I love this place. Bought my Ducati scrambler icon 2018. The staff is friendly and cooperative. If you are buying your first bike, you could test ride some really cool motorcycles. Best place to check out motorcycles from Ducati, Triumph, BMW and a few second hand exotics like MV Augusta. Kids dont get to have fun though be sure to have your insurance and other documents in place if you want to get a test ride.

My first trip into the store I wasnt greeted at all and I had to walk to the counter and ask for assistance. A very nice young man showed me the bike I asked for 2015 VStar and answered all my questions. I left to go look at 4 more bikes at other places. I came back with my other to allow him to look it over and possibly ride it before I bought it to make sure it wasnt going to fall apart so to speak. I know it was 530pm but your website says your open till 6pm and again could not get anyone to really come outside to help us as they was busy riding bikes into the store. Finally got a older grey hair guy s attention and asked if my other could ride it in the parking lot he said flat out no and I know the shocked look on my face prompt him to say its rush hour and we dont allow that plus you have to have a M endorsement, a drivers license (which Im pretty sure they go hand n hand), full coverage insurance so you can come back tomorrow at 10am. I mean at 530pm if you cant have a little more customer service than that for someone wanting to purchase a $6000 bike cash then Ill take my business elsewhere.

Great place to buy your first bike. Waited a month before writing this review to really feel out the F900R I bought from them as my first bike. Went there first week of April and they answered all my questions regarding the new Trident they had but also showed me the BMW F900R which turned out cheaper than the Trident. Very friendly people, and make sure you make the right choice!

The team here always goes above and beyond. It’s a huge difference from the previous ownership that was there many years ago. I live out of state but I’ve frequently come through just to say hi. Their attention to customer service is top-notch!

Picked up a used 17 Ktm 690 Enduro R. Easy to deal with and a fair price.

These guys are amazing! My fiance and I have been coming to them for about 3 years now, and even though we moved out of state, we still make the trip down to visit them...theyre that great! Ive been to several dealerships where they made me feel like the little lady, and these guys went out of their way to really explain all the ins and outs of the motorcycles I was interested in...no man-splaining! They even have regular Customer Appreciation days and rides, giving the local riders lots to do. My fiance and I recently made a trip back here and were pleasantly surprised to see that theyve recently been remodeling to add more floor space to their showroom! Good luck with the addition, guys!

Decent selection. Customer service is below par. You arent greeted when you walked through the door or asked if you needed any help. Ive been here three times and same situation. It was definitely not busy at the time either.

I’m going to try to write this review again since my last one was somehow cancelled. Unfortunately there is no negative stars option to rate this business. If you are purchasing a used motorcycle you are probably better off with salvage title motorcycle.I purchased my Aprilia RSV4 from this place back in June, few miles after purchasing it I realized the brake pads and oil needed to be changed already. In September, since Eurotek refused to service my motorcycle, I took it to a third party in Tulsa, for a valve check. When they opened the valve covers there was coolant everywhere the motorcycle needed a head gasket replacement, plus endless other parts. Between parts and labor for a total of 5k dollars I could have bought a brand new Aprilia. This motorcycle was a lemon, and I cannot believe how poor the quality control for the used motorcycle is in this so called dealership.Moreover they claim to be able to work on euro bikes, but they would not service my Aprilia and told me to go else where. Please, if you need to purchase Aprilia forget about this place and find some honest people that know how to work on the products they sell. I also know that Eurotek probably doesn’t care about their costumers cancelling and not replying to negative reviews and they will never offer to remediate to this disaster of a product they sold me claiming it was mechanically sound after their inspection. I wouldn’t trust them with inspecting even a bicycle.

The folks at Eurotek in Oklahoma City are great to deal with. No sales pressure, just knowledgeable people, a great selection and great products. Very nice showroom. Only complaint i have is they need to update their website regularly. I stopped by to check out a Bmw G310r and GS, which according to their website they had several. When I get their I am told by a salesman that they had sold their last one last week and didnt know when they would be getting more in. If there was another BMW dealership nearby I would go there but since there isnt and I know what I want I guess I have to buy from them.

Good customer service, I just bought a used bike there several days ago. However, my battery died 2 days after I bought it, bought a new battery and that one drained too.. now I have to buy a new stator and possibly a new rectifier. Fairings tried to blow off on the highway while doing 70mph. Like I said good customer service but don’t think all of their used motorcycles are good quality.

These people are so awesome to deal with. I called up looking for a rocket TFC that they showed online. Dealt with Ted who is awesome. He was very upfront and great to deal with. He made the transaction very easy. Also dealt with Diana and Amber there. They were awesome as well. I would highly recommend this place.

Bought a used bike online. No complaints

I brought my Ducati in because I had an oil leak. The technicians said the oil leak was coming from the oil filter, and it was leaking because the oil filter was installed to tight. I paid the for the diagnosis, and repair. After a week or two, the oil leak was still present. I brought is back in and now they said it was o-rings that were leaking. They charged me for another diagnosis and repair even though their previous diagnosis was not correct. This is not good customer service. I will not be taking my motorcycle back to this dealership again!

Ive been a motorcycle guy for over 30 years and purchased my share of bikes from dealerships in the past, This was probably the most pleasant experience Ive had buying one. Update:Once again AC and his team of professionals came through for me. I’ve now purchased 3 bikes from these guys and they are the best.

Good selection of bikes, staff always come across friendly. My only complaint is why they feel the need to charge you $70 to remove the RPM limiter on a $20,000 plus Motorcycle when it’s reached 600 miles on the odometer. A little customer courtesy would probably have had me returning to the store for parts or a motorcycle in the future, where as I’m now more likely to purchase online, or at another dealer in future.

Very impressive shop and inventory when walking to service. Better leave a review before I forget. Called about ten shops for tire mounts for 2 new tires I bought. They had a fair price and had me out in an hour. I brought it in at 9am when they opened on an apt. Everyone had a good temperament inside including all the young floor consultants. Thanks.

Wish I could give negative amount of stars. I was trying to work a deal with salesman Ted, after getting all the financing in place only to find out that the bike I was looking at purchasing sd, no call, text or email to let me know, when I got numerous of each in the beginning. Called at least 4 times and left a message with Amber, but each time Ted was busy, and no call back. I usually dont have any issues with purchasing vehicles out of state, seeing how my last 3 vehicles have been made this way. They say that they are Veteran supporters, but I got no love whatsoever from these guys. Wont be recommending these guys to anyone any time soon for sure.

Employees are friendly and willing to help. There is a good selection of motorcycles and gear. The prices are high. For motorcycle maintenance and repair the staff are helpful and friendly but expensive at $120 per hour. But for BMW and Triumph motorcycles that is pretty average.

I have known the people at Eurotek since they opened their doors. During that time I have purchased motorcycles, parts, and accessories. Plus I was able to see first hand how they would go to bat for their customers, when there was a warranty issue on one of my bikes. They kept after it until the problem on my bike was identified and solved. The service dept kept after the manufacture, and kept me informed.The staff as a whole are very friendly, and will give you the elbow room needed to have a comfortable relaxing experience. It does not matter if you come in ready to buy or just want to look around . You will be treated the same. ( With respect)

I was out of state touring and discovered I needed a tire for my Triumph Thunderbird. It was a Sunday night. I messaged EuroTek and they got back to me! Basically, said to bring it in and they would take care of me. This really eased my worry. I towed my bike in. They had to order my tire but expedited the process and got me back on the road without excessive delay. I spoke with multiple employees to work this out and they were all friendly and helpful! You’ve got a good thing going there in OKC.

I have been dealing with our new OKC BMW motorcycle dealer for a year and a half now. Friendly and helpful people in sales, service, and parts. Very good service every time. They have worked me in for prompt service on short notice on several occasions. Great knowledge of product. My wife and I ride motorcycles on all three lines they sell, BMW, Ducati, and Triumph. What a bonus to have a great dealer on all three. Motorcycle enthusiasts, not just a merchant. No relation to prior OKC shop that ceased operations a few years ago.

We had our shipping fall through at the last minute. Went to BMW Oklahoma City and they went out of their way to help us. We rode over 3600 miles and thought we had a reliable outfit to ship our bike home to Seattle. Well that fell through. Kelly and Ryan gave us their contacts for shipping and service. Within one hour, we had a fabulous shipping company lined up, they set up storing our bike until the shipping company could arrive and we were able to make our flight home to Seattle on schedule! Went there looking at a triumph commander they had advertised. Two people were helping me, but i ended up talking to a couple of others. Everyone was helpful and answered any questions i had. No one was put out and they even answered questions that was negative to some of there bikes. I may or may not buy the bike, but i wont have any reservations about buying from them. They sounded honest and truthful and very helpful. It was a good experience unlike some other shops in the okc area.

I found a bike thats interest me on facebook that EuroTek posted and I went in there to look at it. As I walked in nobody acknowledge my presence so I walked around and see if anyone would notice me and nobody did. Some employee just looked and did not even say Hi or Welcome. After spending there for 20mins of walking around checking some bikes with no help, I walk out upset and never go back there again. I feel like I was being ignored because of my look or race.

I’ve never owned a motorcycle before in my life and the friendly staff at Eurotek were there to help answer any of my questions. I’ve been into their shop a few times now and I’ve never once felt pressured to buy. Great first time experience!

I was just killing some time at lunch and wanted to look around. The sales staff left me alone to look around on my own, but let me know they were happy to answer any questions that I might have if I needed them. Thats worth an extra star just for that alone.

Recently purchased a GSA over the internet sight unseen from out of state. Talk about a potentially stressful experience! But it was exactly the opposite. Initially contacted Cayden and eventually worked with Ted and AC. All interactions were amazing and served to alleviate any concerns I had. They arranged to have the bike delivered and communicated with me the whole time. Approximately a week later a nice gentleman named Kevin drove up to my driveway and delivered my dream bike. Condition of the bike was as stated...immaculate. If I could give 6 stars I would. So many things could have gone wrong and instead everything went right. Awesome place to do business with!

This dealership had closed, but is now open under new ownership. Havent bought a motorcycle from them, just had mine serviced. Prices are reasonable and the service was completed as expected, will not hesitate to go back, glad theres a BMW dealership in town now!

Went to check on a motorcycle for a friend that was interested in a used one on the lot. Looking around and talking with staff; Reignited my interest in the adventure touring again.

Very unprofessional and will overcharge you. Check other shops, short drive to Tulsa and you’ll get a much better deal. I dealt with the owner and he is not a good person. Its always interesting to me when people are exposed how fake they become, why would i call you? last time we talked you were so rude. Again check around folks dont let the fake response below trick you.
