those to me within just a few minutes. I called Ajax to get a bottom line price to take it home today. I thought the price was extremely Fair, very good in fact. When I called up there to make the transaction and Cody was awesome very accommodating very communicative and easy to work with over the phone. I was in Texas at the time of this purchase. We completed the transaction and my son-in-law picked up the four wheeler that evening for me. It was a pleasure doing business with Ajax and I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or anyone else. I will certainly look there first when Im looking for my next purchase of an 4-wheeler or motorcycle.

We bought a 300 Ninja Kawasaki for my son. mason Smith was the salesman. Hes been nothing but helpful and respectful to my entire family. When I had a problem with the bike I was able to call and talk to him about it. He had me bring on the bike and the service department take a look. They couldnt reproduce the problem I had. So they let me test ride another bike that was the same size and make. I couldnt reproduce the problem on that one. So me and Mason both took out the two bikes him on my sons and me on the other. Then we switched and rode them to see if the problem would happen again. Nothing. I dont know what the problem was but they fixed it some how. Ajax has been very helpful and understanding. If you need a bike for you or your family member go to Ajax and ask for Mason Smith. Hes very helpful. All of the other employees were very respectful and polite when I spoke to them and very patient.

Just bought a 2017 FE 501 from out of town. This is definitely an odd bike of choice and challenging to do out of state. When purchasing a Husky you cant test ride and there is little to no chance of finding someone in person to see it run. This bike looks awesome but my biggest treasure is in the technical specs. Mason was my salesperson and made all the difference answering my questions about expectations of the bike. Im not a pro rider but not a novice either. I had some challenging concerns before making decision to buy one. He understood what I needed to know and assisted me with the sale all the way through to delivery. Definitely would do business with again.

Ill have to say, what a cool experience at Ajax Motorsport. My story begins with flying to Oklahoma City from Denver, Colorado. I walk into the shop and immediately greeted by Ron(sales) who has made the transaction flawless of my new 1090 adventure bike. Next I have to get suited up for the long ride back home. I meet up with Riley in the parts department and he takes over and makes things happen. Riley knew my time schedule and went above and beyond in making things right for me. Example: Skid plate for my new 1090 that had just arrived in shop, Riley took it upon himself to install because the shop guys were already busy with other projects. Damn! Thats some good service. Ajax was an awesome experience! My buddy and I went in there both looking for new 2017 models. Before going we had received quotes from 3 other dealerships. Ajax beat the best one by $250 and saved us a trip to Dallas. Cody was the first guy we talked with. Super cool guy. Brian (the owner, I think) sealed the deal for us. Awesome guy to do business with. He didnt have any 2017 Ninja 1000s that I was looking for, but managed to get one from another dealership, uncrate it, and have it put together while my buddy and I went to lunch. He also moved my buddys 2017 Z900 to the front of the build list. THAT is how you win and keep customers! On a whim we stopped by Ajax Motorsports, 8417 S. I-35 Service Road, OKC to look at ATVs. Their employee, Ron A. met us and answered a ton or questions since weve never owned an ATV. There was no high pressure and he did not lead us towards the more expensive machines. My wife and I were impressed with his professionalism and courtesy and we decided on the spot to buy a 2018 Brute Force 300. As soon as we can rent a trailer well go back and pick it up. I have purchased a lot of Kawasakis over the past decade or so and this was my first purchase experience with Ajax Kawasaki. Hands down the best motorcycle shop in all of Oklahoma. Ive been to plenty of motorcycle shops, you name it Ive been there. The entire staff at Ajax is amazing. Ive had experience dealing with every department and I was taken care of all around. The sales team is great, they are all very knowledgeable and friendly. I didnt feel any pressure was put on me during my purchase. The parts manager stays very up to date with the new product and helped me out a bunch. The service department always takes good care of me now after my purchase. The service manager always makes time to assist me with any issue I have and they do all my services. GO TO AJAX IF YOU PLAN ON BUYING A MOTORCYCLE!!

Had a great experience buying from Ajax. I had to travel a bit to get here and Mason set it up perfectly by phone and told me everything I needed to do to buy the DR650 I was after. I got to the store and Eric was very friendly and proffesional while helping me sign paperwork. Ron helped me load the bike after the deal and I couldnt be happier.
